Micro-computed tomography (MCT) encompasses two primary scanning options: ex-vivo and in-vivo imaging. Ex-vivo scanning involves the examination of extracted teeth or dental specimens, allowing for detailed analyses of the microarchitecture of mineralized tissue. By analyzing the microarchitecture of dental tissues, MCT can provide valuable information about bone density, porosity, and microstructural changes, contributing to a better understanding of disease progression and treatment outcomes. Moreover, MCT facilitates the quantification of dental parameters, such as bone volume, trabecular thickness, and connectivity density, which are crucial for evaluating the efficacy of dental interventions. This present study aims to comprehensively review and explore the applications of MCT in dentistry and highlight its potential in advancing research and clinical practice. The results depicted that the quantitative approach of MCT enhances the precision and reliability of dental research. Researchers and clinicians can make evidence-based decisions regarding treatment strategies and patient management, relying on quantifiable data provided by MCT. The applications of MCT in dentistry extend beyond research, with potential clinical implications in fields such as dental implantology and endodontics. MCT is expected to play an increasingly significant role in enhancing our understanding of dental pathologies, improving treatment outcomes, and ultimately, benefiting patient care in the field of dentistry.

Research and Practice of Enterprise Management Mode in College Classes

In recent years, along with the development of education reform, the educational concepts have been updated continuously and the new educational theory is perfecting step by step. The students that the teachers contact now are new-style students of great personalities and thoughts. The old nanny-style head teacher isn't suitable in modern time anymore. Only constant learning, constant innovation and constant surpassing yourself can make the successors adapt to the modern society. As an organizer and director of the class, how does the head teacher implement the enterprise management mode in the class management as the quality educational theory updating continuously? This subject is based on the widely proposed "class management under enterprise mode" to rethink the new class management methods under the new situation through the research and practice in one's own class and provide a new effective and feasible mode for the class management in the future.

The Practice of Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion (PAD) Class in the Practice and Training Course of Fundamental of Nursing Science Exploration and Effect Evaluation

Purpose: to discuss the practice pattern and application effect of PAD class in the practice and training course of Fundamental of Nursing Science for the nursing students in medical school. Method: PAD class is applied in the practice and training course of Fundamental of Nursing Science for 111 nursing students of the school, and after it is implemented, the recognition and achievement of the learning objectives during the implementation of "PAD class" are evaluated for the students, and the recognition of the students of nursing specialty on "PAD class" and their learning attitude and exam results before and after its implementation. Results: After implementation of PAD class, the recognition, learning attitude and exam results of the students of nursing specialty are higher those of them before its implementation (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The application of PAD class in the practice and training course of Fundamental of Nursing Science for the nursing students in the medical schools is conductive to the improvement of the learning enthusiasm of the students and their exam results.

The Design Principles of Micro-Video Production and In-Class Activities on the Base of Flipped Classroom

Flipped classroom is a brand-new teaching mode both at home and abroad. Its core is to reverse teaching sequence and teaching content by letting students watch self-made videos to learn relatively junior teaching content before class, thus leaving students adequate space to exert full activities in the classroom to complete knowledge absorption and consolidation. This article focus mainly on the design principles and relevant experiences of video production. In the meanwhile, the article also puts forward instructive suggestions for teachers to make appealing and stylistic videos as well as mobilize the enthusiasm of students.Video as the stepping stone only serves as a media to convey knowledge before class, the class is the core to convert students' traditional role to be the real master by a series of effective activities, which should be carefully designed by teachers. So the second focus of the articles falls on the design principles of in-class activities.

About the Application of Micro-Class Technology in College English Flipped Classroom

With the rapidly developing economy,the evolution of science technology improves at a high speed.At the same time,a new technology is born which we called Micro-Class.It has been used widely in high education within a short time.The facts indicate,it is helpful to put flipped classroom model into college English lecture environment.The new model not only makes difference in motivating the students' interests of studying,but also improves their autonomy for studying and the participatory for class activities.In terms of this situation,I will make a pointed statement as follow.

