The integration of the history of mathematics into junior middle school mathematics education represents a significant focus of international research in mathematics and education.The mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education have emphasized the importance of incorporating the history of mathematics,aiming to gradually integrate it into the mathematics classroom.However,in the practical implementation of junior middle school mathematics education,the effective combination of the history of mathematics with teaching methodologies remains largely unexplored.This article explores the integration of junior middle school mathematics education and the history of mathematics,aiming to provide classroom teaching recommendations for teachers and promote the formation of students’mathematical literacy.

Impact of Gender and Working Environment on the Level of State Anxiety among Primary and Middle school Teachers in China

State anxiety has become serious among primary and middle school teachers in China. By using stratified random sampling, we selected 2790 primary and middle school teachers as participants. They were from seven regions of China, among them 2278 were valid subjects. Constructed on the basis of anxiety content, the Teachers’ State Anxiety Questionnaire (TSAQ) was used in the investigation. The result of the survey shows that primary and middle school teachers are generally affected by state anxiety;further analysis indicates that the prevalence of state anxiety is relatively higher among male teachers, teachers from key middle schools, teachers working more than 10 hours a day, and teachers loaded with additional task as head teachers. This is directly connected with China’s national situation, teaching envi-ronment, discrepancies in teachers themselves, and their own ability of self-regulation.

Empirical Research on Current Construction Situation of Primary and Middle School Teachers in New Era

Teachers are the top priority to develop the education.The thesis,first of all,has structured the index system of current teachers’construction situation in the new era.Then,the thesis has adopted the independent sample test and analysis of variance to analyze the difference of current teachers’construction situation in different dimensions on the basis of questionnaire data collected from teachers in five provinces and cities in the new era.Finally,the thesis has given some suggestions on improving teachers’situation in the new era from four aspects such as the improvement of the treatment guarantee mechanism for primary and middle school teachers,the operation of the cooperation mechanism among colleges,government and primary and middle school in cultivating students,the formation of training system on teachers’personal growth process and the establishment of the evaluation standard of teachers’titles as well as the standard evaluation procedure of professional titles.

Study on Negative Effects of Multimedia Teaching on Education in Middle and Primary Schools

In such an information age, multimedia teaching has changed into one of the most important educational ways in middle and primary schools. In contrast to traditional education, multimedia teaching owns numerous advantages. However, there are also a great number of shortcomings in it. In this paper, considering the current situation of education in middle and primary schools, the author carries out an analysis on the negative effects of multimedia teaching on education in middle and primary schools, and also proposes some personal suggestions, hopefully providing a reference for teaching personnel in middle and primary schools.

Studies on L2 Learning Motivation of Primary and Middle School Students from the Perspective of L2 Motivational Self System

An empirical survey among 219 school students in the framework of L2 Motivational Self System found that Ideal L2 Self,Ought-to L2 Self and L2 Learning Experience in the System make different contributions to L2 motivation respectively and L2 Learning Experience is the largest contributor to L2 motivation for primary and middle school students.The pedagogical implications are also suggested.

Using Speech Recognition in Learning Primary School Mathematics via Explain, Instruct and Facilitate Techniques

The application of Information and Communication Technologies has transformed traditional Teaching and Learning in the past decade to computerized-based era. This evolution has resulted from the emergence of the digital system and has greatly impacted on the global education and socio-cultural development. Multimedia has been absorbed into the education sector for producing a new learning concept and a combination of educational and entertainment approach. This research is concerned with the application of Window Speech Recognition and Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Integrated/Interactive Development Environment in Multimedia-Assisted Courseware prototype development for Primary School Mathematics contents, namely, single digits and the addition. The Teaching and Learning techniques—Explain, Instruct and Facilitate are proposed and these could be viewed as instructors’ centered strategy, instructors’—learners’ dual communication and learners' active participation. The prototype is called M-EIF and deployed only users' voices;hence the activation of Window Speech Recognition is required prior to a test run.

