A Consistent Mistake in Remote Sensing Images’Classification Literature

Recently,the convolutional neural network(CNN)has been dom-inant in studies on interpreting remote sensing images(RSI).However,it appears that training optimization strategies have received less attention in relevant research.To evaluate this problem,the author proposes a novel algo-rithm named the Fast Training CNN(FST-CNN).To verify the algorithm’s effectiveness,twenty methods,including six classic models and thirty archi-tectures from previous studies,are included in a performance comparison.The overall accuracy(OA)trained by the FST-CNN algorithm on the same model architecture and dataset is treated as an evaluation baseline.Results show that there is a maximal OA gap of 8.35%between the FST-CNN and those methods in the literature,which means a 10%margin in performance.Meanwhile,all those complex roadmaps,e.g.,deep feature fusion,model combination,model ensembles,and human feature engineering,are not as effective as expected.It reveals that there was systemic suboptimal perfor-mance in the previous studies.Most of the CNN-based methods proposed in the previous studies show a consistent mistake,which has made the model’s accuracy lower than its potential value.The most important reasons seem to be the inappropriate training strategy and the shift in data distribution introduced by data augmentation(DA).As a result,most of the performance evaluation was conducted based on an inaccurate,suboptimal,and unfair result.It has made most of the previous research findings questionable to some extent.However,all these confusing results also exactly demonstrate the effectiveness of FST-CNN.This novel algorithm is model-agnostic and can be employed on any image classification model to potentially boost performance.In addition,the results also show that a standardized training strategy is indeed very meaningful for the research tasks of the RSI-SC. 展开更多

According to the physics of tokamak start-up,this study constructs a zero-dimensional(0D)model applicable to electron cyclotron(EC)wave assisted start-up in NCST spherical torus(spherical tokamak)and CN-H1 stellarators.Using the constructed 0D model,the results obtained in this study under the same conditions are compared and validated against reference results for pure hydrogen plasma start-up in tokamak.The results are in good agreement,especially regarding electron temperature,ion temperature and plasma current.In the presence of finite Ohmic electric field in the spherical tokamak,a study on the EC wave assisted start-up of the NCST plasma at frequency of 28 GHz is conducted.The impact of the vertical magnetic field B_(v)on EC wave assisted start-up,the relationship between EC wave injection power P_(inj),Ohmic electric field E,and initial hydrogen atom density n_(H0)are explored separately.It is found that under conditions of Ohmic electric field lower than ITER(~0.3 V m^(-1)),EC wave can expand the operational space to achieve better plasma parameters.Simulating the process of28 GHz EC wave start-up in the CN-H1 stellarator plasma,the plasma current in the zerodimensional model is replaced with the current in the poloidal coil of the stellarator.Plasma startup can be successfully achieved at injection powers in the hundreds of kilowatts range,resulting in electron densities on the order of 10^(17)-10^(18)m^(-3). 展开更多

Influences of Mixed Traffic Flow and Time Pressure on Mistake-Prone Driving Behaviors among Bus Drivers

Bus safety is a matter of great importance in many developing countries, with driving behaviors among bus drivers identified as a primary factor contributing to accidents. This concern is particularly amplified in mixed traffic flow (MTF) environments with time pressure (TP). However, there is a lack of sufficient research exploring the relationships among these factors. This study consists of two papers that aim to investigate the impact of MTF environments with TP on the driving behaviors of bus drivers. While the first paper focuses on violated driving behaviors, this particular paper delves into mistake-prone driving behaviors (MDB). To collect data on MDB, as well as perceptions of MTF and TP, a questionnaire survey was implemented among bus drivers. Factor analyses were employed to create new measurements for validating MDB in MTF environments. The study utilized partial correlation and linear regression analyses with the Bayesian Model Averaging (BMA) method to explore the relationships between MDB and MTF/TP. The results revealed a modified scale for MDB. Two MTF factors and two TP factors were found to be significantly associated with MDB. A high presence of motorcycles and dangerous interactions among vehicles were not found to be associated with MDB among bus drivers. However, bus drivers who perceived motorcyclists as aggressive, considered road users’ traffic habits as unsafe, and perceived bus routes’ punctuality and organization as very strict were more likely to exhibit MDB. Moreover, the results from the three MDB predictive models demonstrated a positive impact of bus route organization on MDB among bus drivers. The study also examined various relationships between the socio-demographic characteristics of bus drivers and MDB. These findings are of practical significance in developing interventions aimed at reducing MDB among bus drivers operating in MTF environments with TP. 展开更多

A new numerical model for low-permeability reservoirs is developed.The model incorporates the nonlinear characteristics of oil-water two-phase flows while taking into account the initiation pressure gradient.Related numerical solutions are obtained using a finite difference method.The correctness of the method is demonstrated using a two-dimensional inhomogeneous low permeability example.Then,the differences in the cumulative oil and water production are investigated for different starting water saturations.It is shown that when the initial water saturation grows,the water content of the block continues to rise and the cumulative oil production gradually decreases. 展开更多

Micro-mobile heat pipe-cooled nuclear power plants are promising candidates for distributed energy resource power genera-tors and can be flexibly deployed in remote places to meet increasing electric power demands.However,previous steady-state simulations and experiments have deviated significantly from actual micronuclear system operations.Hence,a transient analysis is required for performance optimization and safety assessment.In this study,a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)approach was used to investigate the dynamic behavior of scaled-down heat pipe-cooled systems.The real-time features of the HIL architecture were interpreted and validated,and an optimal time step of 500 ms was selected for the thermal transient.The power transient was modeled using point kinetic equations,and a scaled-down thermal prototype was set up to avoid mod-eling unpredictable heat transfer behaviors and feeding temperature samples into the main program running on a desktop PC.A series of dynamic test results showed significant power and temperature oscillations during the transient process,owing to the inconsistency of the rapid nuclear reaction rate and large thermal inertia.The proposed HIL approach is stable and effective for further studying of the dynamic characteristics and control optimization of solid-state small nuclear-powered systems at an early prototyping stage. 展开更多

