For meets this requirements,it has to require absolutely lead time to re-wiring of physical interface for production equipment,needs for change existing program and test over again.For prepare this constraints,it needs studying an auto-configuration functions that build for both visibility and flexibility based on the 4M(Man,Machine,Material, Method)group management which is supports from WSN (Wireless Sensor Network)of the open embedded device called M2M(Machine to Machine)and major functions of middleware including point manager for real-time device communication,real-time data management,Standard API (Application Program Interface)and application template management.To be application system to RMS (Reconfigurable Manufacturing System)for rapidly response from various orders and model from motor company that is beginning to establishing the mapping of manufacturing resources of 4M using WSN.展开更多
The current research of the Q-P and Q-P-T process has been focused on controlling the heating temperature and holding time,or adding alloy elements into the steel to induce precipitation strengthening and improve the ...The current research of the Q-P and Q-P-T process has been focused on controlling the heating temperature and holding time,or adding alloy elements into the steel to induce precipitation strengthening and improve the strength and plasticity of the steel.In this article,based on a quenching-partitioning-tempering(Q-P-T)process combined with a hot deformation technology,a deforming-quenching-partitioning-tempering(D-Q-P-T)process was applied to medium carbon steel.The effect of the heat treatment parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of experimental steel under deformation was studied.Through use of a scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and tensile tests,the optimal heat treatment conditions for realizing high strength and plasticity that meet the safety requirements were obtained.The mechanism for the D-Q-P-T process to improve the strength and plasticity of experimental steel was discussed.A multiphase composite structure of lath martensite and retained austenite was obtained.Compared with the Q-P-T process,use of the D-Q-P-T process can increase the strength of steel by 57.77 MPa and the elongation by 5%.This study proposes a method to improve the strength and plasticity of steel.展开更多
The effects of food to microorganism (FIM) ratio and alcohol ethoxylate (AE) dosage on the methane production potential were investigated in treatment of low-strength wastewater by a submerged anaerobic membrane b...The effects of food to microorganism (FIM) ratio and alcohol ethoxylate (AE) dosage on the methane production potential were investigated in treatment of low-strength wastewater by a submerged anaerobic membrane bioreactor (SAnMBR). The fate of AE and its acute and/or chronic impact on the anaerobic microbes were also analyzed. The results indicated that AE had an inhibitory effect to methane production potential (lag-time depends on the AE dosage) and the negative effect attenuated subsequently and methane production could recover at FIM ratio of 0.088-0.357. VFA measurement proved that AE was degraded into small molecular organic acids and then converted into methane at lower FIM ratio (FIM 〈 0.158). After long-term acclimation, anaerobic microbe could cope with the stress of AE by producing more EPS (extracellular polymeric substances) and SMP (soluble microbial products) due to its self-protection behavior and then enhance its tolerance ability. However, the methane production potential was considerably decreased when AE was present in wastewater at a higher FIM ratio of 1.054. Higher AE amount and FIM ratio may destroy the cell structure of microbe, which lead to the decrease of methane production activity of sludge and methane production potential.展开更多
