BACKGROUND Cerebral infarction,previously referred to as cerebral infarction or ischemic stroke,refers to the localized brain tissue experiencing ischemic necrosis or softening due to disorders in brain blood supply,i...BACKGROUND Cerebral infarction,previously referred to as cerebral infarction or ischemic stroke,refers to the localized brain tissue experiencing ischemic necrosis or softening due to disorders in brain blood supply,ischemia,and hypoxia.The precision rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management is a continuous,fixed,orderly,and efficient nursing model aimed at standardizing the clinical nursing process,reducing the wastage of medical resources,and improving the quality of medical services.AIM To analyze the value of a precise rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management in patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS Patients(n=124)admitted to our hospital with cerebral infarction between November 2019 and November 2021 were enrolled as the study subjects.The random number table method was used to divide them into a conventional nursing intervention group(n=61)and a model nursing intervention group(n=63).Changes in the nursing index for the two groups were compared after conventional nursing intervention and precise rehabilitation intervention nursing for chronic disease management.RESULTS Compared with the conventional intervention group,the model intervention group had a shorter time to clinical symptom relief(P<0.05),lower Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores,a lower incidence of total complications(P<0.05),a higher disease knowledge mastery rate,higher safety and quality,and a higher overall nursing satisfaction rate(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The precision rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management improves the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction,reducing the incidence of total complications and improving the clinical outcome of patients,and is worthy of application in clinical practice.展开更多
Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots in the field of drug registration in China,and to provide some suggestions for the follow-up research.Methods CiteSpace was used to conduct literature quantitativ...Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots in the field of drug registration in China,and to provide some suggestions for the follow-up research.Methods CiteSpace was used to conduct literature quantitative analysis on 684 related articles from 2012 to 2022,and the knowledge map was drawn.Based on this,the main characteristics and development trends of the related studies were summarized.Results and Conclusion The number of articles published was closely related to the regulatory policy of drug registration reform.The authors of these articles did not have good continuity.Besides,research hot spots were closely related to the actual work,which was mainly around the improvement of the review and approval policy,encouraging innovative drug research and development,improving the level of new drug development and other directions.The follow-up studies should further strengthen the continuity of research and inter-agency collaboration.In addition,biomedical registration may become a new research focus in the future.展开更多

Further, the basic and extended dynamic models of the development of technology management capability are constructed, and is applied into an enterprise. The results show that the dynamic models can well explain how the knowledge improves the development of technology management capability, and they can be used as an useful tool by an enterprise to promote technology management capability. For example, the mobile applications usually require frequent cross-equipment compatibility. This paper proposes a reasonable BIM-based FM cross-platform framework and develops a mobile application on the basis of an existing BIM-based FM system. The developed mobile application is applied in a case study of a metro station project in Guangzhou to verify its effectiveness in FM practice. It helps maintenance staff in viewing BIMs, accessing related information, and updating maintenance records in a unique platform. The test results demonstrate that the proposed BIM-based cross-platform framework meet the FM application requirements and supports the extension of FM functions.展开更多

Design knowledge is used to guide design process,and it is embedded into product model along with design process. Through analyzing design process,mechanical product knowledge is classified into four basic types that include calculation formula,design rule,engineering check and parameter spectrum etc. In order to manage and encapsulate design knowledge the concept of knowledge component(KCOM) is proposed. Design knowledge base can be organized as a hierarchy tree of KCOM. Furthermore there is a need to facilitate collaboration amongst stakeholders and analysts. Fewer efforts were deployed to support them in performing their job on a day to day basis. To solve this problem we use knowledge management for software requirements engineering. This paper proposes a knowledge management framework, based on the SECI model of knowledge creation, aimed at exploiting tacit and explicit knowledge related to software requirements within a given software project. The core part of the proposed framework is a set of four sub systems “Socializer”;“Externalizer”;“Combiner”;and “Internalizer”, attached to a couple of domain ontologies and a set of knowledge assets. Indeed we aim to facilitate a semantic based interpretation of knowledge assets related to software requirements by restricting their interpretation through the application domain and software requirements ontologies. We anticipate that this framework would be very helpful for stakeholders as well as analysts to exchange and manage their knowledge within a given software project. We show in the case study, through a virtual payroll project using the two-step approach: domain level requirements plus design level requirements, how the key elicitation SRE techniques are used during the first phase of domain requirements elicitation through the four subsystems of our framework.展开更多