基于“课程思政+知识图谱”的材料专业高质量课程建设探索与实践

该研究基于国家级一流本科课程、全国工程专业硕士学位研究生教育在线课程建设项目,和西北工业大学“课程思政”示范课程建设项目以及知识图谱,面向材料专业学生,针对航空航天用高性能金属材料课程,教学过程中的课程思政进行探索与实践,有望从基于知识图谱的新形态课程内容建设、思政内容的挖掘、教学模式和考核方式等几方面,为探索“课程思政+知识图谱”在高等学校工科类材料专业课程中的实现途径提供理论参考。

地方工科高校一流本科教育的价值蕴涵与实践路径

地方高校办学规模大,与经济社会发展融合较为紧密。进入新时代,地方工科高校应主动适应经济社会发展需要,办好一流本科教育,助力高等教育强国建设。基于此,文章剖析了地方工科高校一流本科教育建设中暴露出的若干问题,在此基础上,以南京工业大学为例,从落实立德树人根本任务、提高专业建设水平、提升教师教学能力、推进课堂教学改革、施行教育“质量革命”、推动“互联网+”教育等方面探析了推进地方工科高校一流本科教育改革的路径与举措。

线上线下微课程教学模式在心外科临床实习教学中的应用

目的探讨成果导向型教育(outcome based education,OBE)教育理念联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的线上线下微课程教学模式在心外科临床实习教学中的效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院2021年9月—2022年5月的60名心外科临床实习生为研究对象,随机分为OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组和传统临床教师带教组,每组30名。传统临床教师带教组采用传统的实习教学模式,OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组给予OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式。比较2组的随堂测试成绩和出科考试成绩、实习生满意度。结果OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组的随堂测试成绩为(96.2±5.8)分,高于传统临床教师带教组的(92.3±4.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组的出科考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。30名实习生对心外科OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式的满意度较高,认为该模式能提高自己的自学能力、学习兴趣,对掌握教学内容有帮助,能满足教学需求、提高自我能力,且没有实习生对该教学模式持不满意及一般态度。结论OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式能增强实习生获取知识的能力和临床实习技能,临床实习生满意度较高。

针对电基础课程理论与实验纵向脱节、横向脱离、统一与创新脱断3个痛点问题,借助口袋实验平台,将“随课”实践(跟随理论课进度的实践作业)纳入平时的教学环节;通过提炼元件—单元电路—子系统—综合系统4个模块,明晰应用主线;针对学生个性化需求,设置不同类别的经典工程案例;通过精心设置随课口袋实验内容,借助其“架梯子”作用,实现“重探究、深思考、闭环式”的纵向贯通;通过元器件和分立元件应用实例的恰当引入,借助口袋平台“搭桥梁”的角色,完成“强融合、优过渡”的横向破壁。经过多年的教学探索和实施,学生在实践能力、工程思维、创新意识的综合能力均得到提升。

草产品加工是草业科学专业课程体系的有机组分,其不仅要重视理论教学,而且要重视社会实践和专业技术应用能力的教学。本研究围绕草产品加工课程的实习特点和教学目标,分析了北京林业大学草产品加工课程实习现状,创建了校内和校外相融合的实习教学模式,模拟科研立题细化校内实习教学内容,以校内和校外融合实习教学提高学生动手能力,构建以学生满意度为主的实习教学评价方式,从而深化了学生理论知识认知,提升了学生创新能力,培养了学生综合素质,大幅度提高了课程的实习教学质量。

“模拟电子技术”课程是信息类专业重要的学科基础平台课,具有复杂性、工程性、实践性等特点,被学生戏称为“魔鬼”电路;针对学生学习该课程存在的客观“屏障”和主观问题,剖析复杂根源——除“魔”、构建个性实践——贯“通”、创设自主阵地——深“思”、构筑合作生态——同“进”,由此积累探索出点、线、面、体多维度“模电”教学架构,从而实现重内涵、强实践、塑思维、促合作的教学目标,全面提升学生的高阶思维和创新实践能力。

比较法是把内容或形式上有一定联系的事物加以比较,辨别异同或优劣,在教学过程中,“知同”可以帮助学生更好地理解和掌握事物的本质,“辨异”才能知悉差别,触类旁通。教师将比较法运用于高职会计专业纳税申报实训中,比较知识点之间的区别与联系,比较理论与实践的辩证关系,从而帮助学生更好地理解会计业务、法规条款与纳税申报的本质和规律。在提高课堂教学效果的同时,培养学生对知识的梳理能力以及学会摸索实际业务脉络的能力。

对分课堂教学模式在军校专业背景课程中的实践——以“雷达基础理论”课程为例

针对专业背景课“雷达基础理论”课程教学以教师为中心、不利于学生知识学习和能力培养的实际,探索并实践了基于对分课堂教学模式的课程教学改革。在充分论证对分课堂可行性的基础上,分别阐述了对分课次的选取原则、对分课堂实施过程及相应的过程性考核评价。教学实践表明,对分课堂突出了学为主体,调动了学生的学习积极性,提升了教学质量。最后,从课堂讲授、小组组织、对话交流三个方面进行教学反思,以期为其他课程实施对分课堂教学提供有益借鉴。
