Application of ETA in the Management of Mental Health Education for College Students

In view of the common psychological problems of college students,this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of college students,and found that the management of mental health education is complex and difficult.A main reason is the lack of scientific method guidance.According to this phenomenon and the existing problems,using the event tree analysis(ETA),the qualitative and quantitative analysis,it found that emergency treatment is the most important link in mental health education management of college students,test education talk emergency four links missing and failure will lead to hidden danger.Finally,combined with the principle of education and management,and psychological principle,it proposed method for the event tree mental health education management.

The related research on the college counselors in the education and management of the college students in the new period

The college students are in the period when their outlook on life and world outlook are gradually mature, and when their intellectual culture tends to be mature, so the education and management on the university students is extremely important. As the college counselors, in the new period, how can we implement the tasks in the college education and management？ In view of this, this paper carries on the analysis in the three aspects of the positioning of the roles of the college counselors, the challenges the college counselors face in the new period, and the countermeasures to improve the status quo of education and management of the college counselors on the college students in the new era, in order to promote the development of the physical and mental health of the university students.

Studies of the management work on the college students in colleges and universities

In the stage of education, the college management is the indispensable part in the college education and teaching, but the management of colleges and universities is clearly different from the management of the junior and senior high schools, which is decided by the educational ages, and is also determined by the educational targets. Current Situation and Problems of College Students’Financial Management in the Era of Internet Finance and the Countermeasures

With the rapid development of information technology,internet financial products have been continuously launched,and many college students have joined the internet financial team.By investigating the current situation of college students’financial management,this study found several problems and deficiencies in college students’financial management and proposed countermeasures to these problems for colleges and universities to cultivate students’internet financial literacy as well as guide them to establish the correct concept of financial management under the internet financial environment,learn financial management knowledge,improve financial management capabilities and risk awareness,as well as choose appropriate internet financial management products.

The Influence of Social Media on College Choice among Undergraduates Majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China:Taking Guilin University of Electronic Technology as an Example

This study aims to investigate the influence of social media on college choice among undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.The study attempts to reveal how information on social media platforms such as Weibo,WeChat,and Zhihu influences the cognition and choice process of prospective students.By employing an online quantitative survey questionnaire,data were collected from the 2022 and 2023 classes of new students majoring in Big Data Management and Application at Guilin University of Electronic Technology.The aim was to evaluate the role of social media in their college choice process and understand the features and information that most attract prospective students.Social media has become a key factor influencing the college choice decision-making of undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.Students tend to obtain school information through social media platforms and use this information as an important reference in their decision-making process.Higher education institutions should strengthen their social media information dissemination,providing accurate,timely,and attractive information.It is also necessary to ensure effective management of social media platforms,maintain a positive reputation for the school on social media,and increase the interest and trust of prospective students.Simultaneously,educational decision-makers should consider incorporating social media analysis into their recruitment strategies to better attract new student enrollment.This study provides a new perspective for understanding higher education choice behavior in the digital age,particularly by revealing the importance of social media in the educational decision-making process.This has important practical and theoretical implications for higher education institutions,policymakers,and social media platform operators.

Applied research of human resource management theory in college student management

Human resource management is the active procedure of planned control and coordination that an organization trains, selects and evaluates human resource in the organization in order to achieve their goals and improve efficiency, through psychology, management, sociology and other related knowledge. Human resource management focuses on the cultivation and development of personnel. College student management also needs selection and cultivation of personnel and improve the level of student management. This paper mainly bases on our own working practices to discuss about the application of human resource management theory in the management of the college students.

The Dilemma and Innovative Countermeasure of Student Archives Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

Student archives in higher vocational colleges are the true records of students' learning and living conditions during their schooling,and are an important part of personnel archives in Higher Vocational colleges. Faced with the fierce competition in the socialenvironment, how can the management of students' archives in Higher Vocational Colleges adapt to the development of society is aproblem in Higher Vocational colleges. Therefore, the author conducts research and analysis on the predicament and innovativecountermeasures of student file management in higher vocational colleges. The results show that the student's archives level can beimproved by improving the archives awareness of the whole society, enriching the archives content, building the student filemanagement platform and developing the archives information resources, and better serving the graduates' employment work.

Reflection on strengthening basic Construction of basic Education to improve student Management work in Public Security Colleges

Public security colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating and transporting qualified policemen to public security institutions. They are the cradle cultivating police. Strengthening basic construction of public security colleges and universities ,combining each aspect management and teaching work thus forming a perfect management system is the cornerstone promoting long-term development of public security education undertakings. Since 2011, Students＇ Affairs Office of Criminal Police College of China has developed and implemented basic construction programs, starting with students organizations at grassroots level, achievinv better results. Internet Addiction of College Students from the Psychological Perspective

With the rapid development of network, the phenomenon of Internet addiction is prevalent on campuses, which has produced a variety of negative effects on college students in terms of learning, living, working and so on. In recent years, there are many research literatures on Internet addiction overseas, covering all aspects of this psychological phenomenon. Moreover, domestic research on Internet addiction started late. In the light of the fact that college students do not have clear understanding on hazards of Interact addiction, it generally shows their self- control is poor. They do not believe they can control their behavior and results and give up taking responsibility for the results and tend to agree network identity. Based on this phenomenon, we propose the network psychological source control concept. In view of the close contact between the excessive use of the network and the individual time management, this study selected the time dimension of personality characteristics on Internet addiction as another influencing factor, and explored the integrated influence of the psychological source control to Internet addiction.

The positioning of the occupational role and the improvement of the abilities of the college counselors

高职院校学生社团融入思政元素的影响因素研究

以武汉职业技术学院作为案例研究对象,探索学生社团融入思政元素的相关影响因素。运用主题分析法,对职业院校学生社团管理文件、相关学术文献进行编码、数据和主题提取,发现在职业院校学生社团建设和管理中存在四个方面的重要内容,并以此为自变量,对影响社团融入思政元素的因素进行回归分析。研究发现四个自变量(思想引领建设、制度体系建设、管理队伍建设、文化内涵建设)对因变量(社团思政氛围)均产生正面影响,且文化内涵建设的影响力最大。

自媒体时代高校学生管理工作研究
