基于改进DES算法的网络链路安全通信方法

现有的安全通信方法受限于60000 kB数据量,存在摘要对等数目不稳定的问题。为此,文章提出基于改进DES算法的网络链路安全通信方法。该方法通过网络链路安全协议建立连接,验证双方身份;利用最短路径优先协议,结合数据库信息,确保可信连接适应网络环境;基于密文位数,使用DES算法延长密钥,使之与明文位数匹配;设置访问权限,运用双线性映射配对特定属性,并通过加密算法处理,实现安全通信。实验证明,传输数据量稳定在90000 kB,提升了效率,解决了摘要对等数目不稳定的问题,提高了通信性能。

DES+CTAB复配驱油剂体系提高低渗致密砂岩油藏采收率机理

针对低渗致密油藏注水困难、采收率低等问题,利用尿素基深共晶溶剂(DES)与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)复配的驱油剂体系,对驱油剂在低渗致密油藏中的降压增注和提高采收率机理进行了研究。研究结果表明:①驱油剂体系可以将油水界面张力降低至10^(-3)mN/m以下,大大提高了洗油效率;②驱油剂体系可有效抑制黏土矿物水化,避免了低渗致密砂岩中黏土矿物水化膨胀带来的流体敏感性损害;③驱油剂体系可对砂岩表面进行界面修饰,驱油剂溶液浸泡后样品的油相接触角由25.8°增加至61.4°,亲水性增强,亲油性减弱,有助于吸附在岩石孔隙壁面的油膜脱落;④超前注入驱油剂的注入压力降低率平均为79.64%,采收率平均为50.96%,远大于常规水驱(一次注水→注驱油剂驱→二次注水)的采收率。

Des(rhamnosyl)verbascoside抗HBV作用的定量蛋白质组学研究

为探究des(rhamnosyl)verbascoside体外抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的活性作用和机制,本研究以des(rhamnosyl)verbascoside为实验药物对HepG2.2.15细胞进行干预,实验分为药物干预组和对照组,采用串联质谱标签(Tandem Mass Tag,TMT)蛋白质组学方法对提取的总蛋白进行分析。结果表明,共筛选得到300个差异表达蛋白,其中有109个上调蛋白,191个下调蛋白。基因本体论(Gene Ontology,GO)分析结果显示,差异蛋白主要参与DNA复制(DNA replication)、鞘糖脂代谢(Glycosphingolipid metabolic process)、细胞增殖(Cell proliferation)、寡糖分解代谢(Oligosaccharide catabolic process)等生物学过程,以及DNA聚合酶活性(DNA polymerase activity)、丝氨酸型羧肽酶活性(Serine type carboxypeptidase activity)、DNA引物酶活性(DNA primase activity)等分子功能。京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)分析结果显示,差异蛋白主要参与细胞代谢(Metabolism)、遗传信息传导(Genetic information processing)、生物系统通路(Organismal systems)等相关信号通路。亚细胞定位分析表明,差异蛋白大多定位在细胞质和细胞核。本研究共筛选出13个与抗HBV密切相关的蛋白。通过定量蛋白组学初步揭示des(rhamnosyl)verbascoside可能通过增加HGF、SORT1、MAN2B1,减少PRIM1、PRIM2、POLA1、POLD3、POLD2、POLD1、POLE、ERCC2、LAMC1、SDC1等蛋白表达来起到体外抗HBV的作用。

融合DES和ECC算法的物联网隐私数据加密方法

为避免物联网隐私数据在加密过程中产生较多重复数据,导致计算复杂度较高,降低计算效率和安全性问题,提出融合DES(Data Encryption Standard)和ECC(Ellipse Curve Ctyptography)算法的物联网隐私数据加密方法。首先,采用TF-IDF(Tem Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency)算法提取物联网隐私数据中的特征向量,输入BP(Back Propagation)神经网络中并进行训练,利用IQPSO(Improved Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization)算法优化神经网络,完成对物联网隐私数据中重复数据的去除处理;其次,分别利用DES算法和ECC算法对物联网隐私数据实施一、二次加密;最后,采取融合DES和ECC算法进行数字签名加密,实现对物联网隐私数据的完整加密。实验结果表明,该算法具有较高的计算效率、安全性以及可靠性。

基于方差特征选择与3DES加密算法的医院信息数据安全防御系统设计

常规的医院信息数据安全防护主要采用信息属性特征融合分类的方法进行安全防护,忽略了信息存储逻辑节点拓扑结构造成的安全影响,导致安全防护攻击成功概率较高;因此,引入方差特征选择与3DES加密算法,研究医院信息数据安全防御系统;提出采用机器学习中的改进方差特征法对医院信息系统进行优化设计;在硬件设计部分,对医院信息数据安全防御系统终端、控制终端与人机接口和接口数据传输模块进行设计;在医院信息数据安全防御方案设计中,采用方差特征选择方法对医院信息进行过滤和归一化处理完成数据更新;采用3DES加密算法,建立信息的模糊判断矩阵,完成医院信息数据安全防御系统设计;经过实验测试设计的系统可有效降低各种攻击的成功概率,平均攻击成功率仅为2.33%,并且数据完整度达到了99.999%,安全性较高,有效保障医院信息安全,避免医院信息的泄露或故障。

