As a key component of injection molding,multi-cavity hot runner(MCHR)system faces the crucial problem of polymer melt filling imbalance among the cavities.The thermal imbalance in the system has been considered as the leading cause.Hence,the solution may rest with the synchronization of those heating processes in MCHR system.This paper proposes a’Master-Slave’generalized predictive synchronization control(MS-GPSC)method with’Mr.Slowest’strategy for preheating stage of MCHR system.The core of the proposed method is choosing the heating process with slowest dynamics as the’Master’to track the setpoint,while the other heating processes are treated as‘Slaves’tracking the output of’Master’.This proposed method is shown to have the good ability of temperature synchronization.The corresponding analysis is conducted on parameters tuning and stability,simulations and experiments show the strategy is effective. 展开更多

As critical components in SDN,controllers are prone to suffer from a series of potential attacks which result in system crashes.To prevent the compromise caused by single failure of controller or flow-tampering attacks,Mcad-SA,an aware decision-making security architecture with multiple controllers was proposed,which coordinates heterogeneous controllers internally as an"associated"controller.This architecture extends existing control plane and takes advantage of various controllers’merits to improve the difficulty and cost of probes and attacks from attackers.In this framework,flow rules distributed to switches are no longer relying on a single controller but according to the vote results from the majority of controllers,which significantly enhances the reliability of flow rules.As to the vote process of flow rules,segmentation and grading is adopted to pick up the most trustful one from multiple flow rules and implement flow consistency.This mechanism avoids comparison between rules via bit by bit which is impractical among several controllers.Theory analysis and simulation results demonstrates the effectiveness,availability and resilience of the proposed methods and their better security gain over general SDN architectures. 展开更多

This paper addresses an improved distributed model predictive control (DMPC) scheme for multiagent systems with an attempt to improving its consistency. The deviation between what an agent is actually doing and what its neighbors believe that agent is doing is penalized in the cost function of each agent. At each sampling instant the compatibility constraint of each agent is set tighter than the previous sampling instant. Like the traditional approach, the performance cost is utilized as the Lyapunov function to prove closed-looped stability. The closed-loop stability is guaranteed if the weight matrix for deviation in the cost function are sufficiently large. The proposed distributed control scheme is formulated as quadratic programming with quadratic constraints. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

This paper addresses a master-slave synchro- nization strategy for complex dynamic systems based on feedback control. This strategy is applied to 3-DOF pla- nar manipulators in order to obtain synchronization in such complicated as chaotic motions of end-effectors. A chaotic curve is selected from Duffing equation as the trajectory of master end-effector and a piecewise approximation method is proposed to accurately represent this chaotic trajectory of end-effectors. The dynamical equations of master-slave manipulators with synchronization controller are derived, and the Lyapunov stability theory is used to determine the stability of this controlled synchronization system. In numer- ical experiments, the synchronous motions of end-effectors as well as three joint angles and torques of master-slave manipulators are studied under the control of the proposed synchronization strategy. It is found that the positive gain matrix affects the implementation of synchronization con- trol strategy. This synchronization control strategy proves the synchronization's feasibility and controllability for com- plicated motions generated by master-slave manipulators. 展开更多

In this paper, we study the problems related to parameter estimation of a single-input and single-output networked control system, which contains possible network-induced delays and packet dropout in both of sensor-to-controller path and controller-to-actuator path. A weighted least squares(WLS) method is designed to estimate the parameters of plant, which could overcome the data uncertainty problem caused by delays and dropout. This WLS method is proved to be consistent and has a good asymptotic property. Simulation examples are given to validate the results. 展开更多

First, the working parameters, namely, viscosity, supply pressure and supply time, are experimentally investigated. Then, the glue viscosity is approximated by a polynomial model using the least square method. Based on this model and temperatme control implemented using the Dahlin principle, the viscosity of the glue can be maintained at a constant value. Then, the viscosity model of the glue is applied to deriving the droplet mass as the nominal model of the temperature controller. The robustness of the temperature controller is analyzed by applying the small gain theory. The glue supply pressure controller is designed using the consistency control strategy, and the robustness is analyzed. Droop control is one of the main control strategies of islanded microgrid(MG),but the droop control cannot achieve reasonable power distribution of microgrid,resulting in frequency and voltage deviation from the rating value,which needs the upper control link to eliminate the deviation.However,at present,most layered control requires a centralized control center,which excessively relies on microgrid central controller(MGCC)and real-time communication among distributed generation(DG),which has certain limitations.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a hierarchical distributed power and power quality optimization strategy based on multi-agent finite time consistency algorithm(MA-FTCA).Firstly,based on the first layer droop control,MA-FTCA is applied to introduce frequency and voltage compensation to stabilize the system frequency and voltage at the rated value.Secondly,in the third layer,the MA-FTCA is adopted to estimate the total active power and total reactive power spare capacity of the system,to realize the reasonable distribution of active power and reactive power output of each DG according to its proportion of spare capacity when the system load side changes.The control strategy proposed in this paper adopts a completely distributed control method and does not need a centralized control center in each layer of control.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform is used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy. 展开更多

