The importance of developing high-resolution seismic models to improve understanding of tectonic processes and enhance seismic hazard mitigation programs,along with the rapid expansion of seismic coverage in China,cal...The importance of developing high-resolution seismic models to improve understanding of tectonic processes and enhance seismic hazard mitigation programs,along with the rapid expansion of seismic coverage in China,called for a seismological reference model to be established in China.The China Seismological Reference Model(CSRM)project was initiated by the National Natural Science Foundation of China with two primary goals:(1)the CSRM would serve as a primary source for the current state of seismological research in China,and(2)the seismic data and constraints used to construct the CSRM would be used as a backbone open-access cyberinfrastructure for future research in seismology.The CSRM project was also intended to promote data exchange and scientific collaboration in seismology in China.Accordingly,two parallel efforts of the project are being pursued:(1)construction of the CSRM,and(2)development of a CSRM product center.The CSRM is jointly constrained by various types of seismic constraints extracted from the seismic data recorded at 4511 seismic stations in continental China following a top-down approach,with the seismic structures in the shallower part of the Earth constrained first.Construction of the CSRM involves three preparation steps:(1)building datasets of various seismic constraints from the seismic data,(2)developing a method to incorporate the constraints of surface wave observations from regional earthquakes into the inversion of the seismic structure,and(3)constructing high-resolution pre-CSRM seismic models of the velocity structure in the shallow crust and the Pn-velocity structure in the uppermost mantle.In the final process,the CSRM will be constructed by jointly inverting all the seismic constraints using the pre-CSRM models as starting models or a priori structures.The CSRM product center(http://chinageorefmodel.org)archives and distributes three types of products:CSRM models,the Level 1 original seismic data used to extract seismic constraints in the construction of the CSRM,and Level 2 data on the seismic constraints derived from the Level 1 data and the inferred earthquake parameters in the construction of the CSRM.The CSRM product center has archived 141 TB of Level 1 data from 1120 permanent broadband stations in the China Seismic Network Center and 3391 temporary stations from various institutions and data centers around the world,as well as 140 GB of Level 2 data on various seismic constraints and inferred event parameters from the construction of the CSRM.The CSRM is expected to provide significant insights into the composition and tectonic dynamics in continental China and to enhance the capability of various seismic hazard mitigation programs in China from near real-time rapid determination of earthquake parameters to an earthquake early warning system.The CSRM could also provide guidance for focuses in future seismological research and the design of future active and passive seismic experiments in China.Several focuses are suggested for future seismological research in China,along with the building of a national cyberinfrastructure to sustain and expand the operations of the CSRM project.展开更多

The nonlinear compensator based on functional link neural network is used to deal with the engine nonlinearity and the hardware-in-loop simulation is also developed. The results show that the nonlinear MRAC controller has the adequate performance of compensating and adapting nonlinearity arising from the change of engine state or working environment. The approach does not require the upper bound of the uncertainty term to be known through some adaptive estimation. By theoretical analysis, the closed-loop fuzzy control system is proven to be globally stable in the sense that all signalsinvolved are bounded, with tracking errors converging to zero. By combination of feedforward control and feedback control, the front and rear wheel steering angles are controlled simultaneously to follow both the desired sideslip angle and the yaw rate of the reference vehicle model.A nonlinear three degree-of-freedom four wheel steering vehicle model containing lateral, yaw and roll motions is built up, which also takes the dynamic effects of crosswind into consideration.The disturbance observer based control method is provided to cope with ignored nonlinear dynamics and to handle exogenous disturbances. Finally, a simulation experiment is carried out,which shows that the proposed four wheel steering vehicle can guarantee handling stability and present strong robustness against external disturbances.展开更多

The extraction and understanding of text knowledge become increasingly crucial in the age of big data.One of the current research areas in the field of natural language processing(NLP)is how to accurately understand t...The extraction and understanding of text knowledge become increasingly crucial in the age of big data.One of the current research areas in the field of natural language processing(NLP)is how to accurately understand the text and collect accurate linguistic information because Chinese vocabulary is diverse and ambiguous.This paper mainly studies the candidate entity generation module of the entity link system.The candidate entity generation module constructs an entity reference expansion algorithm to improve the recall rate of candidate entities.In order to improve the efficiency of the connection algorithm of the entire system while ensuring the recall rate of candidate entities,we design a graph model filtering algorithm that fuses shallow semantic information to filter the list of candidate entities,and verify and analyze the efficiency of the algorithm through experiments.By analyzing the related technology of the entity linking algorithm,we study the related technology of candidate entity generation and entity disambiguation,improve the traditional entity linking algorithm,and give an innovative and practical entity linking model.The recall rate exceeds 82%,and the link accuracy rate exceeds 73%.Efficient and accurate entity linking can help machines to better understand text semantics,further promoting the development of NLP and improving the users’knowledge acquisition experience on the text.展开更多