DES模块钻机井架直立整体运输分析

针对DES模块钻机井架直立整体运输未有具体计算方法和方案,通过对DES钻机模块从建造场地到海上安装现场的运输过程进行详细的计算分析,以确保DES模块钻机井架在运输过程中的安全性和稳定性。使用SACS程序对DES模块的三维钢架结构进行模拟,并考虑相关的技术参数和环境荷载,采用静力分析和惯性力分析,对井架、钻机及其加固节点板进行了荷载模拟和运输分析,计算过程遵循国际标准规范。通过分析,得出了井架的最大变形结果,并校核了加固节点板的结果,井架对钻台和钢丝绳的稳定性和安全性,确保了运输过程中的结构安全。结论可为类似海洋工程项目的结构设计和运输提供了重要的参考数据,确保DES模块钻机井架在运输过程中的安全性和可靠性。

Establishment of Double-antigen Sandwich Time-resolved Fluorescence Immunoassay for Detection of Pest des Petits Ruminants Virus

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore rapid and large-scale screening and detection of peste des petits ruminants(PPR),so as to provide important technical means for prevention,control and purification of PPR.[Methods]Soluble N protein and NH fusion protein were successfully obtained in an Escherichia coli expression system by optimizing E.coli codon and expression conditions.Furthermore,based on purified soluble N protein and NH fusion protein,a double-antigen sandwich time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay method for detection of peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV)was established.[Results]The method has high sensitivity and specificity and can specifically detect the antibody against PPRV in sheep serum,and it has no cross reaction with other related diseases.The method was used to detect 292 clinical samples,and compared with French IDVET competition ELISA kit.The coincidence rates of positive samples and negative samples from the two kinds of test kits were 92.47%and 97.26%,respectively,and the overall coincidence rate was 94.86%.The intra-group and inter-group coefficients of variation in the repeatability test were less than 10%.[Conclusions]Compared with the traditional ELISA method,the double-antigen sandwich time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay for detection of PPRV has equivalent sensitivity and specificity,and simple and rapid operation,and thus high application and popularization value.

基于改进DES的高压电网用户信息安全传输方法

为提高高压电网用户信息传输的带宽,减少信息传输的拥堵现象,提出基于改进DES的高压电网用户信息安全传输方法。利用改进DES加密算法对高压电网用户信息进行加密,并利用区域推进机制将加密后的数据推进到节点中,以此确保节点的均衡能耗,通过节点对数据包进行传输及接收,实现用户信息安全传输。实验结果表明,该方法在不同节点运动速度下,数据传输带宽下降速度慢,数据传输拥堵次数少,表明该方法的传输效果强,具有较高的实用性。

基于DES算法的电力物联网信任网关数据远传加密

基于DES算法的电力物联网信任网关数据远传加密是指在电力物联网中,通过信任网关对数据进行加密保护,使用DES算法进行数据加密,并通过远传方式将加密后的数据传输到目标节点。针对电力物联网信任网关的数据传输安全问题,提出了基于DES算法的电力物联网关信任网关数据加密的传输方法。该方法在明文数据中加入了可变化的冗余码,既可以提高数据远传加密的可靠性,又可以将每个数据块经过一系列的操作得到密文,可防止数据被篡改提高其安全性。

基于DES算法的海上油气生产设备数据海陆加密传输方法的研究

常规的数据海陆加密传输方法大多采用动态加密策略算法,设定密码体制加密处理数据,这种方法生成的私钥密码容易被破解,存在数据泄漏与丢失的风险。针对此问题,本文引入DES算法,开展了基于DES算法的数据海陆加密传输方法研究。首先,利用DES算法设定私钥密码体制,加密处理海上油气生产设备数据。其次,校验海陆加密传输数据冗余与校验编码的一致性,避免数据存在异常错误与安全隐患。在此基础上,同步处理数据传输接口频率,实现提高海上油气生产设备数据海陆加密传输安全性与稳定性的目标。根据实验结果可知,应用新传输方法后,在传输数据包大小逐渐增加的情况下,数据加密传输误比特率快速下降,数据泄漏量较少,显著提升了海陆传输的安全性。

Research on the effects of command-and-control and market-oriented policy tools on China's energy conservation and emissions reduction innovation

The impact of environmental regulation on technology innovation is a hot spot in current research where a large number of empirical studies are based on Porter Hypothesis(PH). However, there are still controversies in academia about the establishment of "weak" and "narrow" versions of PH. Based on the panel data of application for patent of energy conservation and emission reduction(ECER) technology of Chinese city scale during 2008-2014, comprehensive energy price, pollutant emission, etc., mixed regression model and systematic generalized method of moments method were adopted, respectively,to study the impact of market-oriented and command-and-control policy tool on China's ECER technology innovation. The results show that the environmental regulation hindered the technological innovation in the immediate phase; however, it turned out to be positive in the first-lag phase. Hence, the establishment of "weak" PH is time-bounded. The command-and-control policy tool played a more positive role in promoting technological innovation in the first-lag phase than market-oriented policy tool. Therefore, "narrow" PH is not tenable. The reason is that the main participants of China's ECER technology innovation are state-owned companies and public institutions. Regionally speaking, the impact which command-and-control policy tool has on technological innovation at sight was nonsignificant in the eastern, the central, and the western regions of China whilst market-oriented policy tool had a negative effect. And market-oriented policy tool in the central region had strongest negative effect, which would diminish in the eastern region and become weakest in the western region. This was related to regional energy consumption level and the market economic vitality.

