With the rapid development of information technology represented by artificial intelligence(AI),there has been a great impact on educational methods,educational behaviors,and educational models.It can even be said that there is a fundamental change.Especially under the influence of the pandemic,educational behaviors have undergone radical changes.The education management information system in primary and secondary schools strengthens the service of labor education for primary and secondary school students,with a data analysis system for labor education.A survey on labor education in 103 primary and secondary schools in the region has been carried out.Information technology can well improve the form of labor education in primary and secondary schools and promote the development of labor education.Big data can be used to objectively analyze the problems of labor education in primary and secondary schools,thus proposing a new era of labor education data analysis system and management for primary and secondary schools.

The Current Situation,Problems,and Improvement Path of Rule of Law Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Chaoshan Area

Rule of law education in primary and secondary schools is an educational process to popularize legal knowledge,establish legal awareness,and cultivate the ability to respect,abide by,and use the law for the special group of primary and secondary school students.The research found that rule of law education in primary and secondary schools in Chaoshan has yielded positive outcomes.However,there exist problems such as uneven synergy,incomplete inclusion of teachers and students,shortage of adequately trained professional teachers,and the need for enhanced organizational support.The relevance and effectiveness of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools will be enhanced by clarifying the target tasks,enhancing the effectiveness of the classroom,creating an atmosphere of the rule of law,and strengthening organizational support.

Teaching Strategies for Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the Background of National Sports

By the end of 2021,the proportion of people participating in normalized physical exercise in China has reached up to 37.2%,contributing to the transformation of competitive sports into national sports.This has significantly affected the teaching quality of physical education in primary and secondary schools.In the critical period of the“14th Five-Year Plan”construction,it is necessary to deepen the physical education work in primary and secondary schools concertedly with high-quality development goals.Taking this as the starting point,the paper outlines the basic content and main influence of national sports as well as analyzes the new demands of physical education in primary and secondary schools under the background of national sports.On this basis,several targeted teaching strategies are put forward from three aspects:teaching concept,information technology,and teaching goals.

In order to understand IT teaching conditions and living environment in the less developed areas of rural primary and secondary school, the paper uses questionnaire survey equipment to investigate education of some rural underdeveloped areas of information technology in primary and secondary school in Jiangxi. And it has analyzed 2011-2013 investment and construction of the status quo in education funding for information technology equipment. The results show： Less Developed Areas in primary and secondary school education information and technology education equipment cannot meet the needs of the development of education with lack of funding support, poor school environment and information technology teaching conditions. And this phenomenon has been analyzed, and effective measures are to improve primary and secondary school education in underdeveloped areas of information technology conditions and educational level.

The Research of Education Technology Based on the SPSS Statistical Software

Through a questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school teachers and Normal Students to carry out a statistical analysis of the data based on SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software. So we draw primary and secondary school teachers and normal students to arrive at the current status quo of educational technology ability and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the ability of its parts. 立足常态化的新发展阶段,国家智慧教育平台教师寒暑假研修如何从规模化走向差异化、精准化,“按需施训”尤为关键。研究以基础教育阶段参训教师的9.06万条、149万余字反馈文本为研究对象,综合运用结构主题模型(STM)及重要性-绩效分析法(IPA),构建了国家中小学智慧教育平台教师研修需求框架,并深入分析其差异、明确基于需求要素的优化方向。研究发现:参训教师需求包含个体发展和系统环境两个层面的五类需求,且均存在显著的区域及城乡差异,针对时间安排及学时认定等研修机制需求仍须优化改进。研究为教师寒暑假研修精准化、差异化发展提供实证依据与决策支持,为优化研修服务提供策略建议。

国家中小学智慧教育平台应用现状调研与路径优化——基于全国30,605名中小学生的样本数据

国家中小学智慧教育平台是推进基础教育数字化转型的重要抓手。研究以SOR模型、技术接受模型等为理论支撑,从平台的应用现状、影响因素、存在问题与困境以及发展建议等方面,对全国30,605名学生展开问卷调查。研究发现:平台存在操作流程不够简化、个性化资源不够丰富等问题,而“接入鸿沟、技术鸿沟、素养鸿沟”加剧城乡应用差距、学业压力的上升与数字韧性不足导致学段应用差异、学习满意度不高致使持续使用意愿不强等因素影响平台应用的推进。研究基于行动者网络理论和生态系统理论,借鉴相关省市平台应用典型案例,从组织、数据、技术、服务等层面,为推动平台应用推广、加强数据融通、提升用户黏性、精准满足个性化需求提供可行方案,以助力基础教育数字化转型战略的稳步推进。

