As an important carrier of red culture,red music culture carries the glorious history of revolution,construction,and reform led by the Communist Party of China(CPC),and has significant functional value in cultivating students’ideals,values,and cultural identity,as well as patriotic consciousness and national pride.However,the integration of red music culture into the ideological and political education of primary and secondary schools faces the dilemmas of low cultivation awareness,insufficient excavation of resources,and lack of optimization of atmosphere and field.In view of these problems,the strategies of enhancing cultivation awareness,excavating the resources in-depth,and creating a positive atmosphere and field provide new ideas and methods for ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools.

The Current Situation,Problems,and Improvement Path of Rule of Law Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Chaoshan Area

Rule of law education in primary and secondary schools is an educational process to popularize legal knowledge,establish legal awareness,and cultivate the ability to respect,abide by,and use the law for the special group of primary and secondary school students.The research found that rule of law education in primary and secondary schools in Chaoshan has yielded positive outcomes.However,there exist problems such as uneven synergy,incomplete inclusion of teachers and students,shortage of adequately trained professional teachers,and the need for enhanced organizational support.The relevance and effectiveness of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools will be enhanced by clarifying the target tasks,enhancing the effectiveness of the classroom,creating an atmosphere of the rule of law,and strengthening organizational support.

Primary and secondary school mental health teachers in professional identity of intervention programs

To explore the impact of teacher training on the professional identity of primary and secondary school mental health teachers, this study conducted a half-month professional development training program to 54 primary and secondary school mental health teachers, and performed measurement on the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group and the control group with “Teachers’ Professional Identity Questionnaire”. The result shows that after the training there is a significant improvement in the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group, and the teachers’ scores on the four dimensions of profession identity: the sense of role, the professional behavioral tendency, the occupational values, and the sense of belonging, all increased significantly. This indicates that the curriculum intervention for the primary and secondary school mental health teachers could effectively improve the teachers’ professional identity.

Exploring the Path of Implementing the Home-School Co-education Model from the Perspective of Moral Education Field

As a social psychological field derived from the concept of physical field,the moral education field plays a very important role in guiding the construction of a home-school co-education model.In this paper,by analyzing the internal power system of the moral education field,with a policy oriented approach and combined with contemporary factors,it aims to empower the traditional home-school co-education model.Only by combining home education and school education,supplemented by social policy guidance,strengthening the construction of the"trinity"community,creating a harmonious and stable ecological interactive moral education field,expanding the path of home-school cooperation,strengthening the boundary of home and school responsibility,and innovating the form of home-school co-education,can it support the bright future of education.

Education Equipment Configuration and Funding Situation Analysis of Underdeveloped Areas of Information Technology in Rural Primary and Secondary School

In order to understand IT teaching conditions and living environment in the less developed areas of rural primary and secondary school, the paper uses questionnaire survey equipment to investigate education of some rural underdeveloped areas of information technology in primary and secondary school in Jiangxi. And it has analyzed 2011-2013 investment and construction of the status quo in education funding for information technology equipment. The results show： Less Developed Areas in primary and secondary school education information and technology education equipment cannot meet the needs of the development of education with lack of funding support, poor school environment and information technology teaching conditions. And this phenomenon has been analyzed, and effective measures are to improve primary and secondary school education in underdeveloped areas of information technology conditions and educational level.

Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era Based on Modern Information Technology

With the rapid development of information technology represented by artificial intelligence(AI),there has been a great impact on educational methods,educational behaviors,and educational models.It can even be said that there is a fundamental change.Especially under the influence of the pandemic,educational behaviors have undergone radical changes.The education management information system in primary and secondary schools strengthens the service of labor education for primary and secondary school students,with a data analysis system for labor education.A survey on labor education in 103 primary and secondary schools in the region has been carried out.Information technology can well improve the form of labor education in primary and secondary schools and promote the development of labor education.Big data can be used to objectively analyze the problems of labor education in primary and secondary schools,thus proposing a new era of labor education data analysis system and management for primary and secondary schools.