Our technique is based on two prospective, theoretical and practical implementations. In this paper, we described the need of knowledge management in software engineering and then proposed a model based on knowledge management to support the software development process. To verify our results, we used controlled experiment approach. We have implemented our model, and verify results by using and without using proposed knowledge based RE process. Knowledge Management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in research.The management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related...Knowledge Management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in research.The management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related to a particular discipline,several KM frameworks have been designed to serve this purpose.This research aims to propose a Collaborative Knowledge Management(CKM)Framework that bridges gaps and overcomes weaknesses in existing frameworks.The paper also validates the framework by evaluating its effectiveness for the agriculture sector of Pakistan.A software LCWU aKMS was developed which serves as a practical implementation of the concepts behind the proposed CKMF framework.LCWU aKMS served as an effective system for rice leaf disease detection and identification.It aimed to enhance CKM through knowledge sharing,lessons learned,feedback on problem resolutions,help from co-workers,collaboration,and helping communities.Data were collected from 300 rice crop farmers by questionnaires based on hypotheses.Jennex Olfman model was used to estimate the effectiveness of CKMF.Various tests were performed including frequency measures of variables,Cronbach’s alpha reliability,and Pearson’s correlation.The research provided a KMS depicting KM and collaborative features.The disease detection module was evaluated using the precision and recall method and found to be 94.16%accurate.The system could replace the work of extension agents,making it a cost and time-effective initiative for farmer betterment.展开更多

We show in the case study, through a virtual payroll project using the two-step approach: domain level requirements plus design level requirements, how the key elicitation SRE techniques are used during the first phase of domain requirements elicitation through the four subsystems of our framework.

文摘By analyzing and extracting the research progress on nitrogen fertilization in wheat, a dynamic knowledge model for management decision-making on total nitrogen rate, ratios of organic to inorganic and of basal to dressing nitrogen under different environments and cultivars in wheat was developed with principle of nutrient balance and by integrating the quantitative effects of grain yield and quality targets, soil characters, variety traits and water management levels. Case studies on the nitrogen fertilization model with the data sets of different eco-sites, cultivars, soil fertility levels, grain yield and quality targets and water management levels indicate a good performance of the model system in decision-making and wide applicability.

文摘By applying the system analysis principle and mathematical modeling technique to knowledge expression system for crop cultural management, the fundamental relationships and quantitative algorithms of wheat growth and management indices to variety types, ecological environments and production levels were analysed and extracted, and a dynamic knowledge model with temporal and spatial characters for wheat management(WheatKnow)was developed. By adopting the soft component characteristics as non language relevance , re-utilization and portable system maintenance. and by further integrating the wheat growth simulation model(WheatGrow)and intelligent system for wheat management, a comprehensive and digital knowledge model, growth model and component-based decision support system for wheat management(MBDSSWM)was established on the platforms of Visual C++ and Visual Basic. The MBDSSWM realized the effective integration and coupling of the prediction and decision-making functions for digital crop management.
文摘Requirement engineering in any software development is the most important phase to ensure the success or failure of software. Knowledge modeling and management are helping tools to learn the software organizations. The traditional Requirements engineering practices are based upon the interaction of stakeholders which causes iteratively changes in requirements and difficulties in communication and understanding problem domain etc. So, to resolve such issues we use knowledge based techniques to support the RE practices as well as software development process. Our technique is based on two prospective, theoretical and practical implementations. In this paper, we described the need of knowledge management in software engineering and then proposed a model based on knowledge management to support the software development process. To verify our results, we used controlled experiment approach. We have implemented our model, and verify results by using and without using proposed knowledge based RE process. Our resultant proposed model can save the overall cost and time of requirement engineering process as well as software development.
文摘The paper deals with the application of 3 -D visible technology to reservoir management. Making use of this method for expanding - spread data point in reservoir management, can discard the false and retain the true during data recording. As a result, The quality of data recording is ensured. In reservoir description, the reservoir characteristics, such as space distribution,physical change and fluid distribution may be identified by restoring palaeostructures, building - up 3-D facics tract model and 3-D fracture system model. Seismic interpretation, geologic modeling and numerical simulation are well integrated so that they can be promote reservoir performance management to develop into the intensive management pattern.

