第二语言习得的元认知分析

元认知与第二语言习得间的关系研究成为近年来语言学、心理学和教育学领域的热点问题。元认知是认知的认知,包括元认知知识、元认知体验和元认知监控。元认知全方位影响第二语言的习得。从元认知知识的角度来看,学习者要重视对语言学习的认知因素和情感因素的认知,加强对学习任务、内容和策略等的元认知,统筹学习活动的计划、组织、监控、调节和评价。从元认知体验的角度来看,要充分发挥其在二语习得的元认知知识和认知调节之间、元认知活动和认知活动之间的中介作用。从元认知监控的角度来看,学习者要根据元认知知识和元认知体验对二语习得过程中的认知活动进行积极的、及时的监控以达到预定目标,最终实现元认知在二语习得中的效用最大化。

Civil Engineering Students'English Metacognitive Strategies,Autono-mous Learning Competence and ListeningPerformance

In order to improve Englishlistening more effectively, the application status of metacognitive strategies and autonomouslearning competence is exploredbased on a questionnaire investigation among 120 civil engineering major in BJUT. The methods of correlation analysis and an independent sample t-test are employed.The results indicated that 1) their metacognitivestrategies, and the planning, monitoring strategy have positive significant correlations with the students'listening performance and listening auton-omous learning competence;2) There are significant differences in the use of metacognitivestrategies,the level of autonomous learn-ing competence between different levels of listening performance;3) The more accuracy of self-judgment is, the higher level Eng-lish listening performance is.

大学英语听力及阅读能力在元认知理论下的指导策略

对于英语作为第二语言的中国学生来说,与母语是英语的外国人交流的机会十分有限。作为一名大学英语教师,如何通过学习策略来提高他们的英语学习能力和成绩就显得十分紧迫了。本文通过相关的调查研究指出了元认知策略的总体使用频率,并认为作为教师,要将元认知策略融入教学之中,使学生明确监控和评估自己学习的重要性,让学生形成使用元认知策略的意识和习惯,这对于任何学习都是十分重要的。
