Application and Effect Evaluation of the Integrated“5A and 3+3”Management Model in the Safe Medication Use for Chemotherapy Patients

Objective:To explore the application and effect evaluation of the integrated“5A and 3+3”management model in ensuring safe medication use for chemotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 100 intravenous chemotherapy patients admitted to the oncology department of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number list method.Both groups received conventional nursing management during chemotherapy,while the study group additionally received the integrated“5A and 3+3”safety management model.The nursing intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the study group showed higher levels of self-management ability,compliance,and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group.The overall incidence of adverse events during hospitalization was lower in the study group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The knowledge scores of medical staff in the study group,related to the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy drug side effects,daily symptom management,and daily life management,were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the integrated“5A and 3+3”model in the safe medication management of intravenous chemotherapy patients can effectively enhance patients’self-management abilities and compliance,improve medical staff’s ability to safely administer chemotherapy drugs,reduce adverse events caused by chemotherapy,and increase patient satisfaction.

A 3D theoretical model for green management:a case study of Chinese enterprises

Companies that not only abide by environmental regulations, but also discover new techniques and adopt newmanagement methods to reduce negative environmental impacts often have positive effects on corporate profitability. Inorder to meet the needs of sustainability of enterprises and protect environment, the concept of green management isdeveloped and regarded as an important direction of management theory of the 21st century. Though there are manytheories and practices about green management in western countries, they are built based on the developed marketeconomy, which are not suitable for Chinese enterprises absolutely. By analyzing the viewpoints and models of theoverseas and domestic experts and scholars, combining characteristic of China’s market economy, this paper points outthe real connotation of enterprise green management - the combination of ecological harmony (harmony between humanand nature) with human harmony (harmony among people), establishes a 3D theoretical model, points out the defects ofenterprise’s green management in China, reanalyzes and redesigned enterprise green management, which paves the wayfor the deeper and broader development of green management.

Fever Outpatient Service of General Hospital Applies “1 + 3 + 3” Emergency Management Mode to Deal with COVID-19 Pandemic

Purpose: To discuss the effect of “1 + 3 + 3” emergency management mode to deal with COVID-19 pandemic in fever outpatient service of general hospitals. Method: This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered by fever outpatient service in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic from three aspects of “One Team”, “Three-Key” Control and “Three Mosts”. Results: The application of “1 + 3 + 3” emergency management mode can effectively boost the orderliness and efficiency of fever outpatient service in dealing with COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The “1 + 3 + 3” emergency management mode provides a new management mode and idea for dealing with COVID-19 pandemic, so the fever outpatient service of general hospitals can better improve the national overall anti-pandemic situation.

The objective of this paper is to present an and promote the capabilities of organizational portfolio ment Maturity Model （ OPM3 ）, the process areas of approach to comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate management. Based on the Organizational Project Manage- organizational project portfolio management are identified through the questionnaire survey and further analysis, and five capability levels are put forward and described. Generation and Control of Game Virtual Environment

In this paper, we present a framework for the generation and control of an Internet-based 3-dimensional game virtual environment that allows a character to navigate through the environment. Our framework includes 3-dimensional terrain mesh data processing, a map editor, scene processing, collision processing, and walkthrough control. We also define an environment-specific semantic information editor, which can be applied using specific location obtained from the real world. Users can insert text information related to the characters real position in the real world during navigation in the game virtual environment.