氨基酸DES催化3-苯基环丁酮的不对称Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应

以手性氨基酸与Br?nsted酸为原料合成了一系列新型酸性低共熔溶剂(DES)催化剂,以环境友好的H2O2为氧化剂,首次将DES应用于环酮的不对称Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应中。以3-苯基环丁酮为模板底物,探究了不同DES的催化活性,其中以L-亮氨酸(L-Leu)为氢键受体(HBA)、以H3PO4为氢键供体(HBD)合成的DES为最优催化剂。研究了HBA与HBD的比例、催化剂用量、氧化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等对催化反应的影响。较佳条件:n(HBD)∶n(HBA)=4∶1,n(DES)∶n(H2O2)∶n(底物)=2.6∶7∶1,反应温度25℃,反应时间5 h。较佳条件下,苯基环丁酮转化率98.59%,苯基丁内酯产率78.08%,对映体过量百分数69.26%。水相中的DES经过干燥后可以重复使用,经过6次循环使用后催化活性有些许下降(DES在每次分离时有少量损失所致)。DES催化剂L-Leu/4H3PO4还可以用于其它环酮底物的B-V氧化反应,结果表明该催化剂具有较好的底物普适性。

Dynamic Spatial Evolution of Market-oriented Supply Level of State-owned Land

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the spatial distribution and change trend of the marketing level of stateowned land supply so as to provide policy recommendations. Method of spatial autocorrelation analysis is employed. The results indicate that the spatial layout of the land supply marketing level is generally dispersed,but it does assemble in some specific area. The correlation between the marketing level of state-owned land supply and the economic development is not statistically significant. But their relations fluctuate obviously. The overall marketing level of state-owned land supply is increasing and spatially concentrated. The expansion rate of marketing has decreased first and then increased and stabilized now. The high-value cluster center of marketing level of state-owned land supply exists all over the country; however the existence probability of the cluster is bigger in undeveloped areas. It is concluded that spatial autocorrelation analysis is a good method to quantitatively analyze the spatial variation of marketing level of state-owned land supply in China. To grasp the spatial and temporal variations of the marketing level of state-owned land supply is also good to enhance running of the state-owned land market.

Will Market-Oriented Reforms Propel Technology Progress?Empirical Evidence from China’s High-Tech Sectors

This paper aims to explore the effects of market-oriented reforms on industrial technology progress.Based on a theoretical analysis,we performed an empirical study with a marketization index and panel data of high-tech sectors in China.We found that market-oriented reforms had significantly propelled technology progress in China’s high-tech sectors,and the effects became more evident after China’s WTO entry.Market-oriented reforms induced technology progress by increasing capital allocation efficiency,R&D input,and technology diffusion.Among various aspects of market-oriented reforms,the institutional environment exerted the most significant effects,followed by the economy’s non-state sector,product market development,and factor market development;the government-market relationship index influenced technology’s progress the least.The effects are heterogeneous across sectors with different technology attributes and more significant for technology-intensive sectors.Our findings offer policy implications for China’s ongoing market-oriented reforms and policy design for technology progress in high-tech sectors.

Perfecting the Market-Oriented Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Ethnic Minority Areas: A Case Study of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

The construction of the market-oriented ecological compensation mechanism in China is complicated system engineering. China's ecological compensation funds are mainly derived from the public finance, lacking market-oriented operation. That not only increases the financial burden of the government, but also leads to the incomprehensive compensation scope. Moreover, China's ecological compensation lacks market mechanism so that it is difficult to set compensation standards and calculate offsets. This paper takes Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as an example to analyze the market-oriented ecological compensation system of ethnic minority areas from the perspective of market economy, so as to provide a theoretical basis and a reference point for the establishment of efficient and reasonable ecological compensation mechanism and policies in ethnic minority areas and provide environmental protection for the sustainable development of economy and society of ethnic minority areas.

基于ARIMA模型与DES模型的政府卫生支出预测

基于2006-2019年辽宁省政府卫生支出历史数据,分别构建了差分自回归移动平均(ARIMA)模型和二次指数平滑(DES)模型,对辽宁省未来五年政府卫生支出进行预测。结果表明,ARIMA模型与DES模型均具有较高的预测精度,并且ARIMA模型较DES模型有明显优势。该研究可为政府优化医疗卫生政策提供参考。
