With the economic globalization and fast development of science andtechnology, standards have gone deep into many fields of the economy and social life, theimportance of standards is becoming more and more prominent. As normative technical documents,standards play the role of infrastructures for market and research even development activities, andthey bear some attributes of public property. At the same time, standards are also specialcommodities and copyright-protected publications, they bear the attributes of private property. WithChina' s accession to the WTO, the gradual perfection of China' s socialist market economic systemand the fast development of internet technology, the copyright management mode on standards for theplanned economic system has no longer adapted to the demands of China' s socialist market economicdevelopment on standardization, which to some extent impedes the development of the standardizationcause of China. Therefore, it is necessary to research on the copyright issues on Chinese standardsand strengthen the protection on the copyright on standards.展开更多

慢性病严重威胁我国居民健康,有效的慢性病管理可以很大程度上减少疾病的危害,互联网医疗的发展为慢性病管理提供了良好契机。通过文献研究,本文回顾了国内外互联网慢性病管理的经验和模式,基于世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,...慢性病严重威胁我国居民健康,有效的慢性病管理可以很大程度上减少疾病的危害,互联网医疗的发展为慢性病管理提供了良好契机。通过文献研究,本文回顾了国内外互联网慢性病管理的经验和模式,基于世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)提出的创新型慢性病照护框架(innovative care for chronic conditions framework,ICCC),从宏观、中观、微观3个层面上分析了互联网慢性病管理的问题,并立足于我国互联网慢性病管理的实际,提出互联网慢性病管理的对策建议。宏观层面上政府应结合互联网慢病管理的试点经验,完善国家配套政策制度;中观层面上社区卫生机构应增加社区资源投入,强化社区机构在互联网慢性病管理的能力;微观层面上需提高患者(及家庭)的慢性病自我管理能力,调动自身参与性和主动性,促进患者自我管理。展开更多
