The waveform of the explosion shock wave under free-field air explosion is an extremely complex problem.It is generally considered that the waveform consists of overpressure peak,positive pressure zone and negative pressure zone.Most of current practice usually considers only the positive pressure.Many empirical relations are available to predict overpressure peak,the positive pressure action time and pressure decay law.However,there are few models that can predict the whole waveform.The whole process of explosion shock wave overpressure,which was expressed as the product of the three factor functions of peak,attenuation and oscillation,was proposed in the present work.According to the principle of explosion similarity,the scaled parameters were introduced and the empirical formula was absorbed to form a mathematical model of shock wave overpressure.Parametric numerical simulations of free-field air explosions were conducted.By experimental verification of the AUTODYN numerical method and comparing the analytical and simulated curves,the model is proved to be accurate to calculate the shock wave overpressure under free-field air explosion.In addition,through the model the shock wave overpressure at different time and distance can be displayed in three dimensions.The model makes the time needed for theoretical calculation much less than that for numerical simulation. 展开更多

The motion of a bubble near the free surface is solved by the boundary element method based on the linear wave equation, and the influence of fluid compressibility on bubble dynamics is analyzed. Based on the solution of the bubble motion, the far-field radiation noise induced by the bubble is calculated using Kirchhoff moving boundary integral equation, and the influence of free surface on far-field noise is researched. As the results, the oscillation amplitude of the bubble is weakened in compressible fluid compared with that in incompressible fluid, and the free surface amplifies the effect of fluid compressibility. When the distance between the bubble and an observer is much larger than that between the bubble and free surface, the sharp wave trough of the sound pressure at the observer occurs. With the increment of the distance between the bubble and free surface, the time of the wave trough appearing is delayed and the value of the wave trough increase. When the distance between the observer and the bubble is reduced, the sharp wave trough at the observer disappears. 展开更多

The numerical results of the frequency equations in the presence of magnetic field are discussed and shown graphically. After reviewing the studies on the lateral artificial boundaries in dynamic soil-structure interactions,the free field boundary was theoretically analyzed in asymmetric-and symmetric-matrix forms.First,the lumped mass system was combined with viscous or viscoelastic elements to obtain a lumped mass-free field boundary.Second,typical examples were implemented using the finite element software ABAQUS.The incident shear wave was taken to be perpendicular to the bottom to verify the effectiveness of the lumped mass-free field under various sites:underground structures,uniform sites,and layered sites.Finally,the accuracy of the lumped mass-free field boundary was compared with those of the viscoelastic and roller boundaries on different calculation scales,soil damping ratios,structure sizes,and ground motion characteristics.Subsequently,the engineering design values for different damping ratios are given.The results show that the precision of the lumped mass-free field boundary was reasonable,and the operation was simple within the same engineering application. 展开更多

Cherenkov free electron laser(CFEL) is simulated numerically by using the single particle method to optimize the electron beam. The electron beam is assumed to be moving near the surface of a flat dielectric slab along a growing radiation. The set of coupled nonlinear differential equations of motion is solved to study the electron dynamics. For three sets of parameters, in high power CFEL, it is found that an axial magnetic field is always necessary to keep the electron beam in the interaction region and its optimal strength is reported for each case. At the injection point, the electron beam’s distance above the dielectric surface is kept at a minimum value so that the electrons neither hit the dielectric nor move away from it to the weaker radiation fields and out of the interaction region. The optimal electron beam radius and current are thereby calculated. This analysis is in agreement with two previous numerical studies for a cylindrical waveguide but is at odds with analytical treatments of a flat dielectric that does not use an axial magnetic field. This is backed by an interesting physical reasoning. 展开更多

In the semi-free acoustic field, the actual acoustic pressure at any point is composed of two parts: The direct acoustic pressure and the reflected acoustic pressure. The general acoustic holographic theories and algorithms request that there is only the direct acoustic pressure contained in the pressure at any point on the hologram surface, consequently, they cannot be used to reconstruct acoustic source and predict acoustic field directly. To take the reflected pressure into consideration, near-field acoustic holography for semi-free acoustic field based on wave superposition approach is proposed to realize the holographic reconstruction and prediction of the semi-free acoustic field, and the wave superposition approach is adopted as a holographic transform algorithm. The proposed theory and algorithm are realized and verified with a numerical example, and the drawbacks of the general theories and algorithms in the holographic reconstruction and prediction of the semi-free acoustic field are also demonstrated by this numerical example. 展开更多

