Extended UML with Role Modeling

UML is widely accepted and applied by the international software industry. UML is a powerful language for Object oriented modeling, designing, and implementing software systems, but its Use Case method for requirement analysis and modeling software patterns has some explicit drawbacks. For more complete UML, this paper proposes the Role Use Case modeling and its glyphs, and provides an instance of requirement analysis using Role Use Case method. Uses the Role Model to modeling software pattern at knowledge level. This paper also extends the UML Meta Model and accentuates “RM before UML's class Modeling”.

Evaluation of the Effects of Cypermethrin on Female Reproductive Function by Using Rabbit Model and of the Protective Role of Chinese Propolis

The prophylactic effects of Chinese propolis against cypermethrin toxicity were evaluated by performing ovary and uterus histopathology, as well as by characterizing ovarian function, embryos, and litters. Cypermethrin induced atypia in the ovary and uterus, and decreased the ovulation sites and the number of embryos. Cypermethrin-induced oxidative stress during pregnancy, decreased the parturition rate as well as the number and weight of offspring and increased the incidence of morphological malformations in the offspring. Administration of propolis to cypermethrin-treated animals mitigated cypermethrin-induced reproductive toxicity.

Role Modeling: A Modeling Method for Software Pattern at Knowledge Level

Based on dominant degree of role model among the viewpoints for object oriented modeling process, it dissertates that role modeling is a modeling method for software pattern at knowledge level. After giving some examples for modeling design pattern and analysis pattern at knowledge level using role model, it presents a process for refining design pattern from role model to class model and event trace diagram of UML. In this paper, we advocate the opinion that role modeling before object modeling of UML.

A T-Cell Model for the Biological Role of Selenium-Dependent Glutathione Peroxidase

The cytosolic form of selenium-dependent glutathione peroxidase detoxifies both hydrogen and lipid peroxides and therefore represents a major component of the cellular anti-oxidant defenses. In order to study the biological role of this enzyme, we generated an expression construct in a retroviral vector, which when introduced into immortalized human T-cells, resulted in significant increases in the activity of this important enzyme. This effect is stable over extended maintenance in culture. The anti-oxidant defenses in these same cells are also shown to be attenuated hy chemically reducing cellular glutathione levels. Collectively, the abllity to both increase and decrease the anti-oxidant defenses in human T cells results in a useful model system for the study of oxidative stress and signaling in this cell type

Efficiency of Managers as Role Models:A Social Learning Theory Perspective

This systematic literature review aimed to analyze and synthesize studies that indicated the importance of behavioral observation in the organizational context.Based on Social Learning Theory and by considering relevant recent findings and theories,the impact of managers as role models for employees is researched and analyzed.The importance of this topic is to determine ways that learning and enhancing performance in the workplace can be applied for people management development.The literature for theory was numerous,however studies on the particular topic were limited and not expanded in the organizational context.The key message of this review is that the impact of managers and leaders can be positive and progressive both for the employees and for the organization.

A Role-Based PMI Security Model for E-Government

We introduce the general AC( atlribure certificate), the role specificationAC and the rolt assignment AC We discuss the rolt-based PMI(Privilege Management Infrastructure)architecture. The role-based PMT(Public-Kty In-frastructure) secure model forE-govcrnment isresearehed by combining the role-bastd PMI with PKI architeclure (Public Key Infrastructure). Themodel has advantages of flexibility, convenience, less storage space and less network consumptionetc. We are going to ust iht secure modelin the E-govern-ment system.

The Research of Role Tree-Based Access Control Model

Towards the crossing and coupling permissions in tasks existed widely in many fields and considering the design of role view must rely on the activities of the tasks process,based on Role Based Accessing Control (RBAC) model,this paper put forward a Role Tree-Based Access Control (RTBAC) model. In addition,the model definition and its constraint formal description is also discussed in this paper. RTBAC model is able to realize the dynamic organizing,self-determination and convenience of the design of role view,and guarantee the least role permission when task separating in the mean time.

