In China, Zhou Ninghuai and others began to go on micro-scale experiment research firstly and Professor Li Qingshan who brought this innovation to polymer organic synthesis experiment has done a lot of works in micro-polymer chemistry experiment teaching. To carry out the study of micro-polymer chemistry experiments not only accords with teaching methods and reform, but also conforms to the trend of the times of green chemistry. 目的探讨Teach-back结合微视频教学法在骨科技能带教中应用效果。方法将2017年9月-2018年6月在滨州医学院附属医院创伤骨科实习的60名学生随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各30名。实验组采用Teach-back结合微视频方法进行教学,对照组采用... 目的探讨Teach-back结合微视频教学法在骨科技能带教中应用效果。方法将2017年9月-2018年6月在滨州医学院附属医院创伤骨科实习的60名学生随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各30名。实验组采用Teach-back结合微视频方法进行教学,对照组采用常规的教学方法,教学结束后对两组实习生进行问卷调查及统一考核并记录相关结果。采用SPSS 23.0软件进行独立样本t检验和χ^2检验。结果实验组实习生理论知识分数、技能考核分数及总分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组学生在激发学习兴趣、提高临床实践能力、增强专业基础知识、增强语言表达能力达到教学预期以及教学满意度方面均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在增强团队意识和提高病例分析能力方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Teach-back结合微视频教学法在骨科技能带教中,不仅可以让学生更准确、熟练的掌握所要学习的技能及相关知识,还可以激发学生的学习兴趣、提高临床实践能力、增强专业基础知识、增强语言表达能力、达到教学预期以及提高教学满意度。 展开更多

目的 探讨中医筋伤学微课结合Teach-Back教学法在技能操作带教中的应用效果。方法 将2019年3月—2020年5月在广西中医药大学骨伤学院在读的大三中医骨伤专业学生160名,经过相同中医筋伤理论课程学习后,随机分为实验组和对照组各80名。... 目的 探讨中医筋伤学微课结合Teach-Back教学法在技能操作带教中的应用效果。方法 将2019年3月—2020年5月在广西中医药大学骨伤学院在读的大三中医骨伤专业学生160名,经过相同中医筋伤理论课程学习后,随机分为实验组和对照组各80名。实验组采用微课结合Teach-Back教学法,对照组则采用常规技能操作带教法。带教结束后2组学生进行统一考核和相关问卷调查,记录结果并采用SPSS 22.0统计软件分析。结果 实验组学生在技能操作知识点考核和技能实际操作2项平均分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在对学生学习兴趣激发度、技能操作掌握度、教师带教满意度以及日后是否继续接受此种带教法接受度的比较中,实验组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 微课配合Teach-Back教学法较传统带教法能有效解决中医骨伤技能带教中抽象问题,易于激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习成绩,更快、更好、更持久地掌握中医骨伤技能操作,值得今后推广至其他教学法中。 展开更多

目的探讨^(18)F-氟赤硝基咪唑micro PET/CT评价裸鼠MDA-MB231乳腺癌早期放疗疗效的价值。方法建立16只裸鼠MDA-MB231乳腺癌模型,将其按照随机对照原则分为两组:对照组(A组)、放疗组(B组),每组8只。每组裸鼠行micro PET/CT显像,测定每只... 目的探讨^(18)F-氟赤硝基咪唑micro PET/CT评价裸鼠MDA-MB231乳腺癌早期放疗疗效的价值。方法建立16只裸鼠MDA-MB231乳腺癌模型,将其按照随机对照原则分为两组:对照组(A组)、放疗组(B组),每组8只。每组裸鼠行micro PET/CT显像,测定每只裸鼠肿瘤SUVmax值。完成显像后,常规HE染色观察每组肿瘤组织形态学特征,免疫组化方法测定每组肿瘤细胞乏氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达情况。结果放疗前,对照组与放疗组SUVmax值差异无统计学意义(t=0. 375,P> 0. 05)。放疗组放疗后48 h裸鼠肿瘤组织SUVmax值较放疗前(t=9. 958,P <0. 05)、放疗后24 h(t=16. 506,P <0. 05)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(F=58. 860,P <0. 05)。放疗后24 h SUVmax值也低于放疗前24 h(t=5. 405,P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。HE染色结果显示放疗组肿瘤细胞坏死较对照组更加明显。免疫组化结果显示放疗组放疗后HIF-1α表达阳性率明显低于放疗前(t=14. 802,P <0. 05),差异具有统计学意义。相关性分析结果显示肿瘤SUVmax与HIF-1α的表达呈明显正相关性(r=0. 865,P <0. 05)。结论^(18)F-氟赤硝基咪唑micro PET/CT可以监测肿瘤内部的乏氧状态,并且可以评价裸鼠MDA-MB231乳腺癌的早期放疗疗效。 展开更多

In this paper,we propose an iterative,problem-and task-driven refined classroom management method for informatization teaching,dubbed Rcm2IT,based on data analysis of students’learning process.More specifically,Rcm2IT firstly classifies the teaching resources and elements in the unit of classroom sections,and designs the corresponding fine-grained templates and examples of teaching elements.Meanwhile,Rcm2IT divides students into different levels according to their previous classroom performance,and teaches students at different levels according to their aptitude.Finally,we implement the refined classroom management and assessment of students’learning process via our customized precise micro classroom platform(PMcP)based on the previous two stages.The designed PMcP can carry out real-time analysis and teaching evaluation,objectively and accurately measure and feedback the students’learning results,further iteratively optimize the teaching objectives.The course practice in“digital image processing”shows that Rcm2IT can not only support teachers to dynamically adjust the teaching content,but also teach students according to their aptitude,and improve the teaching quality and efficiency. 展开更多

Effect of Surface Roughness in Micro-nano Scale on Slotted Waveguide Arrays in Ku-band

Modeling of the roughness in micro-nano scale and its influence have not been fully investigated, however the roughness will cause amplitude and phase errors of the radiating slot, and decrease the precision and efficiency of the SWA in Ku-band. Firstly, the roughness is simulated using the electromechanical coupled(EC) model. The relationship between roughness and the antenna's radiation properties is obtained. For verification, an antenna proto- type is manufactured and tested, and the simulation method is introduced. According to the prototype, a contrasting experiment dealing with the flatness of the radiating plane is conducted to test the simulation method. The advantage of the EC model is validated by comparisons of the EC model and two classical roughness models (sine wave and fractal function), which shows that the EC model gives a more accurate description model for roughness, the maxi- mum error is 13%. The existence of roughness strongly broadens the beamwidth and raises the side-lobe level of SWA, which is 1.2 times greater than the ideal antenna. In addition, effect of the EC model's evaluation indices is investigated, the most affected scale of the roughness is found, which is 1/10 of the working wavelength. The proposed research provides the instruction for antenna designing and manufacturing. 展开更多
