The maintenance of an aero-engine usually includes three levels,and the maintenance cost and period greatly differ depending on the different maintenance levels.To plan a reasonable maintenance budget program, airline...The maintenance of an aero-engine usually includes three levels,and the maintenance cost and period greatly differ depending on the different maintenance levels.To plan a reasonable maintenance budget program, airlines would like to predict the maintenance level of aero-engine before repairing in terms of performance parameters,which can provide more economic benefits.The maintenance level decision rules are mined using the historical maintenance data of a civil aero-engine based on the rough set theory,and a variety of possible models of updating rules produced by newly increased maintenance cases added to the historical maintenance case database are investigated by the means of incremental machine learning.The continuously updated rules can provide reasonable guidance suggestions for engineers and decision support for planning a maintenance budget program before repairing. The results of an example show that the decision rules become more typical and robust,and they are more accurate to predict the maintenance level of an aero-engine module as the maintenance data increase,which illustrates the feasibility of the represented method.展开更多

To this end, the basic knowledge of material most often used in walls, anomaly surveillance, techniques of rehabilitation, and inspection planning were studied. This information was included in a database that supports the periodic inspection needed in a program of preventive maintenance. Five maintenance policies which are built with downtime and breakdown frequency as decision criteria are discussed. To decide efficiently maintenance policies, the decision criteria are divided into low, medium, and high levels. On the basis of the levels, fuzzy sets and membership functions of the decision criteria are established with a fuzzy logic theory. A fuzzy logic algorithm of solving overall degree of satisfaction is presented to select the most efficient maintenance policy for equipment. Finally, the modeling method is tested. Experiment results show that the proposed method can solve efficiently problems of the traditional decision-making bias, and it is more valid and practical than the method of traditional decision-making grid (DMG).展开更多

The objective here is to pr...The present work deals with intelligent vehicle fleet maintenance and prediction. We propose an approach based primarily on the history of failures data and on the geographical data system. The objective here is to predict the date of failures for a fleet of vehicles in order to allow the maintenance department to efficiently deploy the proper resources;we further provide specific details regarding the origins of failures, and finally, give recommendations. This study used the Société de transport de Montréal (STM)’s historical bus failure data as well as weather data from Environment Canada. We thank Facebook’s Prophet, Simple Feed-forward, and Beats algorithms (Uber), we proposed a set of computer codes that allow us to identify the 20% of buses that are responsible for the 80% of failures by mean of the failure history. Then, we deepened our study on the unreliable equipments identified during the diffusion of our computer code This allowed us to propose probable predictions of the dates of future failures. To ensure the validity of the proposed algorithm, we carried out simulations with more than 250,000 data. The results obtained are similar to the predicted theoretical values.展开更多

The technical difficulties include lack of geological-engineering deep integration, unclear factors on horizontal well multi-fracture propagation, difficulty in reducing construction costs, environment protection pressure, lack of new experimental and field test equipment, immature techniques for fracturing fluid, and low efficacy of factorized fracturing equipment. We proposed six suggestions on China’s future reservoir hydraulic fracturing technology:(1) strengthen the mechanism study of unconventional reservoir hydraulic fracturing;(2) accelerate the development of geological-engineering integration software;(3) promote the upgrading of EOR fracturing techniques;(4) carry out low-cost multi-functional fracturing fluid formula experiment;(5) complete high-efficiency fracturing equipment;(6) build big database, informational and remote decision-making system of hydraulic fracturing.展开更多

文摘The introduction of information technology and computers in the design process enables easier, faster and more accurate design of welding technology, as well as higher quality, repeatability and traceability of processes. This paper presents the modeling of welded construction maintenance activities by IDEF0 (Integration DEFinition) methodology. Modeling maintenance activities on a welded construction using IDEF0 methodology, the software implementation of which is the BPWin (Business Process windows) CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tool, allows functional decomposition and design at all levels of the system that consists of workers, machines, materials, computers and information.
文摘In the research of choosing the optimal timing for the high technology products, especially IT products to the market, most studies prefer to provide the scope or infnnum of timing. In this paper, an optimal rule is adopted to guild the timing of high technology product to the market, this idea is illustrated through the theory of optimal stopping, and a high approach is developed to theoretical framework for timing decision. On this basis, a random programming model is established, in which the objective function is the expected profit to adopt high technology and the constraint condition is the successful probability over critical value a with all variables beyond the rule, and it is used to find the optimal timing of adopt high technology product.

文摘In the past few decades,high-speed trains have witnessed tremendous and vigorous development with the appearance of the oil crisis and industrialization,which became a significant trend in the transportation industry the world over.With the increase of high-speed railway mileage,the amount of high-speed train has grown sharply,the service life of the trains has increased gradually and the components of the vehicle traction system have become worn and aged as a result.Therefore,advanced maintenance technology and its application are key factors to reduce maintenance cost,human resource input and ensure safe,stable and reliable operation of trains.This paper summarizes and discusses the development,application mode,maintenance management and maintenance technology of high-speed railways of the major countries in the world,especially discusses the condition-based maintenance and the key technology of the traction electrical system,and offers the prospect of research direction and the development of traction maintenance technology.

文摘Through reviewing the development history of reservoir hydraulic fracturing technology, this paper demonstrated the latest research progress at home and abroad and summarized six technical gaps between China and the world, that is fracture propagation mechanism, fracturing software development, fracturing vehicle equipment, downhole tools temperature and pressure resistance, proppant replacement and big data information database. The technical difficulties include lack of geological-engineering deep integration, unclear factors on horizontal well multi-fracture propagation, difficulty in reducing construction costs, environment protection pressure, lack of new experimental and field test equipment, immature techniques for fracturing fluid, and low efficacy of factorized fracturing equipment. We proposed six suggestions on China’s future reservoir hydraulic fracturing technology:(1) strengthen the mechanism study of unconventional reservoir hydraulic fracturing;(2) accelerate the development of geological-engineering integration software;(3) promote the upgrading of EOR fracturing techniques;(4) carry out low-cost multi-functional fracturing fluid formula experiment;(5) complete high-efficiency fracturing equipment;(6) build big database, informational and remote decision-making system of hydraulic fracturing.
