Chin J Neul Psych 1993; 26（3）: 131. Eight indices of the immunological function were studied in 100 patients with schizophrenia. Compared with the control group, the patients with Schizophrenia had a markedly decreased positive rate of the PHA test, ANAE（+） cells % and IgA; whereas significantly increased mean contents of lgG and CIC. However, the mean contents of the IgM,Cand lysozyme did not show any significant change. The results indicate that the schizophrenic patients have lower cell immunological function, which may be one of the probable attributing factors in the genesis of the disease.展开更多

Chin J Radiol 1993; 27(4):229. Behcet syndrome is a chronic disorder invading multiple systems. In the chest, the pulmonary vessels, the superior vena cava, aorta and heart can be involved. The authors reported the imaging manifestations of the chest in 7 cases of Behcet’s syndrome. The main findings included pulmonary abnormalities in 5 cases, consisting of hilar nodules in 4, and pulmonary nodule in I case. In two cases, the hilar nodule in 1 case. In two cases, the hilar nodule was proved to be pulmonary artery aneurysm accompanied by pulmonary embolism via pulmonary arteriography and enhanced CT scan. In one case, patchy infiltration of lung due to hemorrhage was found. Obstruction of the superior vena cava in 2 cases was confirmed by venography concomitant pleural effusion was present in 1 case.
