Enhancing Operational Efficiency: Exploring the Integration of SOPs Using Virtual Reality and Smart Glasses Technology in Food Manufacturing

This paper explores the integration of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using virtual reality and smart glasses technology in food manufacturing. The study employs a thorough methodology, combining observational insights to develop a comprehensive SOP. Implementation at different firms resulted in significant improvements, reducing product waste and enhancing overall efficiency. The use of virtual reality further augments SOP adoption. The findings underscore SOPs’ transformative influence, offering a tangible solution to challenges in the food production sector. Recommendations include regular SOP reviews and ongoing training for sustained success. Different firms exemplify SOPs as indispensable tools for operational excellence.

Upgrading Pathways of Intelligent Manufacturing in China:Transitioning across Technological Paradigms

Intelligent technologies are leading to the next wave of industrial revolution in manufacturing.In developed economies,firms are embracing these advanced technologies following a sequential upgrading strategy-from digital manufacturing to smart manufacturing(digital-networked),and then to newgeneration intelligent manufacturing paradigms.However,Chinese firms face a different scenario.On the one hand,they have diverse technological bases that vary from low-end electrified machinery to leading-edge digital-network technologies;thus,they may not follow an identical upgrading pathway.On the other hand,Chinese firms aim to rapidly catch up and transition from technology followers to probable frontrunners;thus,the turbulences in the transitioning phase may trigger a precious opportunity for leapfrogging,if Chinese manufacturers can swiftly acquire domain expertise through the adoption of intelligent manufacturing technologies.This study addresses the following question by conducting multiple case studies:Can Chinese firms upgrade intelligent manufacturing through different pathways than the sequential one followed in developed economies?The data sources include semistructured interviews and archival data.This study finds that Chinese manufacturing firms have a variety of pathways to transition across the three technological paradigms of intelligent manufacturing in nonconsecutive ways.This finding implies that Chinese firms may strategize their own upgrading pathways toward intelligent manufacturing according to their capabilities and industrial specifics;furthermore,this finding can be extended to other catching-up economies.This paper provides a strategic roadmap as an explanatory guide to manufacturing firms,policymakers,and investors.

Mechanical Properties, Metallurgical Characteristics and Anisotropy of Additive Manufacturing of 316L

Additive manufacturing (AM), while enabling the production of parts with complex geometries, presents new challenges. In particular, the achievement of the basic mechanical properties of the alloy must be ensured. In general, the strength-ductility properties of metals depend strongly on their microstructure, and controlling these properties requires paying attention to the alloy composition, processing technique and heat treatments. Austenite 316L stainless steel parts produced by AM demonstrate good ductility and high yield strength—higher than that obtained with annealed 316L. Some preferred orientation of the mechanical properties was found as a function of the laser path, namely, the Young’s modulus varied with respect to the angle between the build direction and the normal to the build direction. In the present study, samples of AM 316L in three orientations relative to the print direction (0˚, 45˚and 90˚) are compared to a forged sample. Mechanical properties, scanning electron microscopy-SEM fractography, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope-EDS analysis of the fracture and optical cross section images of the samples along the stress tension after the failure are presented.

Review of China's Hydropower Manufacturing Industry

China's hydropower equipment manufacturing technology has benef ited from the policy of reform and opening-up and the "Three Gorges Model." The latter means an approach of self-supply of hydropower equipment. Based on the foundations laid through independent research and development, by way of digesting, absorbing and innovating the technologies introduced from abroad for the Left Bank Station of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, domestic suppliers independently designed and manufactured large hydropower units for the Right Bank Station of the Three Gorges and many other large hydropower stations in China.

Impact of Outward Foreign Direct Investment on Chinese Manufacturing Firms'Financialization and Servitization

This study examines the impact of outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)on Chinese manufacturing firms'financialization and servitization.Using a difference-in-differences approach with propensity score matching,we found that OFDI encouraged firms'financial and service activities.The effects of OFDI on financialization were stronger for firms specializing in short-term financial assets,operating in labor and technology-intensive sectors,investing overseas to pursue production,resources and markets there,and investing in non-OECD and Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)countries.Meanwhile,firms investing overseas were more likely to provide services at the sale or postsale stages.Outward foreign direct investment has also boosted the service activities of firms operating in the technology-intensive sector by investing overseas to seek resources and markets,as well as investing in non-OECD and BRI countries.Finally,OFDI partially influenced the extent of financialization and servitization of firms by affecting their profit-making ability.