Discussion on the Effective Use of Error Resources in Primary School Mathematics

course.With students’high thinking ability,they are faced with many problems and challenges.In this process,the teaching mode of teachers is too traditional.In class,teachers always give endless lectures,so that students have little time for independent thinking and inquiry learning.At the same time,teachers pay too much attention to the use of“correct resources”in the teaching process,but ignore the use of“wrong resources”and the use of value.The long-term continuation of this teaching mode will reduce the enthusiasm and initiative of primary school students in mathematics learning,and learning is very bad for students.Therefore,teachers should pay attention to the correct use of“wrong resources”,and make effective use of these resources for classroom teaching,in order to improve students’learning enthusiasm and the cultivation of inquiry ability.

Objective： Case Teaching Method used in Primary Mathematics Pedagogy course can highlight the characteristics of pedagogy course. This method can transform learning process from the passive one in the conventional classroom to an active one, so that classroom atmosphere will become active, inspiring students＇ interest in learning, and students would have the initiative to study. Uneven Distribution of Primary and Middle Schools:A Case Study of Changchun,China

Providing further knowledge to and refinement of public facility location theory,this paper focuses on the distribution of basic educational facilities in China.The aim towards an equilibrium in the distribution of education resources has captured widespread attention in recent years.The basis of an education equilibrium is the balanced distribution of teaching facilities.Using the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS,this article discusses the evolution characteristics of education equilibrium and explores its dynamics with reference to primary and middle schools in Changchun City,Jilin Province from 2007 to 2013.The study found the spatial distribution of primary and middle schools in Changchun was uneven and the characteristic of close internal but sparse external has not changed.Low-level equilibrium of primary and middle schools in Changchun has been basically realized,but high-level equilibrium is far from being realized.Although there has been a trend towards suburbanization of these schools in recent years,the high entrance threshold has determined that high-quality school opportunity(schools with high-level resource allocation)has not increased for people.The spatial distribution of primary and middle schools is related to the factors of population,real estate,transportation and the education system itself.Education space,living space,and traffic space all interact and together affect urban spatial structure.

循证视域下小学数学听评课教研活动实施的个案研究

基于循证教研视角,以北京市A小学数学学科教研组为个案,采用访谈法、观察法和实物分析法,探讨教师的听评课教研活动现状。结果发现,听评课教研活动存在过程清晰但形式松散、要素健全但流于浅表等问题,如活动主题未契合教师现实需求、教师缺乏基于问题和围绕证据的专业合作等。这些问题主要是由教研活动主题需求错位,教师证据意识匮乏、循证能力薄弱,制度文化抑制以及缺乏专家引领等引起。建议:优化流程,明晰听评课的可视化路径;调研教研需求,提高教师的批判反思能力;促进教师树立循证意识,寻找证据观照;搭建循证合作支持系统。

TEFL IN PRIMARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS OF GUANGDONG: REVIEW AND PROSPECT

This paper attempts to give a brief introduction to the TEFL situation in primary and middle schools of Guangdong Province and then put forward some ideas for a TEFL development plan for the coming five years. The points of view and propositions presented are only the author’s personal opinions.Guangdong Province, located in the south of China, with a comparatively developed culture and economy, is one of the provinces in China whose trade relations with foreign countries can be traced back to a time as early as the Tang Dynasty. Hence, it not only has the country’s most well-known home-towns of overseas Chinese, but also keeps close relations with the outside world and consequently has had a better foundation of foreign language education in the past. Nevertheless, for a long period of time since the founding of the PRC, owing to various reasons, the quality of foreign languages teaching and learning has been very unsatisfactory. The present situation of TEFL is still far from suits the urgent needs of economic and social development today.

