The crystal belongs to a monoclinic system with space group Cc, a = 13.9979(II), b = 15.9888(13), c = 30.306(3) A, β = 100.8700(10)°, V= 6661.1(10) A3, Dc= 1.372 g/cm3, Z = 8, F(000) = 2840, the final GOOF = 1.018, R= 0.0685, and wR= 0.1731. There are two mononuclear Cu(L)2(2,2'-bipy)(H20) units in the crystal of 1. Each Cu(II) cation is coordinated by five atoms. The magnetic and fluorescent properties of 1 were studied. The results show that 1 exhibits weak paramagnetism, and when the excitation wavelength is at 616 nm, it has an intense fluorescent emission band around 482 nm.展开更多

In the title complex, the central Ag(I) ion is located in a triangular coordination environment. The electron transfer is quasi-reversible in the electrode reaction and it shows a strong emission peak in the range of 495-520 nm under 502 nm excitation. Nanoprobes that offer both fluorescence imaging(FI)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can provide supplementary information and hold synergistic advantages.However,synthesis of such dual-modality imaging probes that s...Nanoprobes that offer both fluorescence imaging(FI)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can provide supplementary information and hold synergistic advantages.However,synthesis of such dual-modality imaging probes that simultaneously exhibit tunability of functional groups,high stability,great biocompatibility and desired dual-modality imaging results remains challenging.In this study,we used an amphiphilic block polymer from(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate(OEGMA)and N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide(HPMA)derivatives as a carrier to conjugate a MR contrast agent,Gd-DOTA,and a two-photon fluorophore with an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)effect,TPBP,to construct a MR/two-photon fluorescence dual-modality contrast agent,Gd-DOTA-TPBP.Incorporation of gadolinium in the hydrophilic chain segment of the OEGMA-based carrier resulted in a high r_(1)value for Gd-DOTA-TPBP,revealing a great MR imaging resolution.The contrast agent specifically accumulated in the tumor region,allowing a long enhancement duration for vascular and tumor contrast-enhanced MR imaging.Meanwhile,coupling TPBP with AIE properties to the hydrophobic chain segment of the carrier not only improved its water solubility and reduced its cytotoxicity,but also significantly enhanced its imaging performance in an aqueous phase.Gd-DOTA-TPBP was also demonstrated to act as an excellent fluorescence probe for two-photon-excited bioimaging with higher resolution and greater sensitivity than MRI.Since high-resolution,complementary MRI/FI dual-modal images were acquired at both cellular and tissue levels in tumor-bearing mice after application of Gd-DOTA-TPBP,it has great potential in the early phase of disease diagnosis.展开更多
The self-assembly reactions between mixed-ligand and tetrahydrate dysprosium acetate in the presence of mixed organic solvents lead to two structural similar dinuclear dysprosium complexes with composition formulas of...The self-assembly reactions between mixed-ligand and tetrahydrate dysprosium acetate in the presence of mixed organic solvents lead to two structural similar dinuclear dysprosium complexes with composition formulas of Dy_(2)(L_1)_(2)(L_(2))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)·CH_(2)Cl_(2)·CH_(3)OH(1) and Dy_(2)(L_1)_(2)(L_(3))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)·CH_(3)CN(2),where L_1,L_(2) and L_(3) represent the deprotonated form of 4-tert-butyl-2-(7-methoxybenzo[d]oxazol-2-yl)phenol,(E)-1-(((3,5-di-tert-butyI-2-hydroxyphenyI)imino)methyl)naphthalen-2-ol and(E)-2,4-di-tertbutyl-6-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)phenol.The tiny difference of the core structure of 1 and 2 is derived from the steric hindrance of Schiff base ligands L_(2) and L_(3).Dynamic magnetic measurements reveal that 1 and 2 show frequency-dependent out-of-phase alternating-current susceptibility signal peaks at different temperatures under zero dc field,diagnostic of single-molecule magnet behavior.The experimental derived energy barrier to magnetization reversal for 1 and 2 is 108(1),47(2) and 33(3) K.Ab initio CASSCF calculations performed on 1 and 2 suggest that the origin of the difference in magnetic properties originates from the variation in the single-ion anisotropy that arises due to minor structural variation.Further,the equation to calculate the effective energy barrier for Dy_(2) proposed earlier is found to yield an excellent agreement with the experimental results.Solid state fluorescence measurements performed on 1 and 2 demonstrate that both exhibit two ligands centered components of fluorescent emissive,in addition,with different emitting colors and chromaticity coordinates.The discrepancy of fluorescence and single molecule magnet behavior showed by 1 and 2 can be attributed to the steric hindrance effect of Schiff base ligands.展开更多