Calculation of free energy of Al-Cu-Li alloy under electric field

Based on Thomas-Fermi model, the interior potential boundary condition with the effect of electric field was defined, the calculation method of free energy for atom cluster under electric field was established. The change of free energy of Al-Cu-Li alloy under the effect of electric field was calculated quantitatively. It is shown that: near the zero electric field and the side of positive electric field, the free energy of Cu4LiAl7 compound at aging temperature 460 K is higher than that of free energy at solid solution temperature 725 K, but once the negative electric field increases to certain degree there will be opposite result. Under the effect of electric field, at 725 K the free energy of Cu4LiAl7 is higher than that of Al-1.0%Li-4.0%Cu, and at 460 K the free energy of compound is lower than that of solid solution. When the copper content in the Al-Li-Cu solid solution is below 5%, under the effect of electric field the free energy of solid solution increases gradually with the increasing of copper content, but the increasing amplitude reduces with the increasing of copper content. The free energy of binary solid solution increases with the addition of lithium, and with the increasing of electric field intensity the free energy margin of two kinds of solid solution becomes bigger. 展开更多

This paper studies the molecular rotational excitation and field-free spatial alignment in a nonresonant intense laser field numerically and analytically by using the time-dependent SchrSdinger equation. The broad rotational wave packets excited by the femtosecond pulse are defined in conjugate angle space, and their coefficients are obtained by solving a set of coupled linear equations. Both single molecule orientation angles and an ensemble of O2 and CO molecule angular distributions are calculated in detail. The numerical results show that, for single molecule highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) symmetry σ tends to have a molecular orientation along the laser polarization direction and the permanent dipole moment diminishes the mean of the orientation angles; for an ensemble of molecules, angular distributions provide more complex and additional information at times where there are no revivals in the single molecule plot. In particular, at the revival peak instant, with the increase of temperature of the molecular ensemble, the anisotropic angular distributions with respect to the laser polarization direction of the πg orbital gradually transform to the symmetrical distributions regarding the laser polarization vector and for two HOMO configurations angular distributions of all directions are confined within a smaller angle when the temperature of the molecular ensemble is higher. 展开更多

In-situ measurement of magnetic field gradient in a magnetic shield by a spin-exchange relaxation-free magnetometer

The magnetic shield is widely used in the atomic magnetometer. However, there is magnetic field gradient in the magnetic shield, which would lead to additional gradient broadening. It is impossible to use an ex-situ magnetometer to measure magnetic field gradient in the region of a cell, whose length of side is several centimeters. The method demonstrated in this paper can realize the in-situ measurement of the magnetic field gradient inside the cell, which is significant for the spin relaxation study. The magnetic field gradients along the longitudinal axis of the magnetic shield are measured by a spin-exchange relaxation-free (SERF) magnetometer by adding a magnetic field modulation in the probe beam's direction. The transmissivity of the cell for the probe beam is always inhomogeneous along the pump beam direction, and the method proposed in this paper is independent of the intensity of the probe beam, which means that the method is independent of the cell's transmissivity. This feature makes the method more practical experimentally. Moreover, the AC-Stark shift can seriously degrade and affect the precision of the magnetic field gradient measurement. The AC-Stark shift is suppressed by locking the pump beam to the resonance of potassium's D1 line. Furthermore, the residual magnetic fields are measured with σ+- and σ--polarized pump beams, which can further suppress the effect of the AC-Stark shift. The method of measuring in-situ magnetic field gradient has achieved a magnetic field gradient precision of better than 30 pT/mm. 展开更多

