Research on the Model of Consumer Health Information Seeking Behavior via Social Media

Purpose: We aim to create a model of consumer health information seeking behavior via social media, then to have a better understand of it. After that further efforts should be made to provide targeted recommendations for media managers to promote health communication via social media. Methods: Our custom model was derived from literature review, empirical research was tested by the use of questionnaire investigation, and then the collected data were analyzed by structural equation model tool SmartPLS. Finally, the custom model was modified according to the experimental results of SmartPLS. Results: A total of 239 (66.39%) of the respondents were female and 121 (33.61%) were male. The maximum of two stages of age were 18 - 29 (70.56%), 30 - 39 (13.89%). Wechat (60.28%), QQ Zone (55.22%), Micro-blog (48.89%) were the most commonly used social media to obtain health information. About 44.72% of respondents used social media to obtain health information multiple times a day. The whole numerical values of AVE, cronbach’s alpha, CR and square roots of AVE were above the benchmarks of themselves and showed great reliability and validity. All the 11 hypotheses had obvious statistical significance, the P-value of eight path coefficients exhibited <0.001, one path coefficient exhibited <0.01 and two path coefficients exhibited <0.05. Conclusions: A suitable model of consumer health information seeking behavior via social media was created and some inner relationships were found. Namely, gratification of health information and its platform had a positive effect on attitudes toward health information seeking behavior. Health information literacy and health status were proved to have a significant influence on attitudes toward health information seeking behavior, subject norms and perceived behavioral control respectively. In addition, attitudes toward the health information seeking behavior, subject norms and perceived behavioral control were proved to positively associate with health information seeking behavior intention.

Characterizing structure of cross-disciplinary impact of global disciplines:A perspective of the Hierarchy of Science

Purpose:Interdisciplinary fields have become the driving force of modern science and a significant source of scientific innovation.However,there is still a paucity of analysis about the essential characteristics of disciplines’cross-disciplinary impact.Design/methodology/approach:In this study,we define cross-disciplinary impact on one discipline as its impact to other disciplines,and refer to a three-dimensional framework of variety-balance-disparity to characterize the structure of cross-disciplinary impact.The variety of cross-disciplinary impact of the discipline was defined as the proportion of the high cross-disciplinary impact publications,and the balance and disparity of cross-disciplinary impact were measured as well.To demonstrate the cross-disciplinary impact of the disciplines in science,we chose Microsoft Academic Graph(MAG)as the data source,and investigated the relationship between disciplines’cross-disciplinary impact and their positions in the Hierarchy of Science(HOS).Findings:Analytical results show that there is a significant correlation between the ranking of cross-disciplinary impact and the HOS structure,and that the discipline exerts a greater cross-disciplinary impact on its neighboring disciplines.Several bibliometric features that measure the hardness of a discipline,including the number of references,the number of cited disciplines,the citation distribution,and the Price index have a significant positive effect on the variety of cross-disciplinary impact.The number of references,the number of cited disciplines,and the citation distribution have significant positive and negative effects on balance and disparity,respectively.It is concluded that the less hard the discipline,the greater the cross-disciplinary impact,the higher balance and the lower disparity of cross-disciplinary impact.Research limitations:In the empirical analysis of HOS,we only included five broad disciplines.This study also has some biases caused by the data source and applied regression models.Practical implications:This study contributes to the formulation of discipline-specific policies and promotes the growth of interdisciplinary research,as well as offering fresh insights for predicting the cross-disciplinary impact of disciplines.Originality/value:This study provides a new perspective to properly understand the mechanisms of cross-disciplinary impact and disciplinary integration.

Research on the Coverage of the Belt and Road Initiative and a Community with Shared Future for Mankind by Mainstream Media in the United States--Taking the three major mainstream media in the United States as an example

Since China put forward the Belt and Road Initiative and a community with shared future for mankind,mainstream media in the United States such as The Washington Post,The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal have given continuous reports.As the world’s superpower,the United States has a developed media system and a wide range of influence.The study extracted 173 valid texts from May 2015 to March 2020,among which only 5 reports were on a community with shared future for mankind.American media mainly reported from five aspects including economy,politics,cultural,security and environment,although there is no lack of certain sounds,there was more negative reports.It can provide a reference basis for our accurate response and creating a positive international public opinion environment that grasping the reporting trends on the Belt and Road Initiative and a community with shared future for mankind accurately.

