On Cultures of Curriculum in Mass Higher Education-Taking SEIB in GDUFS as an Example

The thesis focuses on the reconstruction of cultures of curriculum,their qualities of cultural reflection,generativity,and the renewal of their natures and logics,in order to serve for the practice of quality education.By taking the cultures of curriculum of School of English for International Business (SEIB) in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) as an example,the thesis adopts qualitative approach,on the one hand,to obtain the current situation of cultures of curriculum by exploring the contemporary value orientation of curriculum in Business English (BE) major;on the other hand,to be aware of teachers' and students'understandings of cultures of curriculum for comparison by a survey for students and in-depth interviews for both of the two parts.Consequently,problems are identified and solved through seeking the reconstruction of cultures of curriculum which aims at pursuing cultures of curriculum as they ought to be.

Environmental archaeology on Longshan Culture （4500-4000 aBP） at Yuhuicun Site in Bengbu, Anhui Province

Based on the samples collected from the west wall of the ABYT2004 at Yuhuicun Site in Bengbu, Anhui Province, the multi-environmental substitute indexes such as the grain-size, Rb/Sr, zircon crystal morphology and magnetic susceptibility were analyzed. The age of archaeological strata was determined by AMS^14C dating. According to the results, combined with the information of the ancient human activities and the cultural heritage data obtained from the Longshan cultural archaeological strata, it can be concluded that （1） Before 4500 aBP, the climate was humid and water level was high in the Huaihe River and its tributaries, the drainage basin and its surrounding areas were even flooded, so the site area was submerged and there were no human activities around the site. （2） About 4500 aBP, the climate began to become drier and water level of the Huaihe River and its tributaries began to decline, thus floodplain gradually appeared, Yuhuicun Site and Longshan Culture began to appear. （3） Around 4100 aBP, the climate was humid and rainfall was abundant, which resulted in frequent flood disasters in the whole Huaihe River Basin. （4） After 4100 aBP, the climate gradually transited to be cold and dry, agricultural production was constrained to reduce the food source, Yuhuicun Site was almost abandoned. （5） The environmental information in sedimentary strata and historical records based on ancient books agree with each other. In addition, Yuhuicun Site was related to Dayu Zhishui （Yu the Great in taming the floods） in ancient books.

Evaluation of Substrates for Mass Culture of <i>Phaeoacremonium parasiticum</i>, the Fungus Responsible for Artificial Oleoresin Deposition in Agarwood Plant

For establishing the favourable media for growth of Phaeoacremonium parasiticum, the fungus was inoculated in five different media (Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB), Host Extract (50%) + PDB (50%) (HE + PDB), and the solid media viz., Rice Bran (RB), Maize Meal (MM) and Wheat Bran (WB)) at pH of 6.5 and incubated at a temperature of 30&#8451;± 1&#8451;. The solid media were added with water at the rate of 70 ml/100g of solid substrate. After 30 days of inoculation, conidial population of P. parasiticum in liquid media was lower compared to conidial population in solid media. In solid media, MM media showed the highest conidial population (9.56 log&#183;cfu/g) followed by WB (9.50 log&#183;cfu/g) and RB (9.38 log&#183;cfu/g). Hence, Maize Meal media (MM: Water = 100 g:70 ml) at pH of 6.5, incubation temperature: 30&#8451;± 1&#8451;for 30 days would be the standard technique for mass production of P. parasiticum.

A Spatial Turn of Folklore in the Context of Urbanization: From Folk Culture to Mass Culture

Urbanization is the most prominent change nowadays. The most prominent thing brought by urbanization is change in traditional folklore. In contemporary China, urbanization is accompanied by modernization. Under the influence of consumer culture and the modern media, traditional rural folklore is gradually evolving into urban mass culture. Additionally, it is being spread by a big wave of informatization, characteristic of the digital revolution. Traditional rural customs are always important contents of folklore study, but nowadays and in the future, the research focus of Chinese folklore studies needs to be adjusted. At the same time, individual folklore study needs to be turned into holistic culture study under that specific context.