The sensitive and rapid detection of blood glucose is very important for monitoring and managing diabetes.Herein,a fluorescent/magnetic bimodal sensing strategy is proposed for glucose detection using a multifunction-...The sensitive and rapid detection of blood glucose is very important for monitoring and managing diabetes.Herein,a fluorescent/magnetic bimodal sensing strategy is proposed for glucose detection using a multifunction-responsive nanocomposite(MoS_(2)QDs-MnO_(2)NS).MoS_(2)QDs act as fluorescent probes,and MnO_(2)nanosheets are used as both quenchers and recognizers in this sensing platform.In the presence of glucose-mediated enzyme product(H_(2)O_(2)),MnO_(2)nanosheet is etched,thus releasing MoS_(2)QDs and Mn^(2+)ions,which causes the significantly enhancement of fluorescent and magnetic signals.Furthermore,MoS_(2)QDs-MnO_(2)NS-based fluorescent test paper is constructed for H_(2)O_(2)sensing with the naked eyes.Under optimal conditions,the dual linear ranges of 20-300μmol/L and 40-250μmol/L toward glucose detection are obtained for the fluorescent and magnetic mode,respectively.Furthermore,this bimodal assay exhibits good reproducibility and acceptable accuracy in glucose detection of clinical samples,demonstrating great versatility and flexibility of multifunctional probes in glucose detection.展开更多

In the title complex, the central Ag(I) ion is located in a triangular coordination environment. The electron transfer is quasi-reversible in the electrode reaction and it shows a strong emission peak in the range of 495-520 nm under 502 nm excitation. In addition, it displays diamagnetic property from 3 to 300 K.

文摘A new cadmium(II) complex Cd(OBBA)2(2,2A-bipy)2 with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid(HOBBA) and 2,2-bipyridine(2,2A-bipy) as ligands has been synthesized. Crystal data for the complex are as follows: monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 16.402(3), b = 10.4191(18), c = 23.395(4) A, β = 91.765(2)o, V = 3996.2(12) A3, Dc = 1.455 gAcm-3, Z = 4, μ(Mo Kα) = 0.603 mm-1, F(000) = 1784, the final R = 0.0218 and w R = 0.0558. In the electrode reaction, its electron transfer is quasi reversible and the electrode reaction corresponds to Cd(II)/Cd(0). Under 618 nm radiation, the title complex shows a strong fluorescent band at around 326 nm. In addition, in the range of 2~300 K, this complex displays diamagnetic property.

文摘Nanoprobes that offer both fluorescence imaging(FI)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can provide supplementary information and hold synergistic advantages.However,synthesis of such dual-modality imaging probes that simultaneously exhibit tunability of functional groups,high stability,great biocompatibility and desired dual-modality imaging results remains challenging.In this study,we used an amphiphilic block polymer from(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate(OEGMA)and N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide(HPMA)derivatives as a carrier to conjugate a MR contrast agent,Gd-DOTA,and a two-photon fluorophore with an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)effect,TPBP,to construct a MR/two-photon fluorescence dual-modality contrast agent,Gd-DOTA-TPBP.Incorporation of gadolinium in the hydrophilic chain segment of the OEGMA-based carrier resulted in a high r_(1)value for Gd-DOTA-TPBP,revealing a great MR imaging resolution.The contrast agent specifically accumulated in the tumor region,allowing a long enhancement duration for vascular and tumor contrast-enhanced MR imaging.Meanwhile,coupling TPBP with AIE properties to the hydrophobic chain segment of the carrier not only improved its water solubility and reduced its cytotoxicity,but also significantly enhanced its imaging performance in an aqueous phase.Gd-DOTA-TPBP was also demonstrated to act as an excellent fluorescence probe for two-photon-excited bioimaging with higher resolution and greater sensitivity than MRI.Since high-resolution,complementary MRI/FI dual-modal images were acquired at both cellular and tissue levels in tumor-bearing mice after application of Gd-DOTA-TPBP,it has great potential in the early phase of disease diagnosis.