The Optimization Path of Research Support Services in University Libraries from the Perspective of Affordance Theory

University libraries,as an integral component of university research capabilities,are tasked with serving education by providing research support to faculty and students.This study adopts an affordance research perspective originating from ecological psychology to explore the optimization path of research support services in libraries in the new media era.Based on the characteristics of university library services,this research analyzes three aspects:production affordance,mobile affordance,and social affordance,and proposes practical recommendations to guide future research service practices of university libraries.

Numerical Calculation of Transient Flow of Polymer Foam in Porous Media

Based on the mathematical model of one dimension transient flow of the polymer foam in porous media, the numerical calculation method of the flow mentioned above by using the finite difference method is given. Through the experiments of one dimension transient flow of HPAM (Hydrolytic Polyacrylamide) foam in the artificial sandstone core, the HPAM foam generation and coalescence coefficient of the mathematical model mentioned above are determined. The profiles of the liquid phase saturation, the pressure drop and the number density of one dimension transient flow of HPAM foam with the dimensionless time in artificial sandstone core are numerically calculated and analyzed by using the numerical calculation method.

Media as an Identity Negotiator Among ＂Swedish＂ Children in Athens and ＂Japanese＂ in London

With its transcultural perspective this paper looks at how families （i.e., parents and children） talk about children＇s identity and the importance of mothers＇ homeland media for the children, who are surrounded by a global popular media culture. Both studies used similar methods： interviews, participant observation, and photo-taking. The analysis shows the complexity of identity formation and the need to apply a contextual and relational perspective when wanting to understand the roles of media in the process of forming identity. The mothers＇ homeland media is an important construction tool in the process and helps the children not only with languages but also catch up with information about peers in mothers＇ homeland.

A brief study of ＂new media＂ on the ethical problems and countermeasures

新闻媒体网页归档方法与策略研究

新闻媒体网页归档是保存新闻资源的重要手段,但是当前领域内实践尚处于起步阶段。在梳理国内外研究现状的基础上,剖析了我国在体制机制、法律政策、关键技术等方面存在的问题,进而从宏观和微观两个层面提出了完善顶层设计、明确责任权利、统一标准规范、创新技术应用、拓展服务利用等优化策略和对策建议,以期推动新闻网页归档工作走向规范化、制度化、常态化。

耳聋左慈丸治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎临床疗效及作用机制研究

目的 观察耳聋左慈丸联合西医疗法治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效,并分析其作用机制。方法 选择2022年1月—2022年12月于医院耳鼻喉科治疗的200例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者,采用随机数字表法将上述患者分为对照组和试验组,每组100例,对照组患者予以西医常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以耳聋左慈丸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状和不良反应情况,以及治疗前后听力水平、耳积液炎症因子水平变化。结果 对照组患者的有效率为(80.00%,80/100),试验组患者的有效率为(90.00%,90/100),与对照组比较,试验组的有效率明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗前、治疗后1周两组患者的ETDQ-7无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后3周后,试验组患者的ETDQ-7水平相较于对照组均明显下降(P<0.01)。干预完成后,试验组患者耳鸣、耳闷、听力下降以及鼓室积液等主要症状评分水平相较于对照组均明显降低(P<0.01)。干预完成后,与对照组患者比较,试验组患者0.5、1、2 kHz的纯音听阈明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预前两组患者的耳积液炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预完成后,试验组患者耳积液中IL-1β、IL-8以及TNF-α水平相较于对照组均明显下降(P<0.01)。干预过程中所有患者的主要不良反应有恶心呕吐、食欲不振、腹痛腹泻、头晕头痛等,两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 耳聋左慈丸联合西医疗法治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎具有良好的临床效果,提高患者听力水平,改善临床症状,抑制局部炎症反应,且无不良反应增加。

铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究的当代呈现与传播

纵观铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究,主要是通过书籍、报纸、期刊、电视、广播和网站展开宏观辨识,通过纸媒、学术会议、数据库网站传播进行中观探析,通过新媒体传播、现场传播开展微观运作。其传播内容随着认识论、实践论、关系论、价值论等多维论域的研究而呈现出丰富广泛的特点。多种研究方法的运用与相互结合,使铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究的传播效果不断积累、深化和扩大。循着最初由内涵阐释到方法路径的摸索、从对历史渊源的体现挖掘到在当代民族工作中的实际运用、由对中国各民族人民铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现实探析到对新生代海外侨胞铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现状分析的研究轨迹,相应地其传播规律划分为接触与显现阶段、选择阶段、融合阶段。因目前铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究呈现出碎片化、重点不突出的问题,且在传播影响力方面有待增强,时下与未来一段时间需要在呈现的体系化与特色化、呈现的方向性与重点性、传播的中国化与国际化几个方面进行进一步深化挖掘与完善。

护士参与新媒体健康科普真实体验的质性研究

目的了解护士参与新媒体健康科普的体验及存在问题。方法采用现象学质性研究方法,对14名全流程参与新媒体健康科普制作和推广的护士进行半结构式访谈。结果护士参与新媒体健康科普真实体验包括4个主题和13个亚主题,4个主题包括:护士职业价值感提升;护士新媒体健康科普能力提升;护士在新媒体健康科普中的困难;感知到患者存在复杂科普需求。结论护士参与新媒体健康科普存在获益体验,也遇到一些困难。管理者应整合资源,完善支持系统,促进护士参与新媒体健康科普的同时,提升其职业价值感及综合能力,构建满足患者复杂需求的高质量新媒体健康科普作品。

“心理防御”脉络中的瑞典传播研究发展及自主知识体系建构

受两次世界大战以及冷战思维的影响,“心理防御”话语体系塑造了北欧国家媒介与传播研究的学术话语体系。以瑞典为例,细描“心理防御”话语体系如何在瑞典传播学研究发展中发挥影响,以及瑞典媒介与传播学研究学科设立与发展过程中对“心理防御”研究传统继承、转向与再发展的过程。通过对这一特定区域国别的传播学学术话语体系的研究发现:第二次世界大战及冷战时期美国的传播学研究对瑞典的传播学研究产生了决定性的影响,奠定了其学术话语体系建构的格局与基础;另一方面,瑞典“心理防御”体系的传播学研究又体现出瑞典在现代传播学研究中的发展特色,也体现出瑞典传播学研究的主体性特征,从而为研究北欧传播学研究的发展特点与学术贡献提供有价值的参考。从心理防御视角理解瑞典传播学发展逻辑,也对理解全球应对信息战或混合战的区域策略具有强烈的现实价值。

社会记忆视阈下突发事件档案编研的困境探视与破解之道

突发事件档案作为人们在应对突发事件过程中形成的重要原始记录和叙事资料,新修订的《档案法》要求各级档案馆健全突发事件应对活动相关档案的利用机制,增强为突发事件应对活动提供文献参考和决策支持的能力。笔者基于网络和电话调研调查近六十个档案馆发现,目前的突发事件档案编研活动存在较多现实困境,需要进行破解和提升,才能充分发挥其构建社会记忆和推进国家治理体系现代化的重要功能。

良渚文化作为一种被“重新发现”的地区文化,在中华文明发展进程中占据极其重要的地位。研究借助NOW新闻语料库,采用语料库和话语分析相结合的方法,从词频统计、搭配词分析、索引行分析等层面,对海外网络媒体关于良渚报道话语中的结构、意义和社会属性进行量化分析,并结合话语分析理论进行文本描述,定量与定性结合,观察良渚在海外网络媒体中的话语表征和形象描述,提出提升良渚国际形象的建议。