Culture Self- Consciousness in Transmission of Chinese Philosophy from the Perspective of English Globalization -- Taking the Belt and Road Initiative for Example

The Belt and Road Initiative contains the aspiration of Chinese nation to pursue ideological freedom and desire of strengthening international exchanges and cooperation. This paper takes the Belt and Road Initiative for example,emphasizing the interpretation of the inheritance and development of Chinese culture so as to study the importance of Culture Self-Consciousness in Chinese Philosophy,in the context of English globalization. That is to say,this paper stresses the spirits and the stand of nation 's demonstration on pursuing peace,cooperation and sustainable development in the civilization continuity from traditional China to the contemporary China,with practical philosophic view.

ICP-MS测定辅助生殖培养用油中的16种金属元素

建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定辅助生殖培养用油中16种微量金属元素(铅、砷、镉、铬、汞、铜、钴、钒、镍、银、铂、锂、锑、钼、锡、钯)的分析方法。辅助生殖培养用油经微波消解,用铋、锗、铟、钪、镥等五元素作为内标元素,采用ICP-MS进行定量分析。结果显示,该方法测定16种微量金属元素的检出限低,定量限在0.04~8.68μg/kg,线性相关系数在0.998~0.999,各元素的加标回收率在86.2%~103.7%,相对标准偏差在1.0%~7.4%。该方法具有快速、简便、准确度高、重复性好、灵敏度高等特点,能够同时对辅助生殖用油中的16种微量金属元素作快速检测。

Increased Cellular Invasion and Proliferation via Estrogen Receptor after 17-<i>β</i>-Estradiol Treatment in Breast Cancer Cells Using Stable Isotopic Labeling with Amino Acids in Cell Culture (SILAC)

17-β-estradiol (estrogen) is a steroid hormone important to human development;however, high levels of this molecule are associated with increased risk of breast cancer primarily due to estrogen’s ability to bind and activate the estrogen receptor (ER) and initiate gene transcription. Currently, estrogen mechanisms of action are classified as genomic and non-genomic and occur in an ER-dependent and ER-independent manner. In this study, we examine estrogen signaling pathways, by measuring changes in protein expression as a function of time of exposure to estrogen in both ER-positive (MCF-7) and ER-negative (MDA-MB-231) cell lines. Using a robust experimental design utilizing isotopic labeling, two-dimensional LC-MS, and bioinformatics analysis, we report genomic and non-genomic ER regulated estrogen responsive proteins. We find a little over 200 proteins differentially expressed after estrogen treatment. Cell proliferation, transcription, actin filament capping and cell to cell signaling are significantly enriched in the MCF-7 cell line alone. Translational elongation and proteolysis are enriched in both cell lines. Subsets of the proteins presented in this study are for the first time directly associated with estrogen signaling in mammary carcinoma cells. We find that estrogen affected the expression of proteins involved in numerous processes that are related to tumorigenesis such as increased cellular division and invasion in an ER-dependent manner. Moreover, we identified negative regulation of apoptosis as a non-genomic process of estrogen. This study complements gene expression studies and highlights the need for both genomic and proteomic analyses in unraveling the complex mechanisms by which estrogen affects progression of breast cancer.

The Effects of Mass Media on Chinese Cultural Change in Global Con⁃ text: Taking Festival Culture as Example

With advanced technologies and globalization,there are more and more forms of mass media to transmit information.Different theories have been developed to study the effects of mass media on people and culture.This paper focuses on introducing the concept and functions of mass media and taking festival culture as example to explore how to use media correctly to carry forward cultural inheritance.

MassWorks^(TM)与气相色谱-质谱联用分析洋甘菊精油成分

采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)技术,结合Mass WorksTM质谱解析软件,对产自甘肃省永登县的洋甘菊(Chamomila recutitaL.)精油成分进行分析。对两种不同极性的色谱柱进行分离比较实验,确定了适合于洋甘菊精油分离分析的色谱条件和质谱条件,解析并确定出精油中的35种化合物。Mass Works软件在低分辨率质谱上可对化合物分子质量实现精确测量,为低分辨四极杆质谱确定化合物的元素组成和解析化合物结构提供重要依据,同时也为植物精油的成分分析提供新的技术手段。