The Impact of COVID-19 on the Mental-Emotional Wellbeing of Primary Healthcare Professionals: A Descriptive Correlational Study

The present study aimed to examine work environment related factors and frontline primary healthcare profes-sionals’mental-emotional wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic in school communities of Hong Kong.A total of 61(20%)school health nurses(frontline primary healthcare professionals)participated in a cross-sec-tional online survey from March to June 2020.Outcomes of mental-emotional health were measured using the Mental Health Continuum-Short Form(14-item scale with three subscales related to emotional,social and psychological wellbeing);the Perceived Stress Scale(10-item scale with two subscales related to perceived help-lessness and lack of self-efficacy);and the Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced Inventory(Brief COPE),a 28-item inventory with two subscales related to adaptive and maladaptive strategies.Almost half(42.6%)of par-ticipants experienced mental health problems.Those employed in government subsidized schools had signifi-cantly lower scores in mental health wellbeing than those who worked in private schools.Factors relating to increased mental health problems included lack of emotional support,inadequate training relating to infection prevention and control measures,disengagement and self-blame.A variety of factors influencing school health nurses’social,emotional and psychological wellbeing in their work environment during the COVID-19 pandemic were also reported.The mental-emotional wellbeing of school nurses may relate to their subjective feeling of lone-liness as participants were the sole frontline primary healthcare professional working in the school community during the COVID-19 pandemic.Studyfindings provide relevant evidence for management teams to build a cul-ture of psychological and social support into workplace policies and procedures.Continuous staff development and adequate social support are important to promote the mental-emotional wellbeing of primary healthcare pro-fessionals in school communities as they play a significant role in safeguarding resources during pandemics.

Analysis of the Physical Education Teaching Path in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the Guidance of Core Literacy

On the Application of Red Cross Spirit to Moral Education of Secondary Vocational Health School

Red Cross Spirit acts as an important moral value for students.It wins so wide recognitions that more and more Chinese secondary vocational health schools have already put it into use.This paper attempts to discuss the application of Red Cross Spirit to the moral education of secondary vocational health school from the perspectives:curriculum,assignments,and activities.We hope this study could promote students’professional ethics and boost the development of moral education with the feature of secondary vocational health school.

Promoting Health Behavior Change in Canada: A Quality Improvement Project Integrating Prevention and Wellness in Frontline Care

Background: The critical need for Health Behaviour Change (HBC) for preventative care has been highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This quality improvement project assessed the effectiveness and acceptability of Fountain of Health HBC tools as a minimal intervention for primary and secondary prevention among Canadian clinicians and their patients. Methods: Clinicians received HBC education and tools (paper tools and app-based) to assist their patients in setting a S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, Time-limited) goal at baseline and assessed four weeks later. Primary outcome measures were: 1) patient self-report of success at goal attainment;2) patient self-reported evaluation of change in well-being and health attitudes;and 3) clinician experience and engagement. Results: A total of 2184 clinicians received HBC education. Of these, 759 clinicians registered to participate in the project. 961 patients set S.M.A.R.T. HBC goals using either the paper tools (PT) or the app format. Patient data revealed nearly all patients (89% of PT users and 90% of app users) at least partially succeeded in attaining their goal at a four-week follow-up. Most patients (85% of PT and 80% of app users) also reported improvement in their well-being. A significant difference in health beliefs and attitudes was found in both PT (p < 0.001) and app users (p = 0.003). Conclusions: HBC is challenging. Educating and providing clinicians with HBC tools as a minimal intervention was found to be a successful health prevention strategy to improve patient well-being and health attitudes, and achieve S.M.A.R.T. goals. Results show HBC tools, education, and support for clinicians are both acceptable and effective for HBC in frontline care. These findings are relevant and timely given greater reliance on virtual care in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Further research with rigorous methodology is needed to implement programs to achieve sustainable HBC to promote health on a large scale.

