先进复合材料由于具有高比强度等优点而在飞机结构上得到越来越广泛的应用。航空复合材料表面,通常采用配套的环氧底漆和聚氨酯面漆作为防护装饰性涂层,此外,还有防潮、防腐蚀介质侵入的 Tedlar 层和装饰性壁纸,以及具有导电作用的火焰喷涂铝层、等离子电镀铝层、共固化的金属铝网和金属铝(?)层、防静电涂料等。当碳纤维复合材料与金属构件接触时,为防止电偶腐蚀,复合材料及金属构件表面都需要特殊妁绝缘保护。