We enhanced the capability of the COAST' s firewall reference model by adding a transmission unit modification function and an attribute value mapping function,describes the schematic and semantic layer reference model, and finally forms a reference model for DBMS security proxy which greatly helps in the design and implementation of database security proxies. An additive model is explored to predict patterns of time series and investigate means of constru...This paper presents an option for modern dynamic terrestrial reference system realization in Uzbekistan for user needs. An additive model is explored to predict patterns of time series and investigate means of constructing forecast time series models in the future. The main components(trend, periodical, and irregular) of the KIUB(DORIS) and KIT3, TASH, MADK, and MTAL(GNSS) international stations coordinate time series were investigated. It was shown that seasonal nonlinear trends occurred both in the height(U) component of all stations and the east(E) component of high mountainous stations such as MTAL and MADK. The seasonal periodical portion of the time series determined from the additive model has a complicated pattern for all sites and can be explained as both hydrological signals in the region and improvement of observational quality. Amplitudes of the best-fitting sinusoids in the North component ranged between 1.73 and 8.76 mm; the East component ranged between 0.82 and 11.92 mm; and the Up component ranged between 3.11 and 40.81 mm. Regression analysis of the irregular portion of the height component of the two techniques at the Kitab station using tropospheric parameters(pressure and temperature) was confirmed as only 57% of the stochastic portion of the time series.展开更多

It is described by the Euclidean group of transformations and, in particular, its significance and importance in the approach of the algebraic Reynolds stress modelling, such as in a nonlinear K-ε model. To this end and for illustration of the effect of extended intrinsic spin tensor on turbulence modelling, we examine several recently developed nonlinear K-ε models and compare their performance in predicting the homogeneous turbulent shear flow in a rotating frame of reference with LES data. Our results and analysis indicate that, only if the deficiencies of these models and the like be well understood and properly corrected, may in the near future, more sophisticated nonlinear K-ε models be developed to better predict complex turbulent flows in a non-inertial frame of reference.展开更多

The technical architecture should be service oriented to offer a shared resource for multiple users and applications. This paper is to develop an addressing model for Morocco that extends Davis’s and Fonseca’s model presented in their work on the certainty of locations produced by an address geocoding system. We discuss the addressing data dictionary and acquisition plan in Morocco, revealing a diversified data management environment, characterized by multiple sources and actors. As a novelty in the field of GIS, we establish our technical architecture around cloud computing, according Service Oriented Application (SOA) standards. A sufficient condition for existing a model-reference zero-error asymptotic tracking controller is given. It is shown that the robust model reference control problem can be decomposed into two subproblems: a robust state feedback stabilization problem for descriptor systems subject to parameter uncertainties and a robust compensation problem. The latter aims to find three coefficient matrices which satisfy four matrix equations and simultaneously minimize the effect of the uncertainties to the tracking error. Based on a complete parametric solution to a class of generalized Sylvester matrix equations, the robust compensation problem is converted into a minimization problem with quadratic cost and linear constraints. A numerical example shows the effect of the proposed approach.展开更多

文摘The extraction and understanding of text knowledge become increasingly crucial in the age of big data.One of the current research areas in the field of natural language processing(NLP)is how to accurately understand the text and collect accurate linguistic information because Chinese vocabulary is diverse and ambiguous.This paper mainly studies the candidate entity generation module of the entity link system.The candidate entity generation module constructs an entity reference expansion algorithm to improve the recall rate of candidate entities.In order to improve the efficiency of the connection algorithm of the entire system while ensuring the recall rate of candidate entities,we design a graph model filtering algorithm that fuses shallow semantic information to filter the list of candidate entities,and verify and analyze the efficiency of the algorithm through experiments.By analyzing the related technology of the entity linking algorithm,we study the related technology of candidate entity generation and entity disambiguation,improve the traditional entity linking algorithm,and give an innovative and practical entity linking model.The recall rate exceeds 82%,and the link accuracy rate exceeds 73%.Efficient and accurate entity linking can help machines to better understand text semantics,further promoting the development of NLP and improving the users’knowledge acquisition experience on the text.

文摘P2P is a complex system.Many researches on P2P architecture have been done.These researches have provided valuable references for the standardization of P2P technology.However,the standardization can not be achieved because there are still some problems in existing studies.This paper proposes a 5-layer reference model which clearly defines the functionalities of each layer,and distinctly describes the interface and the relationship between layers.This model is able to clearly show the internal structure of P2P system and the working process of data flow in P2P system.Validation shows that this model is general and rational.
文摘How to protect the database, the kernel resources of information warfare, is becoming more and more important since the rapid development of computer and communication technology. As an application-level firewall, database security proxy can successfully repulse attacks originated from outside the network, reduce to zerolevel damage from foreign DBMS products. We enhanced the capability of the COAST' s firewall reference model by adding a transmission unit modification function and an attribute value mapping function,describes the schematic and semantic layer reference model, and finally forms a reference model for DBMS security proxy which greatly helps in the design and implementation of database security proxies. This modeling process can clearly separate the system functionality into three layers, define the possible security functions for each layer, and estimate the computational cost for each layer.

