Study on the Management Quality of China Woman Enterprisers

China women have formed their special personalities and characters different from men＇s. Enterprisers, who can prove equal to the task, must possess the management qualities. Women engaged in management work also need to possess the same management qualities. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages and help China women become excellent enterprisers. Management quality is a based condition possessed in management work, which includes the education degree, the level of some knowledge, the function of psychology, the skill, the experience, the health and so on. One of the important specific properties of management quality is the difference. The management qualities are connected with the management behaviors and performances. The advantages of the women enterprisers＇ management qualities are on three parts such as their vocational interests, values and personalities. The disadvantages are their psychological minds of their inferiority, dependency and mediocrity.

Biological Evaluation Based Quality Management of Water Resources in Small Xingkai Lake

Taking the water ecosystem of Small Xingkai Lake as research object,through the survey and analysis of aquatic organism indicators,this paper established an ecosystem integrity evaluation system with the biological integrity as the criterion layer. Using the index of biological integrity and comprehensive health index,it evaluated the health status of water ecosystem of Small Xingkai Lake.

Comprehensive evaluation and analysis of enterprise management performance

The advent of modern management system separated business owners and managers, resulting that many business owners no longer involve in the operation and management, but employ a specialized management staff to undertake responsibilities of decision-making and business operations. Under the conditions of separation of ownership, the pay given to managers should be linked with their performance. Therefore, it is extremely important to establish a scientific and effective performance evaluation system for managers. Many companies began to try to establish short-term and long-term incentive plan for managers. The purpose is to through the introduction of a new payroll system promote the behavior of managers remaining consistent with corporate benefits. But the real realization of the plan relies on running of performance evaluation system. Only scientific and fair assessment of manager performance can we implement various salary system on only reliable basis, which is the key importance for the manager performance evaluation.

A Research on Evaluation System of Enterprise Logistics Management Maturity

Comprehensive measure and objectively reflect the maturity of enterprise logistics management is an important topic in business management. This paper, based on fuzzy evaluation method, constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise logistics management maturity, takes production-oriented enterprises for example, and explores the establishment of enterprise logistics management maturity evaluation system.

Earnings Management in State-Owned Enterprises in a Period of Macroeconomic Instability

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether and to what extend Greek state-owned enterprises engage in earnings management techniques during 2012-2016.Most prior studies on earnings management have used data from large economies with relative stable macroeconomic contexts(e.g.,USA).Our knowledge about earnings management in smaller economies is rather limited.To fill this void,we conducted our study in Greece and focused on the abovementioned period,which is very interesting given that Greece experienced a substantial political and macroeconomic instability(e.g.,four elections,one referendum,capital controls,and two memorandums).Two different models(i.e.,The Earnings Distribution Model and the Modified Jones Model)are used to provide answers to the research questions.The sample is composed of 50 state-owned enterprises.The results show that Greek state-owned enterprises did not adopt any earnings management techniques during the examined period.These results are rather robust given that they come from two different models.According to the literature,macroeconomic and political instability provide incentives to managers to use earnings management techniques.Interestingly though,our results suggest that this is not the case for a smaller economy.The findings of this study will allow investors,auditors,and users of the financial statements to make better decisions when studying companies that are experiencing those difficulties.The adoption of two different methods and the similar results is an indication of more robust and valid findings.

Assessing green management performance of industrial enterprise:A case study of BH Petrochemical Co.,Ltd at the high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta

This paper puts forward the connotation of enterprise green management and green management performance evaluation,analyzes the characteristics of enterprise green management performance evaluation and decomposes its content.Using the triple performance method,the paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of enterprise green management.Taking BH Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.at the high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta as an example,by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Matlab programming,this paper determines the weight of each index in the enterprise green management performance evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the green management performance evaluation of industrial enterprises.The results show that the performance evaluation index system of enterprise green management constructed by"triple performance method"has important theoretical significance and application value for evaluating and guiding enterprises to strengthen their green management.

Fuzzy-AHP-Based Comprehensive Evaluation on Facility Management System of High-Rise Office Buildings

The present building facility management status in China resulted in many problems such as high energy consumption,failure of automation control,services failure and poor indoor air quality.Based on questionnaires and interviews to professional engineers and building users,a comprehensive evaluation index system was established on facility management of high-rise office buildings.A Fuzzy AHP based upon hierarchy criteria system was established.A Fuzzy AHP Evaluation Model on Facility Management System was set up;α-cut analysis was introduced and incorporated with expert knowledge together,which made up the optimism index λ.The fuzzy optimum crisp weight of each criterion was resulted from data-mining.Case investigations were processed in high-rise office buildings in Shenyang.The results illustrated that indoor air quality,thermal comfort and life cycle cost were the most important indexes in the evaluation of Facility Management System of high rise office buildings.Residents in high-rise buildings in Shenyang pay less attention to maintenance management and environment protection.By comparison with the analysis result of Export Choice,Fuzzy AHP-based evaluation model could act as a scientific reference for the establishment of governmental standards in facility management area in building.

Evaluating Enterprise Content Management Tools in a Real Context

Managing documentation in a suitable way has become a critical issue for any organization. Organizations depend on the information?they store and they are required to have appropriate mechanisms to support the functional needs of information storage, management and retrieval. Currently, there are several tools in the market, both free software and proprietary license, normally named Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools, which offer relevant solutions in this context. This paper presents a comparative study among several of the most commonly used ECM tools. It starts with a systematic review of the literature to analyze possible solutions and then it defines a characterization schema instantiated in a particular case, the Regional Government of Andalusia.

