Rapid Determination of Cd in Squilla by Mixed Acid Leaching-flame Atomic Absorption Method

[Objective] This study was conducted to find a method for rapid determi-nation of Cd in squil a. [Method] Cd in squil a was determined by mixed acid leach-ing-flame atomic absorption method by digesting samples with HNO3-HSO4 (5:1) and determining Cd in the samples by a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. [Results] The Cd contents in squil a were 1.0-2.0 mg/kg, and the recoveries of Cd were 86%-109%, and the relative standard deviations were 0-6%. [Conclusion] The method is simple and rapid with strong operability, good reproducibility and high ac-curacy. 展开更多