文摘This paper presents an option for modern dynamic terrestrial reference system realization in Uzbekistan for user needs. An additive model is explored to predict patterns of time series and investigate means of constructing forecast time series models in the future. The main components(trend, periodical, and irregular) of the KIUB(DORIS) and KIT3, TASH, MADK, and MTAL(GNSS) international stations coordinate time series were investigated. It was shown that seasonal nonlinear trends occurred both in the height(U) component of all stations and the east(E) component of high mountainous stations such as MTAL and MADK. The seasonal periodical portion of the time series determined from the additive model has a complicated pattern for all sites and can be explained as both hydrological signals in the region and improvement of observational quality. Amplitudes of the best-fitting sinusoids in the North component ranged between 1.73 and 8.76 mm; the East component ranged between 0.82 and 11.92 mm; and the Up component ranged between 3.11 and 40.81 mm. Regression analysis of the irregular portion of the height component of the two techniques at the Kitab station using tropospheric parameters(pressure and temperature) was confirmed as only 57% of the stochastic portion of the time series.

文摘This paper explores the model reference adaptive control problem for a class of switched linear systems under arbitrary switching with no need for the measurability of the system state.Based on the state of reference model and the measurable output error, adaptive laws and controllers are designed for switched systems.Each subsystem may have its individual reference model and controller, which increases the design flexibility.The introduction of the closed-loop reference model is to get a better transient performance of the whole switched systems.A numerical example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the main results.
文摘We investigate the role of extended intrinsic mean spin tensor introduced in this work for turbulence modelling in a non-inertial frame of reference. It is described by the Euclidean group of transformations and, in particular, its significance and importance in the approach of the algebraic Reynolds stress modelling, such as in a nonlinear K-ε model. To this end and for illustration of the effect of extended intrinsic spin tensor on turbulence modelling, we examine several recently developed nonlinear K-ε models and compare their performance in predicting the homogeneous turbulent shear flow in a rotating frame of reference with LES data. Our results and analysis indicate that, only if the deficiencies of these models and the like be well understood and properly corrected, may in the near future, more sophisticated nonlinear K-ε models be developed to better predict complex turbulent flows in a non-inertial frame of reference.

文摘The design of the control system for radial plasma position on HL-2A based on model reference adaptive control (MRAC) principle is presented in this paper. The simulated results show that it can be used to improve the performance of the system greatly. Compared with the classical PID control system, it has obvious advantages in the better dynamic response, the smaller quantity of calculation and the better robustness.

文摘For a large class of discrete-time multivariable plants with arbitrary relative degrees, the design and analysis of the direct model reference adaptive control scheme are investigated under less restrictive assumptions. The algorithm is based on a new parametrization derived from the high frequency gain matrix factorization Kp=LDU under the condition that the signs of the leading principal minors of/fp are known. By reproving the discrete-time Lp and L2σ norm relationship between inputs and outputs, establishing the properties of discrete-time adaptive law, defining the normalizing signal, and relating the signal with all signals in the closed-loop system, the stability and convergence of the discrete-time multivariable model reference adaptive control scheme are analyzed rigorously in a systematic fashion as in the continuous-time case.
文摘A reference database of addressing is an important resource for urban applications. The efficiency of an addressing system depends on both data quality and technical architecture. Data must respect a standard model that is flexible to meet different cases in the field. The technical architecture should be service oriented to offer a shared resource for multiple users and applications. This paper is to develop an addressing model for Morocco that extends Davis’s and Fonseca’s model presented in their work on the certainty of locations produced by an address geocoding system. We discuss the addressing data dictionary and acquisition plan in Morocco, revealing a diversified data management environment, characterized by multiple sources and actors. As a novelty in the field of GIS, we establish our technical architecture around cloud computing, according Service Oriented Application (SOA) standards. Our approach is based on the three pillars of cloud computing which are Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a service (IaaS).

文摘Robust model-reference control for descriptor linear systems with structural parameter uncertainties is investigated. A sufficient condition for existing a model-reference zero-error asymptotic tracking controller is given. It is shown that the robust model reference control problem can be decomposed into two subproblems: a robust state feedback stabilization problem for descriptor systems subject to parameter uncertainties and a robust compensation problem. The latter aims to find three coefficient matrices which satisfy four matrix equations and simultaneously minimize the effect of the uncertainties to the tracking error. Based on a complete parametric solution to a class of generalized Sylvester matrix equations, the robust compensation problem is converted into a minimization problem with quadratic cost and linear constraints. A numerical example shows the effect of the proposed approach.