文摘Knowledge plays a critical role in artificial intelligence.Recently,the extensive success of pre-trained language models(PLMs)has raised significant attention about how knowledge can be acquired,maintained,updated and used by language models.Despite the enormous amount of related studies,there is still a lack of a unified view of how knowledge circulates within language models throughout the learning,tuning,and application processes,which may prevent us from further understanding the connections between current progress or realizing existing limitations.In this survey,we revisit PLMs as knowledge-based systems by dividing the life circle of knowledge in PLMs into five critical periods,and investigating how knowledge circulates when it is built,maintained and used.To this end,we systematically review existing studies of each period of the knowledge life cycle,summarize the main challenges and current limitations,and discuss future directions.

文摘The key activity to build semantic web is to build ontologies. But today, the theory and methodology of ontology construction is still far from ready. This paper proposed a theoretical framework for massive knowledge management- the knowledge domain framework (KDF), and introduces an integrated development environment (IDE) named large-scale ontology development environment (LODE), which implements the proposed theoretical framework. We also compared LODE with other popular ontology development environments in this paper. The practice of using LODE on management and development of agriculture ontologies shows that knowledge domain framework can handle the development activities of large scale ontologies. 文摘The building information model/modeling (BIM) technology is currently applied in a broad range of applications and research for facility management (FM), while the BIM-based mobile FM is difficult owing to various factors and environments. For example, the mobile applications usually require frequent cross-equipment compatibility. This paper proposes a reasonable BIM-based FM cross-platform framework and develops a mobile application on the basis of an existing BlM-based FM system. The developed mobile application is applied in a case study of a metro station project in Guangzhou to verify its effectiveness in FM practice. It helps maintenance staff in viewing BIMs, accessing related information, and updating maintenance records in a unique platform. The test results demonstrate that the proposed BIM-based cross-platform framework meet the FM application requirements and supports the extension of FM functions.
文摘Knowledge Management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in research.The management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related to a particular discipline,several KM frameworks have been designed to serve this purpose.This research aims to propose a Collaborative Knowledge Management(CKM)Framework that bridges gaps and overcomes weaknesses in existing frameworks.The paper also validates the framework by evaluating its effectiveness for the agriculture sector of Pakistan.A software LCWU aKMS was developed which serves as a practical implementation of the concepts behind the proposed CKMF framework.LCWU aKMS served as an effective system for rice leaf disease detection and identification.It aimed to enhance CKM through knowledge sharing,lessons learned,feedback on problem resolutions,help from co-workers,collaboration,and helping communities.Data were collected from 300 rice crop farmers by questionnaires based on hypotheses.Jennex Olfman model was used to estimate the effectiveness of CKMF.Various tests were performed including frequency measures of variables,Cronbach’s alpha reliability,and Pearson’s correlation.The research provided a KMS depicting KM and collaborative features.The disease detection module was evaluated using the precision and recall method and found to be 94.16%accurate.The system could replace the work of extension agents,making it a cost and time-effective initiative for farmer betterment.
文摘In the context of a proliferation of DatabaseManagement Systems(DBMSs),we have envisioned and produced an OWL 2 ontology able to provide a high-level machine-processable description of the DBMSs domain.This conceptualization aims to facilitate a proper execution of various software engineering processes and database-focused administration tasks.Also,it can be used to improve the decision-making process for determining/selecting the appropriate DBMS,subject to specific requirements.The proposed model describes the most important features and aspects regarding the DBMS domain,including the support for various paradigms(relational,graph-based,key-value,tree-like,etc.),query languages,platforms(servers),plus running environments(desktop,Web,cloud),specific contexts—i.e.,focusing on optimizing queries,redundancy,security,performance,schema vs.schema-less approaches,programming languages/paradigms,and others.The process of populating the ontology with significant individuals(actual DBMSs)benefits from the existing knowledge exposed by free and open machine-processable knowledge bases,by using structured data fromWikipedia and related sources.The pragmatic use of our ontology is demonstrated by two educational software solutions based on current practices in Web application development,proving support for learning and experimenting key features of the actual semantic Web technologies and tools.This approach is also an example of using multiple knowledge from database systems,semanticWeb technologies,and software engineering areas.
文摘The wide diffusion of healthcare monitoring systems allows continuous patient to be remotely monitored and diagnosed by doctors. The problem of congestion, namely due to the uncontrolled increase of traffic with respect to the network capacity, is one of the most common phenomena affecting the reliability of transmission of information in any network. The aim of the paper is to build a realistic simulation environment for healthcare system including some of the main vital signs model, wireless sensor and mesh network protocols implementation. The simulator environment is an efficient mean to analyze and evaluate in a realistic scenario the healthcare system performance in terms of reliability and efficiency.
