A new stress reduction factor is introduced for the purpose of comparison. The proper- ties and appropriate conditions of the stress reduction factor, the first and second ther- mal shock resistance (TSR) parameters for the high and low Biot numbers, respectively, and the approximation formulas for the intermediate Blot number-interval are discussed. The experimental results show that the lattice stress in P-implanted silicon obviously increases with increasing ion dose. The stress of P-implanted silicon with the dose of 2×1013/cm2 is 2.2 times greater than at a dose of 3.6×1012/cm2. The stress decreases rapidly as the annealing time increases. It is very interesting that the stress has a negative value when the concentration of P atoms in the implanted layer is below 6×1016/cm3, whereas the stress becomes positive when the concentration is greater than 6×16/cm3. The stress increases rapidly with increasing Sb ion dose after P implantation. The stress has a positive value before annealing. If the Sb dose is below 1 ×1016/cm2, the stress is negative after annealing, and it is positive when the Sb dose is higher than 1×1016/cm2. The stress is close to zero for a Sb implantation dose of 1×1016/cm2. The best compensation dose of Sb to P implantation dose of 3×1016/cm2 is 1×1016/cm2.展开更多

First, a calculation model of the oblique riblets surface is established, and Reynolds stress model(RSM) turbulence model is used for numerical simulation of the oblique riblets flow field. Subsequently, the influence of inclination angle between flow direction and arrangement direction of riblets on friction resistance and drag reduction rate is further analyzed. Through the investigation of the distribution of shear stress, pressure stress and velocity in oblique riblets boundary layer, the oblique riblets drag reduction mechanism is finally revealed. Results show that, with increase of velocity and inclination angle, the pressure resistance increases obviously, along with the decreasing of the viscous resistance distinctly. The maximum drag reduction rate of the oblique riblets is 7.33%. Moreover, when the inclination angle increases, the wall shear stress reduces on oblique riblets surface; while differential pressure increases at both sides of oblique riblets tips. In addition, when inclination angle is small, the secondary vortex at oblique riblets tips will disappear soon. New vortices will be formed inside the oblique riblets and cause the decrease of viscosity resistance. Thus, oblique riblets show a better drag reduction effect and have an effective control on boundary layer.展开更多

It carries a significant level of disability and economic burden. Pain patients frequently experience comorbid mental illness (e.g. depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia) and often require psychotherapeutic interventions in addition to medication management. Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) have emerged as a means to treat several chronic conditions (e.g. chronic pain, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, stress, insomnia). The objective of this review is to evaluate the current research on the use of MBIs in chronic pain managment. Although there are several controlled trials on the use of MBIs in chronic pain management, only a few studies were found that demonstrated significant effects on pain intensity, quality of life, as well as physical and psychological functioning. Therefore, the current evidence is mixed and there are insufficient data to definitively confirm the full impact of the use of MBIs in chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic low back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. The lack of compelling evidence at this time signals a demand for higher quality investigations in this area. Research examining MBIs and concomitant CBT may be of great value in order to synergize and strengthen patient outcomes.展开更多

文摘A further numerical study of the theory that the drag reduction in the turbulence is related to the viscosity profile growing linearly with the distance from the wall was performed. The constant viscosity in the Navier-Stokes equations was replaced using this viscosity model. Some drag reduction characteristics were shown comparing with Virk's phenomenology. The mean velocity and Reynolds stress profiles are consistent with the experimental and direct numerical simulation results.A drag reduction level of 45% was obtained. It is reasonable for this linear viscosity model to explain the mechanism of turbulence drag reduction in some aspects.
文摘All cells in the body metabolize oxygen in a series of reactions in the mitochondria to generate energy.A by-product of these reactions is the production of highly reactive oxygen radicals which have the potential to cause irreparable damage to cellular components, and have been linked to mutagenic and neurotoxicity of the nervous system.Under normal conditions, innate molecular systems, glutathione, superoxide dismutases,
