New Constraints on the Environmental Impact of Iron Oxides and Lead-Zinc Mines in Red Sea Hills,Egypt

Iron oxides and lead-zinc deposits in host rocks located in ten drainage basins in the coastal plain of the Red Sea,Egypt,have been subjected to important mining activities.The drainage basins were analyzed to estimate the transportations of these minerals. 广西北山黄铁矿型铅锌矿床采矿酸性废水石灰乳处理方法研究

广西北山黄铁矿型铅锌矿床主要矿物为黄铁矿、闪锌矿、方铅矿,其中黄铁矿为20%~90%,一般在35%~70%之间;闪锌矿在4%至~8%之间,最高达40%。酸性采矿废水水质分析表明,pH值常为3~5;Pb为0.04~0.06 mg/L;Zn为6~30 mg/L;Fe为8~12.3 mg/L;Mn约为1.95 mg/L,Cd和As含量较低;SO 2-4为800~1200 mg/L。对酸性废水投加石灰水,pH值逐步增高,Zn、Fe和SO 2-4明显去除,pH值约在9时,Zn、Fe和SO 2-4去除率分别达到97%、90%和95%。将实验结果放大进行工程化,外排水达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)中水污染物排放浓度限值要求,这表明低浓度重金属的酸性采矿废水用石灰乳中和沉淀方法可行。

广西某些花岗岩型铅锌矿床采矿废水水质分析表明,pH值为3.8~7.65;SS(悬浮物)为11~158 mg/L;Cu为0.004~1.52 mg/L;Pb为0.05~0.95 mg/L;Zn为0.144~68.2 mg/L;Cd为0.0050~5 mg/L;Hg和As含量很低。模拟废水水质投加石灰水和聚合氯化铝,铅锌有明显去除作用,将采矿废水净化工艺流程应用到铅锌矿采矿废水治理工程,外排水可达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)中水污染物排放浓度限值要求,表明石灰-混凝法可以处理pH值和重金属含量变化较宽的酸性矿山废水。
