THE 6^(th) SPORTS GAMES OF THE BUDDHIST ACADEMY OF XIZANG HELD IN LHASA

On May 8th,the 6th sportsgames of the Buddhist Academy of Xizang was held in Lhasa.The sports games featured field events,track events,and fun sports events,including 100 metres,standing long jump,shot put,400m relay,two-person running with legs tied up,and sandbag carrying-a traditional Tibetan sport.The teachers and students of the academy actively participated in and enjoyed the sports.Let's share their passion forsports together!

The Impact of Sports Games on the Psychological Health of Middle School Students

This study conducted a 16-week comparative experiment with 160 students from Jinan No.5 Middle School in Shandong Province as the experimental subjects.During the implementation of the experiment,the subjects were divided into two groups:an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was subjected to physical exercise interventions using sports game teaching methods during physical education class,while the control group followed traditional physical education teaching methods.The results showed that the psychological health status of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after the experiment.The application of sports games helps to improve the psychological health of middle school students in the course of physical education,promoting a positive and forward direction in student psychology and is an effective means to enhance the psychological health level of middle school students.

Enhanced Surveillance for National (Handicapped) Sports Games in Wakayama, Japan 2015

Introduction: We undertook enhanced surveillance of the 2015 Kinokuni Wakayama National Sports Games (70th National Sports Games) and the Kinokuni Wakayama Handicapped Sports Games (15th National Handicapped Sports Games) held in Wakayama prefecture in 2015, for which this paper presented operational details and an evaluation. Methods: Enhanced surveillance conducted involved (Nursery) School Absenteeism Surveillance system ((N)SASSy), Prescription Surveillance, and Ambulance Transfer Surveillance from 30 August through 9 November. We evaluated those surveillances on all days including weekends, integrated the results as a daily report, and published it on the web. Results: We found no cluster or cases requiring more tracing and investigation except for suspected cases of rubella in (N)SASSy. Moreover, no moderate aberration was found for two consecutive days for the same area and symptom. Conclusion: Our experience with this enhanced surveillance presents important lessons for countermeasures by local governments for mass gatherings or politically important events.

Study on the Influence of Winter Olympic Games on Sports Information Work in China

The holding of winter Olympic Games in China indicates that China＇s sports has achieved a great degree of progress. At the same time, it also has a great impact on the sports information work. It will promote a great improvement in sports information access, information services and other aspects, as well as greatly stimulate the progress of sports information work. Therefore, this paper will emphatically analyze the impact on sports information work for holding the winter Olympic Games in China.

Research of the Effects of Sports Games for Early Childhood Mental Health

The article uses the psychological measurement, literature review, educational practices and other research methods; it studied experimentally sports games teaching on infant mental health. The results showed that： sports games after the implementation of a semester teaching methods, students ＇mental health after the experiment each index scores generally declined, sports games teaching on infant mental health has a positive role in promoting; especially abnormal psychology students＇ psychological problems have a very good therapeutic effect; the impact of teaching methods on students＇ mental health has no gender differences.

The Beijing 24th 2022 Winter Olympic Games present a unique opportunity to promote the spirit and values of the Olympic Games in relation to their impact on physical activity and global health,sports medicine,and sports performance.The 2022 Winter Olympic Games mark the 98th year since the first Winter Games were held in Chamonix,France,in 1924.The inaugural Winter Olympic Games sponsored 16 events,and 250 athletes from 16 nations participated.1 In contrast,the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games will sponsor 109 events.

文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对PLAY、GAME、SPORT三者关系学说以及当前我国学校体育教学存在的问题进行梳理与分析,在此基础上提出当前我国学校体育教学改革的策略。认为PLAY、GAME、SPORT三者关系学说给我国当前学校体育教学改革的启示在于将Game,特别是Play融进我们当前学校体育教学的指导思想里;使教学内容由原来竞技化体系向生活化、娱乐化、实用化、方法化、时代化和"玩耍化"相结合的方向转变;不能重Sport而不重play和game,重本本而不重多样,要形成一种有我国特色的学校体育教学模式,要以"育人为本,健康第一"的学校体育教学理念为指导,寓教于趣、寓教于乐,使学校体育教学能切合学生的实际需要。

A Research on the Air Permeability of High Polymer Materials Used to Produce Sports Clothing Fabrics

Composite fabrics based on Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)polymer displays several notable properties.They are waterproof,windproof,permeable to moisture and thermally insulating at the same time.In the present study,PTFE fibers are used as raw material to make fiber membranes.The film is formed by crisscrossing interconnected fiber filaments and the related air permeability:tensile creep characteristics and other properties are tested.The results show that the pore size,thickness,and porosity of the film itself can affect the moisture permeability of the film.The water pressure resistance of the selected fabric is 8.5 kPa,and the moisture permeability is 7038 g/(m^(2)·24 h).

Beach Handball and Beach Volleyball as Means Leading to Increasing Physical Activity of Recreational SportspeoplemPilot Study

The sample consisted of sixteen man of aged average 24.5 year, average height 181.9 cm and weight 80.4 kg. The average of static pulse rate was 56.4 beats min1. The average heart rate max was 189.7 ± 7.8 beats minl. For the calculation of HRmax （maximal heart rate）, a mathematical figure HRmax = 207 - （0.7 × age） was used. Probands have participated on the same day on a tournament in beach and handball tournament. HR （heart rate） was monitored via Sport Tester Polar. The results were evaluated by Polar software. The data was statistically compiled with the use of arithmetic average and standard deviation. The players played three matches in beach volleyball on one set to 21 points （necessary difference of 2 points）. One set lasted approximate 13.5 min. After a break, they went to play three matches in beach handball. The average HR during beach volleyball was 149.5 ±14.1 beats min-1 and 164.3 ± 14.5 beats min1 in beach handball. In beach volleyball, we also focused on players＇ intensity load differences 172 ±14.1 beats minland goalkeepers 156.5 ± 16.6 beats min1. In the beach volleyball, players spend most of their playing time on the playing area in the zone intensity load 80%-90% HRmax （36% playing time）. In the beach handball, players spend most of their playing time on the playing area in the zone intensity load 90%-100% HRmax （39% playing time）.

On the Legal Protection of Sports Rights of Persons with Disabilities in China

Although China has formed a legal system for the protection of the rights and interests of persons with disabilities and a sports legal system,it cannot be concluded that the legal protection system of sports rights of persons with disabilities has been established.The basis of the legal protection of sports rights of persons with disabilities in China originates from a“bundle of basic rights”defined by the Constitution.The legal protection is characterized by diversified standards and norms,high levels of effectiveness and various contents of legislation.Compared with the right to rehabilitation,the right to employment,and the right to education,the legal protection of sports rights of persons with disabilities still faces the problems of unclear distribution of administrative supply responsibility and lack of corresponding judicial relief in the protection model of public-private partnership.To better realize the rights and interests of persons with disabilities and ensure the goal of“equality,participation,and sharing,”it is necessary to promote the equalization and diversification of legal protection for sports rights of persons with disabilities,so as to realize equal rights,all-round development,and social integration.For the purpose of improving the legal protection of sports rights of persons with disabilities,the principle of subsidiarity should be introduced into the protection model of public-private partnership,and administrative public interest litigation should be taken as a new channel to protect rights,to realize the coordinated development of mass sports,competitive sports,and the sports industry of persons with disabilities.
