Analysis of the Application Value of Virtual Reality Combined with Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Teaching

Objective:To analyze the value of using virtual reality combined with the flipped classroom teaching model in teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods:Two classes of our nursing program were randomly selected for the study from September 2022 to September 2023,Class A(52 students,conventional teaching method)and Class B(52 students,virtual reality combined with flipped classroom teaching mode).The assessment scores and independent learning ability scores of the students in the two classes were compared.Results:CPR theory and operation scores,passing rate,and independent learning ability scores of Class B were higher than those of Class A(P<0.05).Conclusion:the use of virtual reality combined with the flipped classroom teaching mode in CPR teaching is conducive to the improvement of students’assessment scores and independent learning ability. 展开更多

The appearance of flipped classrooms has broken the barrier of traditional education and provides a new train of thought for innovation and entrepreneurship teaching model reform in colleges and universities. 目的探讨基于BOPPPS的翻转课堂教学模式在急诊与灾难医学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9—11月蚌埠医学院临床医学实验班40名学生作为观察组,采取基于BOPPPS的翻转课堂教学模式学习急诊与灾难医学所有课程。同时选取2020年9—11月... 目的探讨基于BOPPPS的翻转课堂教学模式在急诊与灾难医学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9—11月蚌埠医学院临床医学实验班40名学生作为观察组,采取基于BOPPPS的翻转课堂教学模式学习急诊与灾难医学所有课程。同时选取2020年9—11月蚌埠医学院临床医学实验班40名学生作为对照组,采取传统教学模式学习急诊与灾难医学课程。比较两组学生的期末考试(理论考试和技能考试)成绩及教学效果评价。结果观察组学生的成绩(临床技能和理论知识)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对该课程培养了解决问题的能力、该课程提高了分析能力、该课程促进知识的记忆、该课程有助于提高学习动力、有信心解决不熟悉的问题、总的来说对课程很满意的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对课程过于理论化和抽象化及对这门课有很多压力的评价低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于BOPPPS的翻转课堂教学模式有利于培养学生解决问题的能力、分析能力和学习主动性,提高教学效果和质量,在推动医学教学改革方面发挥重要作用。 展开更多

目的:分析基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式在骨科学本科教学中的应用效果。方法:选取参加骨科学学习的24名八年制学生和25名临床医学专业“4+4”(以下简称“4+4”)学生作为研究对象,其中八年制学生接受传统授课学习(对照组),“4+4”学生... 目的:分析基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式在骨科学本科教学中的应用效果。方法:选取参加骨科学学习的24名八年制学生和25名临床医学专业“4+4”(以下简称“4+4”)学生作为研究对象,其中八年制学生接受传统授课学习(对照组),“4+4”学生接受基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式学习(观察组)。比较2组学生的总成绩、理论考试成绩、见习成绩和对教学的满意率。结果:观察组学生的总成绩高于对照组学生,但差异没有统计学意义。2组学生理论考试成绩和见习成绩的差异也均没有统计学意义。2组学生对教学的总满意率相当,但观察组学生对教学的非常满意率显著高于对照组学生(P=0.03)。结论:在骨科学本科教学中应用基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式可提高学生的学习效果,培养学生的自主学习能力,得到学生及教师的认可。 展开更多

目的探讨课程导入、学习目标、预评估、参与式学习、后评估和总结相结合的教学模式(bridge-in,objective/outcome,pre-assessment,participatorylearning,post-assessment,summary,BOPPPS)联合翻转课堂教学模式在《诊断学》临床实践教... 目的探讨课程导入、学习目标、预评估、参与式学习、后评估和总结相结合的教学模式(bridge-in,objective/outcome,pre-assessment,participatorylearning,post-assessment,summary,BOPPPS)联合翻转课堂教学模式在《诊断学》临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月河北大学临床本科生331名,将2020级164名本科生作为对照组,将2021级167名本科生作为观察组,对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取BOPPPS联合翻转课堂教学模式,观察比较2组自我导向学习能力、自主学习能力、考核成绩、考核成绩分布情况以及学生对教学方法的满意度情况。结果观察组[(49.26±6.35)分,(49.62±6.35)分,(50.62±5.31)分,(49.58±6.44)分,(48.21±6.54)分]自我导向学习能力评价量表评分较对照组[(47.52±6.25)分,(46.56±6.35)分,(47.62±5.36)分,(46.36±6.32)分,(45.32±6.58)分]有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力较对照组有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平时考核成绩、期末考核成绩及考核总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组考核总成绩90分及以上学生人数多于对照组,观察组考核成绩优异率较对照组有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生在增强自主学习能力、提高学习兴趣、增加团队协作精神、培养临床思维能力、提升实践操作水平、提高综合素质及提升人文修养及沟通能力等方面对教学方法的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在减轻学习负担方面,观察组满意度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS联合翻转课堂教学模式应用于诊断学临床实践教学中,能够提高学生的自我导向学习方面的能力、自主学习方面的能力、考核成绩,调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,同时提高教学质量。 展开更多