由规模化到精准化:国家中小学智慧教育平台教师研修的差异化需求及优化策略研究

立足常态化的新发展阶段,国家智慧教育平台教师寒暑假研修如何从规模化走向差异化、精准化,“按需施训”尤为关键。研究以基础教育阶段参训教师的9.06万条、149万余字反馈文本为研究对象,综合运用结构主题模型(STM)及重要性-绩效分析法(IPA),构建了国家中小学智慧教育平台教师研修需求框架,并深入分析其差异、明确基于需求要素的优化方向。研究发现:参训教师需求包含个体发展和系统环境两个层面的五类需求,且均存在显著的区域及城乡差异,针对时间安排及学时认定等研修机制需求仍须优化改进。研究为教师寒暑假研修精准化、差异化发展提供实证依据与决策支持,为优化研修服务提供策略建议。

人格塑造与天赋发掘:中小学教育教学的有为与无为——兼议教育内卷化的教育哲学问题

人格教育是学校能够对所有青少年实施高质量培养的教育领域,中小学教育教学应当重点有为。但学科知识教学领域与学生天赋密切相关,中小学教育教学不可过度强势作为,应当有所不为。学校教育教学在人格教育和学科知识教学两个领域,内在的工作理念应有所差异。在人格教育领域,应当采取塑造的教育哲学,确保青少年人格素养的正确和健康。在学科知识教学领域,应当采取发掘的教育哲学,理解并尊重学生个体天赋差异,接受学校教育的必要限度。

中国5省小学健康教育现状、需求及其影响因素

目的了解中国5省小学健康教育现状及需求,并对其影响因素进行分析,为小学健康教育开展相关工作提供参考。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,选取浙江、广东、江西、四川、贵州5省1103名小学生进行健康教育现状及需求问卷调查。结果有93.0%的小学生希望在学校开展健康教育活动,有98.2%的小学生愿意将健康知识分享给父母;78.3%学生表示每月上2次及以上的健康教育课;获取健康知识主要来源排名前3位的是老师(82.6%)、书本(77.2%)、父母(74.3%);最想了解的健康知识排名前3位的是健康生活方式(70.4%)、火灾逃生(64.5%)、基本急救技能(61.7%);喜欢的健康教育形式排名前3位的是健康主题游戏(59.5%)、健康教育课(55.2%)、健康知识竞赛(43.2%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,具有健康素养(OR=4.28,95%CI:2.31~7.94)、城市(OR=1.98,95%CI:1.15~3.39)、每年参加健康体检(OR=2.36,95%CI:1.31~3.90)、获得学校发放健康知识材料(OR=2.04,95%CI:1.18~3.54)的小学生健康需求更高(P值均<0.05)。结论小学生对从学校获取健康知识有积极的意愿,应根据不同地区小学生的健康教育需求开展针对性的学校健康教育。

中小学课程思政一体化的价值意涵、现实境遇与实践向路

中小学课程思政一体化是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。一体化的课程逻辑基于学生的身心发展规律和学科课程育人性质:“一”指向课程思政目标的统整,聚焦立德树人根本任务;“体”指向课程思政内容的融通,关涉“五育融合”的思政要素;“化”指向课程思政实施的衔接,契合“必备品格”的发展过程。课程思政一体化在中小学阶段面临课程思政目标的引领作用不强,课程思政内容的嵌入空间失衡,课程思政实施的融合方式单一,课程思政评价的体验过程窄化等困境。要想突破这些困境,需要在以下几个方面进行努力:以价值观教育为出发点,强化立德树人目标的课程思政引领作用;以五育融合为切入点,厘清知识与道德的课程思政育人限度;以品格塑造为联结点,融通认知与非认知的课程思政育人方式;以增值评价为着力点,兼顾结果与过程的课程思政育人价值。

国家中小学智慧教育平台应用现状调研与路径优化——基于全国30,605名中小学生的样本数据

国家中小学智慧教育平台是推进基础教育数字化转型的重要抓手。研究以SOR模型、技术接受模型等为理论支撑,从平台的应用现状、影响因素、存在问题与困境以及发展建议等方面,对全国30,605名学生展开问卷调查。研究发现:平台存在操作流程不够简化、个性化资源不够丰富等问题,而“接入鸿沟、技术鸿沟、素养鸿沟”加剧城乡应用差距、学业压力的上升与数字韧性不足导致学段应用差异、学习满意度不高致使持续使用意愿不强等因素影响平台应用的推进。研究基于行动者网络理论和生态系统理论,借鉴相关省市平台应用典型案例,从组织、数据、技术、服务等层面,为推动平台应用推广、加强数据融通、提升用户黏性、精准满足个性化需求提供可行方案,以助力基础教育数字化转型战略的稳步推进。
