Applying man-machine-environment system engineering(MMESE)in vessels is a method to improve the effectiveness of the interaction between equipment, environment, and humans for the purpose of advancing operating efficiency, performance, safety, and habitability of a vessel and its subsystems. In the following research, the life cycle of vessels was divided into 9 phases, and 15 research subjects were also identified from among these phases. The 15 subjects were systemized, and then the man-machine-environment engineering system application model for vessels was developed using the ICAM definition method 0 (IDEF0), which is a systematical modeling method. This system model bridges the gap between the data and information flow of every two associated subjects with the major basic research methods and approaches included, which brings the formerly relatively independent subjects together as a whole. The application of this systematic model should facilitate the application of man-machine-environment system engineering in vessels, especially at the conceptual and embodiment design phases. The managers and designers can deal with detailed tasks quickly and efficiently while reducing repetitive work. 展开更多

A micro-level analysis on man-land system is important in understanding the content of human geography in rural areas, particularly in the different regions. This paper is based on a survey undertaken in the three villages of Wugou Village, Hutuo Village, and Xiaonan Village of Gongyi City, Henan Province in April 2003. The survey covers three types of economic and social activities from 214 households. Data collected include 120 attributes for each household. By using theories from the relevant disciplines such as geography, mathematics, physics, ecology, and system sciences, this paper develops a framework employing the concept of system entropy in the status function of the man-land system. In this framework, the entropy change is used to show the evolution of the system, and the entropy flow to express the flow among the spatial parts of the system. Following the framework, and using a large set of household data from surveys, the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the village-level man-land system from a micro-perspective. After a theoretical investigation, the corresponding strategies in the paper are then put forward in order to adjust the unbalanced trend of the village man-land system from both perspectives of small-area and individual actors. 展开更多

Variable ballast systems are necessary for manned submersibles to adjust their buoyancy.In this paper,the design of a variable ballast system for a manned submersible is described.The variable ballast system uses a super high pressure hydraulic seawater system.A super high pressure seawater pump and a deep-sea brushless DC motor are used to pump seawater into or from the variable ballast tank,increasing or decreasing the weight of the manned submersible.A magnetostrictive linear displacement transducer can detect the seawater level in the variable ballast tank.Some seawater valves are used to control pumping direction and control on-off states.The design and testing procedure for the valves is described.Finally,the future development of variable ballast systems and seawater hydraulic systems is projected. 展开更多

On the basisof analyzing the structure of the MCAV/UCAV cooperative engage-ment system, this paper divides the unique system into three hi-erarchical levels, respectively, i.e., mission level, task-cluster leveland task level. To solve the formation and adjustment problem ofthe latter two levels, three corresponding mathematical modelsare established. To solve these models, three algorithms calledquantum artificial bee colony (QABC) algorithm, greedy strategy(GS) and two-stage greedy strategy (TSGS) are proposed. 为探究单增李斯特菌(LM)磷酸转移酶系统(PTS)转运蛋白IIB^(man)在LM生长、运动性及其生物学功能,本研究以LM EGD-e株基因组为模板,经PCR扩增iiB^(man)基因的上下游基因片段(不包含iiB^(man)基因),插入质粒pKSV7以构建缺失质粒;以LM EGD-... 为探究单增李斯特菌(LM)磷酸转移酶系统(PTS)转运蛋白IIB^(man)在LM生长、运动性及其生物学功能,本研究以LM EGD-e株基因组为模板,经PCR扩增iiB^(man)基因的上下游基因片段(不包含iiB^(man)基因),插入质粒pKSV7以构建缺失质粒;以LM EGD-e基因组为模板,采用PCR扩增iiB^(man)基因与启动子片段,插入质粒pIMK2以构建回补质粒,经PCR和测序鉴定后,将缺失质粒转化LM EGD-e感受态细胞,通过氯霉素抗性及42℃压力下使重组质粒与LM EGD-e株的同源片段发生同源重组单交换获得一代同源重组菌株,然后在无抗性培养基中30℃培养使质粒丢失,获得缺失株ΔiiB^(man)。将回补质粒转化ΔiiB^(man)感受态细胞中,通过卡那霉素抗性筛选获得回补株CΔiiB^(man),缺失株和回补株均经PCR和测序鉴定。37℃培养EGD-e、ΔiiB^(man)、CΔiiB^(man)12 h,期间每隔1 h测定OD_(600nm)并绘制生长曲线,分析各菌株生长特性,结果显示,各菌株体外生长趋势相似。将各菌株菌液接种于TSA半固体培养基,培养至24 h和48 h时检测细菌运动圈大小,结果显示ΔiiB^(man)的运动圈直径分别是EGD-e的1.5及1.6倍(P<0.05、P<0.01),CΔiiB^(man)与EGD-e运动圈直径均基本一致。在各菌株培养上清中加入绵羊血,检测各菌株溶血能力,结果显示,ΔiiB^(man)的溶血能力较EGD-e及CΔiiB^(man)增强。将各菌株以MOI 20感染RAW264.7细胞,在感染后2 h、5 h和8 h收集细胞进行点样计数,结果显示,在感染后2 h和5 h时ΔiiB^(man)的胞内增殖能力较EGD-e及CΔiiB^(man)显著增强(P<0.05)。将各菌株以2×10^(5)cfu/只经腹腔注射感染小鼠48 h后剖杀,取肝脏和脾脏研磨并点样计数,结果显示,ΔiiB^(man)在小鼠脏器载菌量较EGD-e及CΔiiB^(man)极显著增多(P<0.001)。上述结果首次表明IIB^(man)不影响LM的生长,但影响LM的运动性及提高LM的体外溶血活性;IIB^(man)参与LM的胞内增殖和宿主脏器定植。本研究为了解LM PTS系统所介导的细菌体外环境适应及宿主感染的分子机制,以及LM感染的防控奠定了基础。 展开更多

载人月球探测混合云架构体系仿真系统研究
