The successful photo-catalyst library gives significant information on feature that affects photo-catalytic performance and proposes new materials.Competency is considerably significant to form multi-functional photo-catalysts with flexible characteristics.Since recently,two-dimensional materials(2DMs)gained much attention from researchers,due to their unique thickness-dependent uses,mainly for photo-catalytic,outstanding chemical and physical properties.Photo-catalytic water splitting and hydrogen(H2)evolution by plentiful compounds as electron(e−)donors is estimated to participate in constructing clean method for solar H2-formation.Heterogeneous photocatalysis received much research attention caused by their applications to tackle numerous energy and environmental issues.This broad review explains progress regarding 2DMs,significance in structure,and catalytic results.We will discuss in detail current progresses of approaches for adjusting 2DMs-based photo-catalysts to assess their photo-activity including doping,hetero-structure scheme,and functional formation assembly.Suggested plans,e.g.,doping and sensitization of semiconducting 2DMs,increasing electrical conductance,improving catalytic active sites,strengthening interface coupling in semiconductors(SCs)2DMs,forming nano-structures,building multi-junction nano-composites,increasing photo-stability of SCs,and using combined results of adapted approaches,are summed up.Hence,to further improve 2DMs photo-catalyst properties,hetero-structure design-based 2DMs’photo-catalyst basic mechanism is also reviewed. 展开更多

A novel benzene-ring engineered 1D/2D WO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4)S-scheme photocatalyst(BCNW)was rationally de-signed and successfully synthesized by the electrostatic self-assembly method.Experimental and Density Functional Theory results reveal that the integration of molecular benzene-ring in the framework of g-C_(3)N_(4)can not only narrow its bandgap and accelerate charge separation by forming a mid-state at the top of its valence band but more importantly open up a new additional bridge for speeding up the interfacial S-scheme charge transfer in BCNW.Benefitting from those multiple positive effects of benzene-ring inte-gration,as expected,BCNW S-scheme photocatalysts show superior photocatalytic H_(2)-production activity and reach 2971μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)under visible-light illumination,which is 3.35 times WO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4)S-scheme photocatalyst without benzene-ring integration.This work supplies an innovative strategy for the design of a high-efficiency S-scheme photocatalytic system by constructing a facile and additional molecular charge transfer channel at the interface. 展开更多

In this paper we establish a construction of a class of left E-adequate semigroups by using semilattices of cancellative monoids and fundamental left E-adequate semigroups. We first introduce concepts of type μ^+(μ^*,μ ) abundant semigroups and type μ^+left E-adequate semigroups. In fact, regular semigroups are type μ^+abundant semigroups and inverse semigroups are type μ^+left E-adequate semigroups. Next, we construct a special kind of algebras called E^+-product. It is proved that every E^+-product is a type μ^+left E-adequate semigroup, and every type μ^+left E-adequate semigroup is isomorphic to an E^+-product of a semilattice of cancellative monoids with a fundamental left E-adequate semigroup. Finally, as a corollary of the main result, it is deduced that every inverse semigroup is isomorphic to an E^+-product of a Clifford semigroup by a fundamental inverse semigroup. 展开更多

In this study,waste pigeon guano(PG)was re-utilized as an ideal biomass adulterant to improve the photocatalytic activity of the pristine graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4)).Waste PG and melamine were employed as precursors to fabricate a novel porous multielement-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN-PG-S)nanosheets photocatalyst via in situ thermal polycondensation coupled with thermal exfoliation strategy.The CN-PG-S owned abundant uniformly porous structures,superior conductivity,and excellent photocatalytic abilities,resulting in highly-efficient H_(2)-production(1950μmol g^(–1) h^(–1))and Cr(Ⅵ)reduction(99.1%)un-der visible light,which increased by 22.9-folds and 5.3-folds more than that of pristine g-C_(3)N_(4).The non-metallic(P,S,and O)and metallic elements in CN-PG-S played a crucial role in expanding the visible-light absorption range and promoting the separation-migration of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.And the uniformly porous nanosheet structure of CN-PG-S shortens the diffusion paths of photogenerated carri-ers and exposes more active sites for photocatalytic reactions.This study proposed an eco-friendly re-sources integration strategy of waste PG to prepare excellent CN-PG-S photocatalysts for highly-efficient H_(2)-production and Cr(VI)reduction. 展开更多

The effects of breakup reactions on elastic and α-production channels for the ^6Li+^116Sn system have been investigated at energies below and near the Coulomb barrier. The effects of breakup reactions on elastic and α-production channels for the ^6Li+^116Sn system have been investigated at energies below and near the Coulomb barrier. The angular distributions of α-particle production differential cross sections have been obtained at several projectile energies between 22 and 40 MeV. The measured breakup α-particle differential cross sections and elastic scattering angular distributions have been compared with the predictions of continuum-discretized coupled channels(CDCC) calculations. The influence of breakup coupling has also been investigated by extracting dynamic polarization potentials(DPP) from the CDCC calculations. From the predictions of CDCC calculations the relative importance of the nuclear, Coulomb, and total breakup contributions have also been investigated. The nuclear breakup couplings are observed to play an important role in comparison to the Coulomb breakup for the direct breakup mechanisms associated in the reaction of ~6Li projectile with ^(116)Sn target nuclei. The influence of strong nuclear breakup coupling exhibits suppression in the Coulomb-nuclear interference peak. The direct breakup cross sections from the CDCC calculations under-predict the measured α-particle differential cross sections at all energies. This suggests that the measured α particles may also have contributions from other possible breakup reaction channels. 展开更多

It is proved that the inverse image of all projections of a fundamental weak regular *-semigroup under the homomorphism induced by the maximum idempotent-separating congruence of a weak regular *-semigroup has a projective partial groupoid structure. Moreover, a weak regular *-product which connects a fundamental weak regular *-semigroup with corresponding projective partial groupoid is defined and characterized. It is finally proved that every weak regular *-product is in fact a weak regular *-semigroup and any weak regular *-semigroup is constructed in this way. 展开更多
