Study on the Development of the Chip Information Industry Based on Moore’s Law

Chips are the carriers of ICs (integrated circuits). As a result of design, manufacturing, and packaging and testing processes, chips are typically wholly independent entities intended for immediate use. According to ... Chips are the carriers of ICs (integrated circuits). As a result of design, manufacturing, and packaging and testing processes, chips are typically wholly independent entities intended for immediate use. According to known data, one unit of chip output can drive up to ten units of output in the electronic information industry and 100 units of GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The Chip Information Industry is a strategic industry in most developed countries in Europe and North America. The development of the Chip Information Industry is related to national economies and personal livelihoods. Moore discovered a certain trend after analyzing data: in general, every newly produced chip has twice the capacity of the previous generation, and it takes 18 to 24 months for the next generation to be subsequently invented. This trend has come to be known as Moore’s Law. It applies not only to the development of memory chips but also to the evolutionary paths of processor capability and disk drive storage capacity. Moore’s Law has become the basis of performance prediction in several industries. However, since 2011, the size of silicon transistors has been approaching its physical limit at the atomic level. Due to the nature of silicon, additional breakthroughs in the running speed and performance of silicon transistors are severely limited. Elevated temperature and leakage are the two main sources that invalidate Moore’s Law. To counter these issues, This paper analyzes specific problems challenges in the Chip Information Industry, including the development of carbon nanotube chips and fierce competition in the international Chip Information Industry. In addition, this paper undertakes a critical analysis of the Chinese Chip Information Industry and countermeasures to Chinese Chip Information Industry development. 展开更多

The authors extract... This paper deals with the mode analysis of the kinematic structure of human locomotion. The authors investigated synergy mechanism of human locomotion from motion-captured data and EMG signal data. The authors extracted some common basic movements and residual modes, and analyzed the kinematical structures of limit cycle in joint angle space. The authors also implemented the numerical simulation analyses by using the motion captured data and EMG signal data to investigate the mechanical activities of human joints and to extract the mechanical structure of the limit cycle. The results show the joint synergy that is derived by the common basic modes, which expresses an inverted pendulum mode in support phase, and ballistic mode in swing phase with the kick-off motion in the most effective direction. This result can be guessed that the control strategy of human locomotion is simply based on the minimal control principle. 展开更多

A sample of 76 older adults (27 with diabetes and 49 without diabetes) were selected to judge three information factors, metamemory related to—drug organization—stress and physical activity in relation to their perception of self-care. In order to do so, an Integration Information Theory was considered to determine systematic cognitive algebra rules underlying judgment about 24 different health self-care scenarios. Results indicate that older adults without diabetes use a summative cognitive rule to integrate relevant health information but older adults with diabetes do not. Both groups agreed that metamemory was the most relevant factor to their self-care followed by stress and physical activity. However, valuation of these factors does depend on the type of group. Implications of these results to healthcare a behavioral nursing intervention are discussed in this paper. 展开更多

Industrial control systems(ICSs)are widely used in various fields,and the information security problems of ICSs are increasingly serious.The existing evaluation methods fail to describe the uncertain evaluation information and group evaluation information of experts.Thus,this paper introduces the probabilistic linguistic term sets(PLTSs)to model the evaluation information of experts.Meanwhile,we propose a probabilistic linguistic multi-criteria decision-making(PL-MCDM)method to solve the information security assessment problem of ICSs.Firstly,we propose a novel subscript equivalence distance measure of PLTSs to improve the existing methods.Secondly,we use the Best Worst Method(BWM)method and Criteria Importance Through Inter-criteria Correlation(CRITIC)method to obtain the subjective weights and objective weights,which are used to derive the combined weights.Thirdly,we use the subscript equivalence distance measure method and the combined weight method to improve the probabilistic linguistic Visekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(PL-VIKOR)method.Finally,we apply the proposed method to solve the information security assessment problem of ICSs.When comparing with the existing methods such as the probabilistic linguistic Tomada deDecisão Iterativa Multicritério(PL-TODIM)method and probabilistic linguistic Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(PL-TOPSIS)method,the case example shows that the proposed method can provide more reasonable ranking results.By evaluating and ranking the information security level of different ICSs,managers can identify problems in time and guide their work better. 展开更多