Aiming at the weaknesses of LON bus, combining the coexistence of fieldbus and DCS (Distribu ted Control Systems) in control networks, the authors introduce a hierarchical hybrid control network design based on LON and master slave RS 422/485 protocol. This design adopts LON as the trunk, master slave RS 422/485 control networks are connected to LON as special subnets by dedicated gateways. It is an implementation method for isomerous control network integration. Data management is ranked according to real time requirements for different network data. The core components, such as control network nodes, router and gateway, are detailed in the paper. The design utilizes both communication advantage of LonWorks technology and the more powerful control ability of universal MCUs or PLCs, thus it greatly increases system response speed and performance cost ratio. 展开更多

Electric-hydraulic hybrid power steering(E-HHPS)system,a novel device with multiple modes for commercial electric vehicles,is designed to realize both superior steering feel and high energy efficiency.However,inconsistent steering perfor-mance occurs in the mode-switching process due to different dynamic characteristics of electric and hydraulic components,which even threatens driving safety.In this paper,mode-switching strategy and dynamic compensation control method are proposed for the E-HHPS system to eliminate the inconsistency of steering feel,which comprehensively considers ideal assistance characteristics and energy consumption of the system.Then,the influence of disturbances on system stability is analyzed,and H_(∞)robust controller is employed to guarantee system robustness and stability.The experimental results dem-onstrate that the proposed strategy can provide a steering system with natural steering feel without apparent inconsistency and effectively minimize energy consumption. 展开更多

为了解决快速频率恢复和缓慢实际功率调度之间的时间尺度分离问题,提出一种考虑优化调度的微电网频率恢复分布式预测控制策略。引入的一致性策略能够在同一时间尺度上处理优化调度和频率恢复,另外提出的实际功率调度方案分布式模型预测... 为了解决快速频率恢复和缓慢实际功率调度之间的时间尺度分离问题,提出一种考虑优化调度的微电网频率恢复分布式预测控制策略。引入的一致性策略能够在同一时间尺度上处理优化调度和频率恢复,另外提出的实际功率调度方案分布式模型预测控制解决了通信延迟、通信中断和即插即用情景,并且将下垂、实际功率传输和相位角方程作为等式约束,从而预测每个微电网的行为。此外,终端值和不等式约束有助于确定可行解空间的界,从而减少优化时间。在4种测试情景下对控制器的动态性能进行实验评估,结果证明该控制器对负载变化和通信问题具有较强的鲁棒性,并且保证了频率快速回复与高效功率调度。 展开更多

针对具有未知扰动的非线性领导跟随多智能体系统一致性问题,提出一种基于自适应事件触发机制的分布式积分滑模固定时间一致性控制方法。考虑到未知外部扰动会使系统出现抖振,设计基于连续积分滑模面的分布式控制协议;为降低系统中各智... 针对具有未知扰动的非线性领导跟随多智能体系统一致性问题,提出一种基于自适应事件触发机制的分布式积分滑模固定时间一致性控制方法。考虑到未知外部扰动会使系统出现抖振,设计基于连续积分滑模面的分布式控制协议;为降低系统中各智能体的事件触发次数及能源损耗,保证向邻居智能体更新并传递采样信息,设计基于状态误差的自适应事件触发机制;采用固定时间稳定性理论证明设计的控制协议和事件触发机制可确保系统能迅速稳定;与有限时间相比,固定时间理论可使系统的稳定时间摆脱初值限制。仿真结果表明,相同条件下所提方法分别和引入连续积分滑模面的静态事件触发控制方法以及引入不连续积分滑模面的自适应事件触发控制方法相比可将触发次数分别平均降低32.01%和20.24%,在系统存在未知扰动的情况下5.2 s内即可达到状态一致,减少收敛时间的同时保证各跟随者的跟踪误差始终保持在±0.05以内。 展开更多
