采用水热微乳液法成功制备了CaWO4∶Eu3+纳米粒子,通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(FS)、磷光光谱(PL)和余辉衰减曲线对样品进行了表征。研究了Eu3+掺杂浓度、煅烧时间、煅烧温度对材料发光性质及形貌的影响。... 采用水热微乳液法成功制备了CaWO4∶Eu3+纳米粒子,通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(FS)、磷光光谱(PL)和余辉衰减曲线对样品进行了表征。研究了Eu3+掺杂浓度、煅烧时间、煅烧温度对材料发光性质及形貌的影响。结果表明,在低温下即可煅烧出具有一定余辉的CaWO4∶Eu3+纳米材料,其粒度均匀、结晶完好,呈球形,适宜的煅烧条件为600℃/2h,Eu3+的掺加量在0.1%(摩尔分数)时,纳米粒子的发光强度最强,余辉衰减时间也最长。 展开更多

These phosphors obtained had ... The NaGd(WO4)2:Eu3+ phosphors were prepared by the microemulsion mediated hydrothermal method. The morphology and size of the samples could be dependent on the pH in the initial solution. These phosphors obtained had a strong absorption at 395 nm matching with the popular emission of near-UV LED chips, and could emit intense red light at 616 nm. The small ellipsoid-like particles or short rods were provided with large parameters of oscillator strength?2 and asymmetry ratio. Compared to the ellip-soid-like phosphors, the rod-like phosphors took on stronger emission, longer lifetime and larger quantum efficiency. This work demonstrated that the one-dimension NaGd(WO4)2:Eu3+ phosphors might be a more favorable device than zero-dimension ones for photoluminescence. 展开更多