This study aims to reflect the information coverage grey number and the interaction between attributes in grey relational decision making. Therefore, a multi-attribute decision method based on the grey information coverage interaction relational degree(GIRD) is proposed. Firstly, this paper defines the information coverage grey number, and establishes the GIRD model by using the Choquet fuzzy integral and grey relational principle. It proves that the proposed model not only is the general and unified form of the point relational degree, interval relational degree, mixed relational degree and grey fuzzy integral relational degree, but also can effectively deal with the interaction between attributes. Further,a decision making example of evaluating the industrial operation quality for 14 cities in Hunan province of China is provided to highlight the implementation, availability, and feasibility of the proposed decision model. 展开更多

The numerous construction projects in China provide the best environment for the development of information technology applied in building design.Various commercial CAD/CAE software applications are purchased by design firms for multi-disciplinary design tasks.However,researches on integration and interoperability are seldom considered.This study pursues a breakthrough point of integration in the architectural and structural domains and expects further development in other aspects.A central building information modeling (BIM) framework based on the industry foundation classes (IFC) is proposed to handle the data exchange between IFC-compatible architectural models and structural models.A central XML(extensible markup language)-based unified finite element model (FEM) is proposed for model conversion among various commercial structural CAE software applications.In addition to bidirectional data interfaces among IFC-based BIM,XML-based FEM and various commercial FEMs,some other components such as visualization,calculation and model editing/check are also equipped into the prototype system. 展开更多

产业融合力理论解析与测度分析——以西部陆海新通道腹地29个城市为例

经济新常态下,产业融合越来越成为区域城市经济发展新动力和新经济的增长点。基于城市产业融合力理论构建产业融合力评价指标体系,运用熵值法和灰色关联法测度产业融合力的综合指数,以及产业融合力与产业供给力和需求力之间的关联度。... 经济新常态下,产业融合越来越成为区域城市经济发展新动力和新经济的增长点。基于城市产业融合力理论构建产业融合力评价指标体系,运用熵值法和灰色关联法测度产业融合力的综合指数,以及产业融合力与产业供给力和需求力之间的关联度。结果表明:2008—2019年产业融合力综合指数经历了显著的改善和提升;从29个城市的产业融合综合指数来看,成都市和重庆市具有较高的产业融合指数;从产业融合增长趋势来看,昆明、西安、乌鲁木齐等城市的产业融合指数呈现出较高的增长趋势,其他城市的产业融合指数相对较低,且增长趋势不明显;产业融合的需求力与产业融合的关联度低于产业融合的供给力。最后,提出提高产业融合力的政策建议,包括完善收入分配制度、缩小收入分配差距、稳定和扩大就业、提高劳动者技能和素质、完善工资合理增长机制等措施,以增加劳动者的收入水平,进一步扩大外向经济的比重,促进跨界合作与开放创新;加强基础包括建设与配套服务,制定科学的基础设施建设与配套服务规划;完善科技体制机制,打破科技创新和产业发展之间的壁垒,促进创新要素的自由流动和高效配置,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才;制定相关政策和规划,为产业链创新链的深度融合提供政策支持和保障等政策措施。 展开更多

深化产教融合、校企合作,培养高素质技能型人才是加快现代职业教育体系的重要之路。在护理教学中,从产教融合视角思考促进糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者心理健康的方法,为患者... 深化产教融合、校企合作,培养高素质技能型人才是加快现代职业教育体系的重要之路。在护理教学中,从产教融合视角思考促进糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者心理健康的方法,为患者制定有针对性的干预措施。通过检索并综合分析国内外相关文献,结果表明DN患者焦虑、抑郁的发生率高,但临床护理工作中缺乏心理健康状况的评估及相关措施的深入实施。今后应将行MHD治疗的DN患者心理健康状况纳入常规评估项目之一,并在产教融合视域下进一步探寻个体化科学的护理措施,以期改善行MHD治疗的DN患者的心理健康问题,促进患者身心健康。 展开更多

The growing interest in the material flow(MF)theory has invoked much interesting research in recent years.Although the MF theory is relatively new,a review of the related literature from a historical perspective shows that MF theory represents a new stage of the evolutionary development of interrelated subjects such as Physical Distribution(PD),Logistics,and Supply Chain Management(SCM).The purpose of this paper is to provide a summative review of the evolution of the subjects of PD,Logistics,and SCM,and their new development,MF theory.The paper aims at tracing how concepts and findings in PD,Logistics,SCM,and MF have been developed and have evolved.The study shows that PD evolved to Logistics in middle of the 1980s;starting from the late 1990s,Logistics has evolved to SCM;and today PD,Logistics,and SCM can be considered to be under the umbrella provided by a new theory called MF theory.This paper points out that MF theory is a necessity to deal with the overwhelming complexity of material flow systems in the global economy of the twenty-first century. 展开更多