Capability of the Free-Ion Eigenstates for Crystal-Field Splitting

Any electronic eigenstate of the paramagnetic ion open-shell is characterized by the three independent multipole asphericities for and 6 related to the second moments of the relevant crystal-field splittings by , where . The Ak as the reduced matrix elements can serve as a reliable measure of the state capability for the splitting produced by the k-rank component of the crystal-field Hamiltonian. These multipolar characteristics allow one to verify any fitted crystal-field parameter set by comparing the calculated second moments and the experimental ones of the relevant crystal-field splittings. We present the multipole characteristics Ak for the extensive set of eigenstates from the lower parts of energy spectra of the tripositive 4 f N ions applying in the calculations the improved eigenfunctions of the free lanthanide ions obtained based on the M. Reid f-shell programs. Such amended asphericities are compared with those achieved for the simplified Russell-Saunders states. Next, they are classified with respect to the absolute or relative weight of Ak in the multipole structure of the considered states. For the majority of the analyzed states (about 80%) the Ak variation is of order of only a few percent. Some essential changes are found primarily for several states of Tm3+, Er3+, Nd3+, and Pr3+ ions. The detailed mechanisms of such Ak changes are unveiled. Particularly, certain noteworthy cancelations as well as enhancements of their magnitudes are explained. 展开更多

基岩入射波一维和二维时域反演不能反映入射方位角和斜入射角的空间任意性,导致构建的自由场可能与实际偏离较远,因此有必要开展基岩入射波三维时域反演研究。基于波函数组合法,利用基岩中P波、SV波和SH波的入射波时程表达地表控制点自... 基岩入射波一维和二维时域反演不能反映入射方位角和斜入射角的空间任意性,导致构建的自由场可能与实际偏离较远,因此有必要开展基岩入射波三维时域反演研究。基于波函数组合法,利用基岩中P波、SV波和SH波的入射波时程表达地表控制点自由场,建立基于设计地震动的基岩入射波三维时域反演方法,并进一步构建了多波组合斜入射下的空间非一致自由场,分析了基于一维和二维反演方法构建的自由场偏差,揭示了不同反演和自由场构建方法对于沥青混凝土心墙土石坝地震响应的影响机制。结果表明:基于地震动三维反演方法构建的自由场具有空间非一致性,能够更全面地反映场地的地震动场情况。当入射方位角在0°~60°、斜入射角在40°~90°范围内,与三维反演方法相比,一维反演方法构建的特征点x向自由场偏差较大,位移峰值最大偏差为55.8%;当入射方向与某个水平坐标轴平行时,二维反演方法构建的特征点另一个水平向自由场偏差较大,位移峰值最大偏差为100%。介质泊松比增大,一维反演下x向自由场偏差减小,二维反演下x向自由场偏差增大,特征点位移峰值最大偏差分别为46%和36%。与基于地震动三维反演方法获得的心墙拉应力最大值相比,二维和一维反演下拉应力最大值分别减小了83.3%和20.0%。 展开更多

地下结构地震响应分析的高效混合模拟方法

数值模拟是地下结构抗震分析的重要手段之一,然而地震动输入及边界效应、模型尺度规模等因素均会影响数值模拟的计算精度和效率,并且存在计算尺度、计算时间、计算精度之间的矛盾,因此如何高效、精确地模拟地下结构与地层相互作用体系... 数值模拟是地下结构抗震分析的重要手段之一,然而地震动输入及边界效应、模型尺度规模等因素均会影响数值模拟的计算精度和效率,并且存在计算尺度、计算时间、计算精度之间的矛盾,因此如何高效、精确地模拟地下结构与地层相互作用体系的地震响应仍是亟待解决的关键问题。基于区域缩减法(DRM)将边界元和有限元相融合的核心思想,旨在建立能够合理模拟地下结构-地层系统地震响应特征的高效混合分析方法。首先将地下结构-地层整体模型划分为近场地层-结构内域子模型和远场地层外域子模型,通过构造重合节点保证内域-外域耦合边界处的位移连续性;其次,基于边界元求解外域自由场或地形影响下的非自由场地震动特征,并采用DRM构造矩阵方程将外域动力响应转化为等效地震荷载,可以在保证地震动合理输入的前提下极大地缩减外域模型尺寸,进而实现对内域中地下结构地震响应的快速参数化分析;最后,设计了两组典型算例以检验该方法的可靠性和高效性。结果表明:对于无地形影响下的双线隧道地震响应模拟,通过与远置边界参考解对比验证了方法的有效性;对于受地形条件影响下的双线隧道地震响应模拟,本方法在保证精度要求的基础上极大缩减了包括地形在内的外域模型范围,相比远置边界法和传统黏弹性法,可使计算模型尺度分别缩减97%和83%,计算时间减少72%和58%。此外,该方法还可推广到斜入射地震动作用下地下结构的动力响应分析。 展开更多

