Analysis of English Teachers＇ Professional Development in Rural Primary Schools Taking the Surrounding Areas in Linyi as an Example

This thesis tries to explore the problems of the rural English teachers＇ professional development and aims to give some hints on teachers＇ professional development and future teacher training. This thesis makes a survey to 20 rural English teachers from 10 primary schools in the surrounding areas of Linyi City. The survey mainly focuses on the following four aspects： basic situation of the teachers, knowledge of English language and teaching skills, teachers＇ motivation, and self-analysis of their development. With an analysis of the results of the investigation, the author wants to evoke teachers＇ and researchers＇ awareness for improving English language teachers＇ professional development in rural primary schools

A Study on the Professional Development Strategies of English Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

In the new round of development, the government should not only focus on the development of large enterprises, but also on small enterprises that can grow explosively. According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the "Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises" should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established. In addition, a set of positive support policies should be adopted for different types of enterprises in land use, financing, taxation, technology, talent recruitment and other aspects.

An Investigation on Pre-service English Teachers’ Perceptions Toward Using Portfolio Assessment in English Writing Teaching at Middle Schools

According to curriculum reform,more diversified ways of evaluation on students are needed.In response to the need of this,recent years have seen an increase in using portfolio assessment as evaluation method in English writing teaching,which is a kind of formative assessment.Prior studies investigated the effects of portfolio assessment on improving students’writing abilities from students’points of views.However,this thesis is set from the angles of pre-service teachers,which looks at their perceptions to using portfolio assessment in teaching writing.

Analysis on the Status Quo and Paths of Informatization Teaching Ability of Teachers in Rural Primary and Middle Schools in Hotan Area

This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the informatization teaching ability of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Hotan area through the literature method and questionnaire survey method.The investigation is mainly conducted in the aspects of teachers’informatization awareness,teachers’informatization ability,informatization application status,and existing problems,etc.,analyzing the constraints existing in the informatization teaching of rural elementary and middle schools teachers,and making targeted improvements Strategies for teachers’informatization teaching ability in rural elementary and middle schools:raising awareness of informatization teaching;informatization teaching training;informatization evaluation system;establishing a systematic and complete management system.

Analysis on Current Situation of English Teaching in Rural Primary Schools—Take Tai gu County in Shan Xi Province as an example

Nowadays,English education in rural areas draws more attention in the society.However,the current situation of English teaching is worrying.Visit and investigated Limeizhuang primary school in Taigu County,Shanxi province and found some problems,so as to promote English teaching in rural primary schools.

A Study of English Learning Strategies Employed by the Rural Junior School Students in Anhui Province

In order to find out whether the English learning strategies specified in the Requirements have been used by the junior middle school students whose English studies are guided by the current Syllabus,how frequently they make use of them,and whether there are any disparities between the specifications of the Requirements and the current conditions of the students using English learning strategies,the author of this thesis attempt to find out the answers to three questions:1) How is the general condition of the students using the learning strategies and what problems exist? 2) Are there any differences with statistical significance in using English learning strategies between male and female students? 3) Are there any differences with statistical significance in using learning strategies between successful and unsuccessful students?

Research Proposal: A Study of the Effect of Mobile Dictionary Use on English Learning: Focusing on the Students in Vocational School in Rural Area

Mobile devices are effective tools for language learning and have positive effect on the development of language skills,heighten learners’ language learning attitudes and motivation, and support learner interaction, collaboration, and the coconstruction of knowledge. In spite of the popularity of mobile dictionaries among students, research on the effect of this app on students’language learning, especially focusing on the students from vocational school in rural area, is still scarce. So the purpose ofthe current study is probing into the effect of using mobile dictionaries on lower-intermediate students’ language learning, focusingon the students from vocational school in rural areas, in contrast to using printed dictionaries. This proposal is arranged as follows:section one presents the research background; section two reviews literatures; section three provides research problems and research design; section four presents data analysis and anticipated results. This proposal ends with conclusions. In term of researchaims, a mixed method of quantitative and qualitative will be applied with the main aim of probing the effect of using mobile dictionaries on students’ English learning and the opinions of students’on using the mobile dictionaries in English learning. Researchmethods in the form of quasi-experimental pre-and post-tests, questionnaires, interview will be undertaken to collect data.

English Teaching Based on Multimedia and Network

With the popularity of multimedia and network technology in the schools,English teaching,especially English teaching in rural primary schools,has witnessed great changes in recent years.This paper uses survey,from the perspective of primary schools in ChangLe’s rural area,to study the utilization situation of multimedia and network technology and the work it makes.The survey shows that the utilization situation of multimedia and network technology is negatively correlated with the age of the teacher in the rural primary schools’English teaching and it can greatly enrich teaching resources,improve teaching methods,thus,stimulate students interest in learning English.

中学新手英语教师反馈素养培养与发展研究

中学新手英语教师是否具备反馈素养是学生能否积极投入教师反馈的关键。为提升学生学业成就并形成教师反馈素养培育方案,研究采用叙事问卷和半结构化访谈,深入调研新手教师反馈素养的现状及其影响因素。研究发现,虽然新手英语教师对反馈本质认识欠缺,并呈现出反馈设计模糊、反馈新技术使用率低、反馈方式偏向传统等特点,但是普遍认可反馈的重要性,对反馈过程中的师生角色定位有较清晰认知,反馈态度积极,反馈反思及学习意识强。建议新手英语教师将反馈设计与课型要求相结合,英语师范教育课程体系要增加反馈理论及反馈素养培训专题内容。