欺骗型奸淫中被害人同意效力的认定不仅在刑事裁判实践中存在疑难,而且在理论上直接关系到强奸罪中“违背被害人意志”成立与否。基于刑法家长主义的全面无效说极度扩大了处罚范围,而以保护法益为出发点的法益关系错误说在疑难案件中难... 欺骗型奸淫中被害人同意效力的认定不仅在刑事裁判实践中存在疑难,而且在理论上直接关系到强奸罪中“违背被害人意志”成立与否。基于刑法家长主义的全面无效说极度扩大了处罚范围,而以保护法益为出发点的法益关系错误说在疑难案件中难以自圆其说。为修正传统理论的缺陷,需要以认识错误产生原因及知道规则为第一层次判断标准,再以认识错误是否与法益相关作为第二层次判断标准,最后以同意的任意性作为第三层次判断标准,从而确立一般性的判断方法。欺骗型奸淫能够进一步类型化为身份欺骗型、性行为性质欺骗型、期待利益欺骗型及隐瞒性病欺骗型,并在修正的法益关系错误说指导下分别获得合理的判断与论证。以层次化的被害人同意判断标准为指引,能够合理应对欺骗型奸淫行为的司法认定问题,并推进刑法实现保障人权与保护法益的双重目标。 展开更多

赠与合同的原因体现为赠与人负担债务的“决定性动机”,这种“决定性动机”欠缺时,应当否定赠与合同的拘束力。因此,若赠与合同的原因欠缺,即使在赠与人移转赠与财产权利后,仍有否定赠与合同拘束力,认可赠与财产返还的需要。关于否定赠... 赠与合同的原因体现为赠与人负担债务的“决定性动机”,这种“决定性动机”欠缺时,应当否定赠与合同的拘束力。因此,若赠与合同的原因欠缺,即使在赠与人移转赠与财产权利后,仍有否定赠与合同拘束力,认可赠与财产返还的需要。关于否定赠与合同拘束力的具体路径,“附解除条件的赠与”构成建立在对当事人意思的拟制之上,有不当干涉当事人意思自治之嫌,应当区分赠与合同原因欠缺的发生时点,分别采用错误构成和情事变更构成。若原因欠缺自始发生,则原因欠缺可能构成错误,即使该项错误属于狭义的动机错误,也应当允许赠与人主张错误撤销。若原因欠缺嗣后发生,则原因欠缺可能构成赠与合同基础情事的变更,赠与人可依情事变更规则解除赠与合同。原因欠缺导致赠与财产返还的原理亦可用于对彩礼返还规则的解释和对父母出资为已婚子女购置房屋后子女离婚所引发的财产返还问题的解决。 展开更多

目的:了解安徽省芜湖市第二人民医院儿童药物误服中毒特点和探索药学服务的切入点。方法:回顾性分析我院2020-2021年36例药物误服中毒病例和对同期儿科病区住院的40例儿童家长进行问卷调查,了解我院儿童药物误服中毒一般资料和药物种类... 目的:了解安徽省芜湖市第二人民医院儿童药物误服中毒特点和探索药学服务的切入点。方法:回顾性分析我院2020-2021年36例药物误服中毒病例和对同期儿科病区住院的40例儿童家长进行问卷调查,了解我院儿童药物误服中毒一般资料和药物种类分布。对儿童家长进行问卷调查了解药物误服中毒的风险因素和药学服务的价值。结果:我院36例儿童药物误服中毒年龄主要集中在>1~3岁组(33.33%)和>3~6岁组(30.56%)。药品主要集中在降压药(27.03%)、感冒药(10.81%)、灭鼠药(10.81%)、农药(10.81%)、维生素制剂(10.81%)和抗精神病药物(8.11%)。调查显示药品箱配备率及有效使用率低,家庭药品存在乱放现象,院前急救知识匮乏,相关药学服务需求急切。结论:儿童药物误服中毒多为家中常用药品,且均与摆放不当有关,目前急需药师进行安全宣传和院前急救知识的培训。 展开更多

目的回顾性分析江苏省苏南地区儿童误服药(毒)物的临床资料,探讨儿童误服药(毒)物的临床特点,并提出针对性预防建议。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月本院急诊救治的误服药(毒)物儿童108例,根据家庭居住情况将误服儿童分为农村组(64例)和... 目的回顾性分析江苏省苏南地区儿童误服药(毒)物的临床资料,探讨儿童误服药(毒)物的临床特点,并提出针对性预防建议。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月本院急诊救治的误服药(毒)物儿童108例,根据家庭居住情况将误服儿童分为农村组(64例)和城市组(44例)。比较2组误服儿童在性别、年龄、误服发生时间、误服药(毒)物种类、误服药(毒)物原因等方面差异。结果108例误服儿童中,农村儿童明显多于城市儿童,男童略多于女童。2组中,男童、女童误服发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。2组中,不同年龄段儿童误服发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.260)。第3季度为误服发生率最高的季度(32.41%)。2组中,不同季节儿童误服发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.140)。误服药(毒)物种类主要是成人药物(31.48%)、儿童药物(28.70%)、其他物质(26.85%)。2组误服药(毒)物种类比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。2组误服药(毒)物原因比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论应加强该地区关于儿童误服药(毒)物的宣教工作,特别是农村地区,以进一步降低儿童误服发生率。夏秋季节应加强对儿童的看护,妥善保管常用药品、家用日化产品。 展开更多