目的:为我国申请加入药品检查合作计划(PIC/S),建立与国际统一的检查标准,提出细胞治疗产品GMP检查亟需关注的差异点。方法:对我国细胞治疗产品指南与PIC/S先进治疗产品GMP附录进行整体梳理和对比分析,并就一些关键问题进行了讨论。结果:我国与PIC/S GMP附录原则及考虑要素基本是一致的,但从法规体系、框架结构、适用范围、具体要求均有所区别。结论:分别从质量风险管理、起始生物材料的检查、与国际检查标准的统一三个方面提出了对此类产品GMP检查的启示。

从服务化到数字服务化:制造业服务化转型研究

目的 制造业服务化研究跨经济、管理、服务科学等多个学科领域,梳理制造业服务化研究的现状,进行定量化探究,整理制造业服务化研究的脉络及发展趋势,完善服务化理论研究体系,并为制造企业服务化转型提供指导。方法 检索制造业服务化的研究成果,筛选后提取关键词,运用数量化Ⅲ类和聚类分析方法对其进行统计量化分析。结果 制造业服务化现有研究主要聚焦服务化的内涵和模式、服务化的效应、服务化影响因素及挑战、多元参与者的服务生态系统、技术赋能的数字服务化等五个方面。结论 服务网络与生态系统视角的利益相关者角度研究;组织架构、企业文化等转型的影响因素及挑战与服务化水平的关系研究;数字技术如何影响制造业服务化转型与所产生的效应研究等将是下一步服务化研究的重点。

数字化转型、动态能力与制造业服务化--基于营商环境的调节效应

数字化转型、动态能力、制造业服务化成为企业获取竞争优势实现高质量发展面临的重大挑战,但是目前缺乏在宏观层面对数字化转型与制造业服务化的实证研究。以中国沪深A股制造业上市公司2013—2020年非平衡面板数据为样本,基于文献提出并验证了有关数字化转型、动态能力、制造业服务化之间作用机理的多个假设。研究发现:(1)数字化转型显著正向影响制造业的服务化;(2)动态能力在数字化转型与制造业服务化两者关系中存在正向中介作用;(3)营商环境在数字化转型影响制造业服务化过程中起正向调节作用;(4)非国有企业及东部地区企业在数字化转型对制造业服务化的影响方面更为显著。

绿色金融能否赋能中国式现代化产业体系建设?——基于制造业服务化视角

基于2002-2021年中国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,从制造业服务化视角入手尝试探讨绿色金融对我国现代化产业体系建设的赋能效应。研究发现,绿色金融对制造业服务化影响呈现先抑制后促进的U形关系,且表现出要素禀赋、产业结构以及市场化程度的异质性特征。同时,受绿色技术创新和环境规制调节效应的影响,绿色金融可提前跨越拐点,赋能制造业服务化。鉴于此,应有重点、分阶段及分区域地加快推进绿色金融发展,推动企业绿色技术创新,并加强环境规制,助力绿色金融赋能中国式现代化产业体系建设。

制造型企业服务转型背景下全域数字化服务场景创新研究——以格力电器为案例

传统制造型企业在应用数字技术创新服务场景中,面临技术应用不到位、技术与服务场景融合不足以及难以监测全服务周期的突出问题。通过文献梳理,本文基于全域营销、数字化赋能及服务场景创新相关理论,构建制造型企业全域数字化服务场景创新模型,提出创新策略与路径,最后通过案例研究,为企业实现数字化服务场景的更新与迭代,驱动商业价值创造提供实践建议与参考。

制造业服务化对企业投资效率的影响——基于组织效能视角的研究

“发展服务型制造新模式,推动制造业高质量发展”是党中央、国务院做出的重要部署。以2011—2021年中国制造业上市公司为研究样本,实证检验了制造业服务化对企业投资效率的影响。研究发现,制造业服务化能够显著提高企业投资效率,主要的机制在于服务化有助于公司组织效能的提升,缓解了过度投资,提高了投资效率。减少组织冗余和提高资产管理效率是提高投资效率的重要路径。公司治理水平高的企业以及处于关系国家安全和国民经济命脉的重要行业和关键领域的企业,服务化对投资效率的促进效应更加显著。本文研究为制造业服务化转型的微观经济效应提供了新的经验证据和理论解释,有利于促进制造企业进一步挖掘服务化的价值潜力,推动我国制造业服务化转型升级实现高质量发展。