中小学课程思政一体化的价值意涵、现实境遇与实践向路

中小学课程思政一体化是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。一体化的课程逻辑基于学生的身心发展规律和学科课程育人性质:“一”指向课程思政目标的统整,聚焦立德树人根本任务;“体”指向课程思政内容的融通,关涉“五育融合”的思政要素;“化”指向课程思政实施的衔接,契合“必备品格”的发展过程。课程思政一体化在中小学阶段面临课程思政目标的引领作用不强,课程思政内容的嵌入空间失衡,课程思政实施的融合方式单一,课程思政评价的体验过程窄化等困境。要想突破这些困境,需要在以下几个方面进行努力:以价值观教育为出发点,强化立德树人目标的课程思政引领作用;以五育融合为切入点,厘清知识与道德的课程思政育人限度;以品格塑造为联结点,融通认知与非认知的课程思政育人方式;以增值评价为着力点,兼顾结果与过程的课程思政育人价值。

音乐课程标准“以美育人”的价值取向及实现路径

“以美育人”是《义务教育艺术课程标准(2022年版)》开宗明义强调的课程理念。音乐课程将美育贯穿育人的全过程,体现在音乐课程标准的价值内涵、价值特征及价值功能等维度。音乐课程育人价值呈现由学科本位到素养本位、由学科价值到育人价值的两个转向。审美教育是音乐课程实现“以美育人”任务的重要途径,全面理解和掌握音乐课程标准的核心要义需从艺术体验、学科综合与跨学科主题学习等方面探寻课程标准落实的有效实现路径,进而发挥音乐课程应有的育人价值以实现音乐课程“以美育人”的目标追求。

一体化视域下的课程德育

课程德育、学科德育与课程思政都是指利用思政课之外的其他课程进行德育,其内涵具有一致性。从大中小学思政教育一体化的角度看,课程德育更适合用在小学阶段,学科德育适合用在中学阶段,课程思政适合用在高等教育阶段。课程德育具有更大的包容性,可以涵盖学科德育和课程思政。课程德育具有内在的逻辑,突出表现在德育与智育的一体,课程是法定的权力,知识具有真善美的价值,教学具有教育性。课程德育的内在逻辑决定了德育内在于课程,是课程的本性使然。但课程德育实施中存在着课程与德育“两张皮”的现象,德育脱离课程的本质,变得狭隘化、形式化。有效实施课程德育需要转变观念,加强一体化的顶层设计,建立全要素的课程德育体系,增强教师的课程德育意识,提升教师课程德育的能力。

中小学教师工资合理性参照系的确定和验证——基于2000—2019年数据

经过多年的努力,我国中小学教师工资制度已经建立并深深地嵌入各级政府的公共支出管理制度中,保障了教师工资在政府预算中的优先等级。随着教育财政的重点逐渐从教育经费优先增长转向教育经费“可持续”与“支出合理”并重,对中小学教师工资也在“确保”的同时,提出了有效、合理的要求,然而,教师工资合理有效的标准还缺乏坚实的共识基础。依据OECD的参照指标和我国教育经费的构成特征,初步讨论了教师工资合理性的参照标准,并用2000—2019年的数据进行了验证。结论如下:21世纪前二十年,中小学教师工资总体上超越了人均GDP和城镇单位就业人员,但增长机制还不稳定;不同省份中小学教师工资与当地城镇单位就业人员工资的相对水平差异很大,并且呈现明显的分布惯性;中小学教师工资在教育经费中所占据的份额呈持续上升之势。建议进一步对中小学教师工资增长的动力机制、教育经费支出中的要素结构及中小学教师工资内外部参照标准等相关政策议题进行探讨。

国家中小学智慧教育平台赋能乌兰察布基础教育高质量发展的路径研究

21世纪,教育数字化已在全球范围内得到广泛关注和实践,并取得了显著成效,我国的数字化教育在基础设施和教学方式等方面也正在不断取得进展。国家中小学智慧教育平台有效解决了过去教育资源分散、数据获取困难、平台管理失范等问题,将教育资源的静态效能转化为教育改革的发展动能,显现出“资源共享共融、平台互联互通”[1]的数字化转型优势。然而,数字化教育仍然面临着诸多挑战,如学生的学习力与能动性需要提高、信息技术与教育教学的融合程度有待深化、教师数字化教学能力仍需提升、数据驱动的管理与服务能力亟待提高、数字化体制机制仍需进一步完善等。本文通过国家中小学智慧教育平台在乌兰察布市的应用研究,探讨数字化教育在地方基础教育中的应用路径,以期为地方基础教育质量提升、促进教育公平提供参考和思路。

教育强国建设与高质量教育体系建设对我国中小学教师专业能力提升提出了更高要求。调查研究发现,当前我国中小学教师专业能力提升意愿整体比较强烈,其中重点关注提升引导学生心理健康、促进学生全面发展的能力。同时,教师对专业发展保障的需求整体比较强烈,其中对保障集体教研和备课、健全考核评价制度、完善职称评审制度和薪酬待遇等保障制度的需求更为强烈。建议建立健全高质量的教师专业发展支持体系,完善教师考核评价、职称评审等激励保障制度,抓紧研制出台配套的待遇保障政策,引导全社会进一步理解尊重和支持教师。