解冻方式对炝蟹食用品质的影响

为研究不同解冻方式对冻藏炝蟹食用品质的影响,筛选食用前的最佳解冻方式,对低温解冻、室温解冻、流水解冻、超声解冻和脉冲磁场辅助解冻5种方式的解冻曲线、感官评价、电子舌、蟹肉蛋白质及其降解产物和呈味核苷酸含量变化进行分析。... 为研究不同解冻方式对冻藏炝蟹食用品质的影响,筛选食用前的最佳解冻方式,对低温解冻、室温解冻、流水解冻、超声解冻和脉冲磁场辅助解冻5种方式的解冻曲线、感官评价、电子舌、蟹肉蛋白质及其降解产物和呈味核苷酸含量变化进行分析。结果表明:超声和脉冲磁场辅助解冻最具时效性(10.4、26.2 min),低温解冻最耗时(312.6 min)。脉冲磁场辅助解冻蟹肉的色泽、质地和气味的评分最高,超声解冻的口感评分最好。电子舌结果表明,低温解冻、脉冲磁场辅助解冻和超声解冻蟹肉品质较接近,与流水解冻和室温解冻之间存在较大差异。超声解冻蟹肉的水分质量分数最高(84.37%),脉冲磁场辅助解冻的蛋白降解指数最低(13.83%),流水解冻的蟹肉水分质量分数最低(77.36%),且蛋白降解指数最高(16.64%)。低温解冻蟹肉的总游离氨基酸含量最高(2885.78 mg/100 g),脉冲磁场辅助和超声解冻蟹肉中谷氨基酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸的含量相近,分别为97.50、665.80 mg/100 g和487.20 mg/100 g及92.30、642.40 mg/100 g和490.50 mg/100 g,显著高于其他3种解冻方式。不同解冻方式对炝蟹蟹肉中呈味核苷酸作用显著,超声和脉冲磁场辅助解冻蟹肉中呈味核苷酸具有较高的含量,以脉冲磁场辅助解冻蟹肉中等效鲜味浓度最高(44.38 g/100 g)。因此,脉冲磁场辅助解冻最适宜作为冻藏炝蟹的解冻方式。 展开更多

地震波斜入射下水平成层覆盖层地基波动输入研究

覆盖层具有土体动力非线性和结构成层特征,地震波斜入射下覆盖层地基自由场计算难度增大、人工边界吸能能力受到限制,制约了地震波动输入精度和应用。以水平成层覆盖层为研究对象,引入势函数理论,构建了地震波斜入射下顶层幅值矩阵与任... 覆盖层具有土体动力非线性和结构成层特征,地震波斜入射下覆盖层地基自由场计算难度增大、人工边界吸能能力受到限制,制约了地震波动输入精度和应用。以水平成层覆盖层为研究对象,引入势函数理论,构建了地震波斜入射下顶层幅值矩阵与任意层幅值矩阵之间的动态传递关系,获得土体时域应变;基于二维应变状态理论,采用等效线性化法反映土体动力非线性,建立了地震波斜入射下非线性水平成层覆盖层地基自由场解析计算方法。利用作者发展的非线性黏弹性人工边界单元模拟远域辐射阻尼效应,近场波动分析中边界单元参数随内层土体单元动剪应变变化,边界单元吸能能力达到最优。结合解析自由场转换得到的等效输入荷载,建立了适用于地震波斜入射下非线性水平成层覆盖层地基地震波动输入方法。该方法能够依据深部斜入射波和地表地震动实现覆盖层地基波动输入,依据地表地震动实现波动输入是避免了通过基底地震动正演自由场等过程。研究了弹性水平双层和非线性水平多层覆盖层地基地震响应,结果表明,波动输入计算获得位移和应力均与解析解有较高拟合度,计算精度高,可为水平成层覆盖层地基上土石坝地震响应研究提供基础。 展开更多