Formal Modeling and Discovery of Multi-instance Business Processes: A Cloud Resource Management Case Study

Process discovery, as one of the most challenging process analysis techniques, aims to uncover business process models from event logs. Many process discovery approaches were invented in the past twenty years;however, most of them have difficulties in handling multi-instance sub-processes. To address this challenge, we first introduce a multi-instance business process model(MBPM) to support the modeling of processes with multiple sub-process instantiations. Formal semantics of MBPMs are precisely defined by using multi-instance Petri nets(MPNs)that are an extension of Petri nets with distinguishable tokens.Then, a novel process discovery technique is developed to support the discovery of MBPMs from event logs with sub-process multi-instantiation information. In addition, we propose to measure the quality of the discovered MBPMs against the input event logs by transforming an MBPM to a classical Petri net such that existing quality metrics, e.g., fitness and precision, can be used.The proposed discovery approach is properly implemented as plugins in the Pro M toolkit. Based on a cloud resource management case study, we compare our approach with the state-of-theart process discovery techniques. The results demonstrate that our approach outperforms existing approaches to discover process models with multi-instance sub-processes.

Developing China's roadmap for air quality improvement:A review on technology development and future prospects

Air pollution control policies in China have been experiencing profound changes,highlighting a strategic transformation from total pollutant emission control to air quality improvement,along with the shifting targets starting from acid rain and NO_(x)emissions to PM_(2.5)pollution,and then the emerging O_(3)challenges.The marvelous achievements have been made with the dramatic decrease of SO_(2)emission and fundamental improvement of PM_(2.5)concentration.Despite these achievements,China has proposed Beautiful China target through 2035 and the goal of 2030 carbon peak and 2060 carbon neutrality,which impose stricter requirements on air quality and synergistic mitigation with Greenhouse Gas(GHG)emissions.Against this background,an integrated multi-objective and multi-benefit roadmap is required to provide decision support for China’s long-term air quality improvement strategy.This paper systematically reviews the technical system for developing the air quality improvement roadmap,which was integrated from the research output of China’s National Key R&D Program for Research on Atmospheric Pollution Factors and Control Technologies(hereafter Special NKP),covering mid-and long-term air quality target setting techniques,quantitative analysis techniques for emission reduction targets corresponding to air quality targets,and pathway optimization techniques for realizing reduction targets.The experience and lessons derived from the reviews have implications for the reformation of China’s air quality improvement roadmap in facing challenges of synergistic mitigation of PM_(2.5)and O_(3),and the coupling with climate change mitigation.

Strengthening Project Management to Attain Overseas Blocks with High Potential for Exploration

New overseas venture evaluation is key for oversea exploration of Chinese oil companies,whose credibility directly determine the degree of success of exploration for overseas blocks.The uniqueness of new overseas venture evaluation in short assessing cycle and limited data make project management vital.Project management includes human resource allocation,quality control and effective communication.In China National Offshore Oilfield Corporation(CNOOC),the new overseas venture evaluation system has been established.This system includes quality control system and assurance for new overseas venture evaluation,geological evaluation norms for overseas oil & gas exploration,regulations for new overseas venture evaluation and seismic interpretation methodology and procedure for new overseas venture evaluation.Directed by the new overseas venture evaluation system,three-level quality control and management of data-room visit are strictly reinforced,which guarantees the efficiency and quality of new overseas venture evaluation.As a result the new overseas venture evaluation boosts the development of young explorationists and leads to breakthroughs in exploring potential target areas of CNOOC and in the discovery of giant oil and gas fields,which underpins the development of overseas business in CNOOC.

基于Delphi法构建手术室围术期低体温预防管理评价指标体系

目的 构建手术室围术期低体温预防管理评价指标体系。方法 2022年2月,以结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式为理论框架,参考相关文献拟定手术室围术期低体温预防管理评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对来自手术室护理管理、院内感染、麻醉领域的23名专家进行2轮专家函询,采用优序图法确定指标权重系数。结果 2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为100.0%和95.7%,专家权威系数分别为0.946和0.934,各项指标变异系数(CV)均<0.25,Kendall’s W值分别为0.419和0.359(均P<0.001),最终构建了包含3项一级指标、9项二级指标、53项三级指标的手术室围术期低体温预防管理评价指标体系。结论基于Delphi法构建手术室围术期低体温预防管理评价指标体系有较好的科学性和可靠性,可为手术室护理管理者提供参考,有利于临床开展科学、规范、统一的质量评价。

水利工程质量监督全过程全方位定量评价模型构建

为促进我国水利工程质量监督管理工作运行的高效化,确保工程监督的有效性和权威性,基于AHP(analytic hierarchy process)原理,针对水利部督查小组的现场检查情况,依据水利部下达的相关文件,结合负分制和一票否决制,将定性问题定量化,构建一套涉及水利工程建设、运行、管理全过程全方位的质量监督管理评价模型,共包含7层2112个指标。在综合试错的基础上,计算得出不同层级和不同指标的权重,然后选用该模型分析评价2020年7个省份受督查水利工程项目的质量管理与安全生产管理监督数据,间接说明模型的实用性和易操作性。评价结果表明:7个省份均在合格以上,整体质量管理情况较好,但得分差异显著,其中最高得分90.6、最低得分65.6,相差25分;不同类型管理评价结果显示,安全生产管理得分普遍高于质量管理得分;各参建单位评价结果显示,建设单位和勘察设计单位的情况最优、评分基本达到满分,而质量检测单位和施工单位得分最低、需重点加强相关监管。评价结果为水利工程监督管理工作提供了科学的数据支撑,构建的评价模型也为水利工程质量监督定量化提供了易实操的普适性工具。