Interactive Mathematics Lessons by Scratch

Scratch is a visual programming tools that is widely used in many lessons. While many of the lessons use thecoding features of Scratch, teachers may also use the interactive features in their lessons. In a course for in-serviceprimary school teachers, on the use of technology for the school-based learning and teaching, teachers had anexperience on how Scratch can be used to facilitate learning. Starting from no programming history, teachers spent3 hours each on 4 topics including Take-Away Model, The Four Operations, Divisibilities, and Area of SimpleFigures, via step-by-step procedures on setting up animations within the theme that would attract students, and withthe interaction responses such as text and sound, they successfully handled the use of Scratch and could design andmake their lessons perfectly to their students. While teachers suggest learning should be extended to the second andthe third classroom, with this easy-to-learn programming language, teachers could now facilitate learning ofstudents by the attractive school-based games, which focus on particular topics the teachers had selected.

度量与人类生活密不可分,也是量化与标准思维运用的开始.在数学课程中,度量衡是小学一~三年级学习的度量内容.对中日韩3国小学数学教材中的度量衡内容进行了比较.宏观上统计分析了3国小学数学教材中度量衡所占的页码数、年级分布、内容选取、编排逻辑有哪些相同点和不同点;微观上研究选取了长度作为案例,挖掘中日韩教材度量衡内容在知识点的选取和编排上所呈现的相同点和不同点.在分析的基础上提出思考与建议:充分认识度量衡的价值;教材编修要关注度量教学的实践性;注重度量单位字母表示的规范书写与应用;注重度量衡内容编排的整体性与统一性.

何以补齐中小学体育教师资源短板?——基于深化体教融合典型实践的多案例分析

基于5个典型案例,依据资源依赖理论聚焦体育教师资源、组织结构关系和效能提升3个主题及其相互内在关联因素,归纳出市场运行机制、校际合作机制、政社合作机制、政策支持机制和行动补给机制5种补齐普通中小学体育教师资源短板的适配机制。体育、教育等行政组织及普通中小学、体校、青少年体育俱乐部等组织形成恰适性治理逻辑、网络化治理格局和互补型治理方式的组织结构关系,实现对国家深化体教融合等顶层设计的政策创新、满足参与行动组织资源诉求和学校体育教育资源再生的目标。以此为导向构建更具包容性的补齐中小学体育教师资源短板的理论模型,以及多种机制共存的学校体育资源供给路径。

新世纪以来我国中小学生体质健康状况的变化趋势及促进策略

对新世纪以来我国中小学生体质健康状况的变化趋势进行了分析,发现中小学生的超重、肥胖以及视力不良问题仍在加剧,爆发力素质持续下降,速度素质、力量素质、耐力素质、柔韧素质虽呈现出止跌向好的趋势,但仍未得到根本性好转。为有效促进中小学生体质健康,提出相应策略:(1)健全多部门合作机制,提高学生体质健康协同治理能力;(2)推进教育评价改革,强化学生体质健康法治保障;(3)完善监测评估机制,督促地方政府、学校重视学生体质健康;(4)深化体育与健康课程教学改革,提高学生课内学习质量;(5)构建“家校社”体育联动体系,促进学生课外体育锻炼;(6)优化环境设施建设,引导学生选择积极的出行与休闲方式。

2011-2021年北京市门头沟区中小学生超重肥胖流行趋势分析

目的 了解北京市门头沟区2011-2021学年度中小学生超重肥胖流行状况及变化趋势,为有针对性地制定儿童青少年超重肥胖防控策略与健康教育规划提供科学依据。方法 利用2011-2021学年度门头沟区所有在册中小学生健康体检数据,对其中超重、肥胖相关数据进行整理分析。结果 中小学生超重和肥胖总检出率从27.18%增加至41.82%,10个学年度间年平均增长3.80%。中小学生超重检出率在10个学年度间总体变化不明显,而肥胖的检出率年平均增长5.99%。女生的超重检出率年平均增长1.46%,初中学段学生年平均增长2.55%;男生的肥胖检出率年平均增长5.65%,女生年平均增长6.66%,所有学段均随时间推移有不同程度的上升。男生超重、肥胖的检出率均高于女生。2020-2021学年为肥胖检出增长最迅速的时期。结论 门头沟区中小学生超重、肥胖防控形势依然严峻。有针对性地加强防控薄弱环节管理刻不容缓。