香蕉果实可溶性淀粉合成酶基因MaSSⅢ-1的分子特征与时空表达模式

为弄清香蕉果实可溶性淀粉合成酶基因(MaSSⅢ-1)的分子特征及时空表达模式,以‘巴西蕉’果肉为试材,采用PCR法进行MaSSⅢ-1基因克隆,通过Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR)和Western blot技术对MaSSⅢ-1基因及其蛋白表达模式进行分析。结果显示:MaSSⅢ-1基因cDNA全长为2397 bp,编码798个氨基酸,包括4个典型的结构域,GenBank登录号为KU757067。MaSSⅢ-1基因在香蕉根、球茎、花和苞片中表达量较低,在叶、果皮和果肉中表达量较高;随着香蕉果实发育,MaSSⅢ-1基因表达量逐渐上升,在抽蕾后50～60天达到最大;随着果实采后成熟,MaSSⅢ-1表达量在采后5天达到最大,随后逐渐下降。在香蕉果实不同发育及采后成熟阶段,MaSSⅢ-1蛋白呈现出与mRNA水平相一致的表达趋势。证明MaSSⅢ-1基因的表达不仅涉及到香蕉果实支链淀粉合成代谢,可能还涉及采后早期果实成熟或者支链淀粉降解。

Theodor W.Adorno's Culture Industry Theory

As one of the central figures in the Frankfurt school.Theodor W.Adorno thinks the rise of culture industry is resulting from increased rationalization and standardization within the society.The culture industry is an entertainment industry system which copies and delivers the commercialized noncreative culture product on a large scale through modern science and technology.And it may deceive,enslave and rein the people through the entertainment products,and cause several negative impacts on the mass culture.

MALDI-TOF MS在血流感染快速鉴定病原菌中的应用

目的探讨基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)结合短时培养在快速鉴定血流感染病原菌中的应用。方法对南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院微生物室2020年11月至2021年12月血培养报告阳性的标本进行革兰染色分类,并采用4h和6h短时培养法及MALDI-TOF MS技术快速鉴定感染病原菌并实时报送病区单元。结果4h短时培养革兰阴性菌共351株,339株(96.6%)细菌鉴定到种属,与24h鉴定结果相同,11株无鉴定结果,1株鉴定错误;6h短时培养革兰阳性菌共216株,212株(98.1%)鉴定到种属,与24h鉴定结果相同,3株无鉴定结果,1株鉴定错误。跟踪321株革兰阴性菌的临床反馈,287例(89.4%)给予临床关注,89例(27.7%)进行药物调整,238例(74.1%)临床疗效良好;跟踪183株革兰阳性菌的临床反馈,其中150例(82.0%)给予临床关注,49例(26.8%)进行药物调整,131例(71.6%)临床疗效良好。结论MALDI-TOF MS技术结合短时培养方法可有效提高血流感染病原菌鉴定准确率,改善血流感染患者抗菌药物治疗时机。

Isolated Cells of Porphyra yezoensis Cultured on Solid Medium

Vegetative cells of Porphyra yezoensis are isolated with sea snail enzyme and cultured on the solidified agar medium. The results of experiments show that the isolated cells can survive,divide and regenerate well on the medium solidified with agar. The first division on the solid medium starts after 7 days' culture, 4 days later than the liquid culture. The survival rate of isolated cells is 71.3% on the solid medium, lower than the 86.2% of that in seawater.Thalli, thalloids,conchocelis, spermatangia and multicellular masses are developed on the solid/medium in the first month, slowly but normally. Spermatangia sacs disappear within 4 weeks. Without adding nutrient liquid onto the surface of solid medium or injecting seawater under the agar layer in order to keep moisture, the thalli and cell groups release monospores to form new thalli instead of enlarging their areas after 5 weeks' culturing. Some monospores regenerate new thalli. Other monospores lose their pigments and minimize their volume and divide quickly to form light pink calli. After 16 weeks, numerous calli can be seen on the solid medium and after 24 weeks' culturing, almost only calli and conchocelis can be seen. If the calli are immersed in seawater, the monospores are released and may develop into young thallus.