乡镇英语教师测评素养调查

建设教育强国和高质量教育体系要求教师具备良好的测评素养。调查乡镇教师测评素养现状,探寻乡镇教师测评素养发展路径,对提升乡镇学校教育教学水平具有重要意义。本研究采用定量和定性相结合的方法,通过问卷调查、访谈调查、课堂观察和文本分析对粤西地区乡镇英语教师的测评素养状况进行调查研究。结果表明,乡镇英语教师的整体测评素养较为欠缺,亟须从沟通测评结果、制定评分标准及评分程序、评估题目质量、开展课堂评估、提供促学反馈等方面加以提升,建议从加强培训和增强备课科组的测评意识等方面逐步提高其测评素养。

累积生态风险对农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感的影响:积极心理资本的中介作用

对H省农村中学的805名学生进行问卷调查,考察累积生态风险对农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感的影响,以及积极心理资本在其中所起的作用。研究发现:(1)农村初中生积极心理资本和英语学习习得性无助感存在性别差异,累积生态风险和英语学习习得性无助感存在年级差异;(2)累积生态风险显著正向预测农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感,积极心理资本显著负向预测农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感;(3)积极心理资本在累积生态风险和农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感之间起中介作用。为降低农村初中生英语学习习得性无助感,要从家庭、学校、同伴、社区等不同方面着力,减少高风险因素,为初中生创设良好的成长环境;重视学生积极心理资本培养,增强农村初中生的心理韧性、希望感,提高其学习动力、自信心和适应能力;强化家校社协同,家长履行“第一责任”,注重亲子间的感情纽带维系,主动配合学校教育。

乌蒙山区中学教师专业成长路径刍探

促进乌蒙山区教师专业成长,是振兴乡村教育的重要环节。文章以乌蒙山区中学教师为研究对象,通过对乌蒙山区社会经济教育背景和中学教师专业成长现状的调研,从客观和主观两个方面归纳存在的问题,并针对职前阶段、入职适应期、专业成长期、创造期和政府支持途径提出乌蒙山区中学教师专业成长的路径,以期为寻求中学教师专业成长路径提供参考和依据。

西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源现状

数字化教学已成为教育事业发展的必然趋势和常态化教学手段。为进一步提高西部乡村小学教师的数字化教学能力,采用问卷调查方式了解西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源现状。数据结果显示,多数教师能够合理利用数字化教学资源进行备课和教学,对数字化教学资源持肯定态度。西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源应用效果较好,能够在一定程度上解决教育资源不均衡问题,但教师授课观念和教师设备使用维度的提升水平相对偏慢。西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源应用效果在年龄上不存在显著性差异,但教师授课观念维度在年龄上存在显著性差异。

西部乡村小学教师职业倦怠现状及其影响因素研究

通过问卷调查和个案访谈法研究西部地区乡村小学教师的职业倦怠情况,探讨其与教学设施、社会支持、薪酬水平及教师培训和支持措施之间的关系。结果表明,受访教师对情绪衰竭、缺乏人情味、低个人成就感3个维度的职业倦怠呈现出不同程度的分布,其中情绪衰竭维度中度和重度程度的人相对较多。大部分受访教师认为教学设施和资源满足程度维度处于中等水平,对社会支持程度、教师培训和支持措施维度的评价相对较高,普遍认为薪酬水平较低。教学设施和资源满足程度、社会支持程度、薪酬水平及教师培训和支持措施的有效性维度均与教师职业倦怠存在显著相关关系。基于此,提出提高乡村小学教师的情绪管理能力,加强对乡村小学教师的人文关怀和社会支持等建议,以有效改善西部乡村小学教师的职业倦怠现象。

民族地区中小学教师获得感指标体系的建构

为构建研究民族地区中小学教师获得感的有效工具,基于文献疏理、词频分析与结构访谈,从物质与精神两个层面将获得感划分为经济收入、社会保障、事业成就与情感归属4个主要维度,选取与民族地区中小学教师生活质量密切相关的16个项目,运用结构方程建模的方法设计“民族地区中小学教师获得感问卷”,对中小学教师进行实证抽样调研。结果表明问卷的信度良好,具有一定可靠性,结构方程模型拟合度较高,可作为研究民族地区中小学教师获得感的有效工具。

新时代中学英语教师测评素养现状调研与启示

教师测评素养是教师教学能力的重要体现,是构建教、学、评生态体系的重要前提。本研究采用包含测评理念、测评原则和测评实践三大板块的中学英语教师语言测评素养自评量表,调查我国16个省(市、自治区)1140位中学英语教师的语言测评素养水平。描述性数据及单因素方差分析结果显示,中学英语教师对语言测评素养的重要性及测评理念认可度较高,但对测评原则和实践理解相对不足。此外,区域特征、专业程度、培训程度等3个方面的要素导致不同群体英语教师的语言测评素养呈现显著差异。上述结果表明我国中学英语教师测评素养理念和实践、原则与实践相脱节,测评素养总体水平相对较低,我国外语教育政策、课程设置等缺乏教师测评素养的融入和渗透。基于此,本文针对当前困局,尝试提出了提升中学英语教师语言测评素养的相关建议和对策。

初中进城工程对教育公平的影响——基于学生中考成绩的Gini系数、Theil系数分析

以D市Y县初中为对象,运用Gini系数、Theil系数测量工具,采用DID方法实证分析了初中进城的政策影响。研究发现:初中进城使Y县学生中考总分的均衡程度明显提高,数学成绩均衡程度的提高幅度最大,语文次之,英语最小;男女学生中考总分的均衡程度都有提高,男生提高幅度较大,女生相对较小,男女学生成绩均衡程度的差异明显缩小。说明初中进城对教育结果的公平产生了积极影响。