文摘The self-assembly reactions between mixed-ligand and tetrahydrate dysprosium acetate in the presence of mixed organic solvents lead to two structural similar dinuclear dysprosium complexes with composition formulas of Dy_(2)(L_1)_(2)(L_(2))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)·CH_(2)Cl_(2)·CH_(3)OH(1) and Dy_(2)(L_1)_(2)(L_(3))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)·CH_(3)CN(2),where L_1,L_(2) and L_(3) represent the deprotonated form of 4-tert-butyl-2-(7-methoxybenzo[d]oxazol-2-yl)phenol,(E)-1-(((3,5-di-tert-butyI-2-hydroxyphenyI)imino)methyl)naphthalen-2-ol and(E)-2,4-di-tertbutyl-6-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)phenol.The tiny difference of the core structure of 1 and 2 is derived from the steric hindrance of Schiff base ligands L_(2) and L_(3).Dynamic magnetic measurements reveal that 1 and 2 show frequency-dependent out-of-phase alternating-current susceptibility signal peaks at different temperatures under zero dc field,diagnostic of single-molecule magnet behavior.The experimental derived energy barrier to magnetization reversal for 1 and 2 is 108(1),47(2) and 33(3) K.Ab initio CASSCF calculations performed on 1 and 2 suggest that the origin of the difference in magnetic properties originates from the variation in the single-ion anisotropy that arises due to minor structural variation.Further,the equation to calculate the effective energy barrier for Dy_(2) proposed earlier is found to yield an excellent agreement with the experimental results.Solid state fluorescence measurements performed on 1 and 2 demonstrate that both exhibit two ligands centered components of fluorescent emissive,in addition,with different emitting colors and chromaticity coordinates.The discrepancy of fluorescence and single molecule magnet behavior showed by 1 and 2 can be attributed to the steric hindrance effect of Schiff base ligands.

文摘A new binuclear nickel(II) complex Ni_(2)(HPT)_4(H_(2)O)_(3) (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized with nickel hydroxide,3,4-pyridine dicarboxylic acid and 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (HPT) in the mixed solution (the volume ratio of methanol and water is 1:4).It crystallizes in tetragonal space group P4_(2)/n,with a=20.844(1),b=20.844(1),c=7.2463(7)A,V=3148.2(5)A^(3),D_(c)=1.587 g/cm^(3),Z=4,μ(Mo Ka)=1.257,F(000)=1544,the final GOOF=1.043,R=0.0437 and w R=0.1297.The crystal structure shows that the whole molecule consists of two nickel ions which are bridged by fourμ_(2)-η^(1):η^(0-3)-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole anions.The coordination environment of Ni(II) ion is Ni N_(6),giving a distorted octahedral geometry.The thermal stability and fluorescent and magnetic properties of the complex were investigated.

文摘The sensitive and rapid detection of blood glucose is very important for monitoring and managing diabetes.Herein,a fluorescent/magnetic bimodal sensing strategy is proposed for glucose detection using a multifunction-responsive nanocomposite(MoS_(2)QDs-MnO_(2)NS).MoS_(2)QDs act as fluorescent probes,and MnO_(2)nanosheets are used as both quenchers and recognizers in this sensing platform.In the presence of glucose-mediated enzyme product(H_(2)O_(2)),MnO_(2)nanosheet is etched,thus releasing MoS_(2)QDs and Mn^(2+)ions,which causes the significantly enhancement of fluorescent and magnetic signals.Furthermore,MoS_(2)QDs-MnO_(2)NS-based fluorescent test paper is constructed for H_(2)O_(2)sensing with the naked eyes.Under optimal conditions,the dual linear ranges of 20-300μmol/L and 40-250μmol/L toward glucose detection are obtained for the fluorescent and magnetic mode,respectively.Furthermore,this bimodal assay exhibits good reproducibility and acceptable accuracy in glucose detection of clinical samples,demonstrating great versatility and flexibility of multifunctional probes in glucose detection.
