The problem of fuzzy modeling for state and input time-delays systems with a class of nonlinear uncertainties by fuzzy T-S model is addressed.By using the linear matrix inequality(LMI) method, the problem of fuzzy robust H ∞ controller design for the system is studied.Assuming that the nonlinear uncertain functions in the model considered are gain-bounded, a sufficient condition for the robustly asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is obtained via Lyapunov stability theory.By solving the LMI, a feedback control law which guarantees the robustly asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is constructed and the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output is ruduced to a prescribed level. 展开更多

This article concerns a coupled LMIs approach to delay-dependent observer-based output feedback stabilizing controller design for linear continuous-time systems with multiple state delays. The advantage of our proposed delay-dependent coupled LMIs criterion lies in that: ( 1 ) it can optimize one of multiple time delays with others selected properly, and at the same time, the feedback-gain and observer-gain can be obtained, respectively. (2) it is less conservative than the existing delay-independent ones in the literature. Algorithm to solve the coupled LMIs is also given. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of our method. The stability analysis and anti-windup design problem is investigated for two linear switched systems with saturating actuators by using the single Lyapunov function approach. Our purpose is to design a switching law and the anti-windup compensation gains such that the maximizing estimation of the domain of attraction is obtained for the closed-loop system in the presence of saturation. Firstly, some sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability are obtained under given anti-windup compensation gains based on the single Lyapunov function method. Then, the anti-windup compensation gains as design variables are presented by solving a convex optimization problem with linear matrix inequality (LMI) constraints. Two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多