大语言模型在英语教学中的角色

本文提炼了大语言模型在英语教学应用中扮演的三种角色,即语言顾问、语伴和语言测评专家。在语言顾问角色中,模型为师生提供语言知识,充当母语者或语言学家。在语伴角色中,模型协助用户完成语言交际任务,可以作为听说练习中的对话伙伴,也可以是读写练习中的小组讨论成员。在语言测评专家角色中,模型分析用户提供的语言材料,并对相关语言表现进行评价。本文主要展示了如何利用提示工程在听、说、读、写、译教学中发挥大语言模型的三类角色作用。

The Manufacturing Equipment Support Model Based on the Manufacturing Equipment Role

This work aims to investigate the manufacturing equipment support model for the purpose of improving the efficiency and quality of manufacturing. First, the concept of manufacturing capacity is defined, and the re- lationship between practical and expected manufacturing capacity is described. Then the concept of role is intro- duced and the manufacturing equipment role is defined in detail. Based on the analysis of manufacturing capacity and manufacturing equipment role, the three-stage manufacturing equipment support model is proposed. With this model, the manufacturing task can be decomposed into several manufacturing equipment roles, and the ex- pended manufacturing capacity involved in the manufacturing equipment role can be matched with the practical manufacturing capacity of the enterprise. The measures are discussed depending on different matching degrees.

广东高校医学生榜样钦佩感现状研究

目的调查广东高校医学生榜样钦佩感现状并分析影响因素。方法应用一般资料调查表、钦佩感量表、医学生职业认同感量表、社会责任感量表对广东7所高校405名在校医学生进行问卷调查。结果广东高校医学生钦佩感量表得分为(34.48±4.74)分,职业认同感量表得分为(136.93±19.05)分,社会责任感量表得分为(114.92±11.91)分,榜样钦佩感与职业认同感和社会责任感呈正相关关系。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年级、职业认同感是医学生榜样钦佩感的主要影响因素。结论广东高校医学生具有较强榜样钦佩感,高校应针对不同年级开展职业认知与榜样教育,引导其树立正确的榜样观,提升职业素养与道德水平,为今后的职业发展奠定基础。

创业榜样如何影响公司内部创业--基于全球创业观察等国际数据库的跨国研究

公司内部创业活动是组织可持续发展的重要影响因素,有助于企业更好地应对动态、复杂、多变的环境。基于社会学习理论,本研究整合全球创业观察、世界银行企业调查数据库、世界经济论坛全球竞争力报告和世界价值观调查数据库,探究创业榜样影响公司内部创业活动的过程机制。研究发现:1.关系型创业榜样和公众型创业榜样均对公司内部创业活动具有显著的正向影响,且关系型创业榜样的正向影响强于公众型创业榜样。2.创业自我效能感和创业机会感知在创业榜样与公司内部创业活动关系间起部分中介作用。3.性别能够调节关系型创业榜样和公司内部创业活动之间的关系,且调节作用完全通过创业机会感知起作用。本研究拓展了社会学习理论关于榜样的研究,并分别聚焦关系型创业榜样和公众型创业榜样,分析二者对员工开展公司内部创业活动的不同促进作用,为理解公司内部创业活动的动因提供了新的研究视角。此外,本研究通过检验创业自我效能感和创业机会感知的中介作用及性别的有中介的调节作用,解释了创业榜样影响员工开展公司内部创业活动的过程逻辑,打开了创业榜样影响公司内部创业活动的机制“黑箱”,进一步推进了现有关于公司内部创业活动的研究。

乡村旅游提高农村居民幸福感了吗?——基于海南省博纵村微观数据

随着我国进入新发展阶段,尤其在扎实推进共同富裕重要时期,如何提高人民幸福感逐渐成为社会各界日益关注的重要议题。在乡村旅游深刻影响农村社区发展的背景下,以乡村旅游示范村海南省博纵村为研究对象,利用有序Probit模型从微观层面检验乡村旅游对村民幸福感的影响与机理。研究发现,乡村旅游能显著提高农村居民幸福感。相较于未参与乡村旅游的村民,参与到乡村旅游的村民幸福感水平高0.167个单位;进一步分析发现,利益感知、相对剥夺感和旅游资源产权在乡村旅游和农村居民幸福感中发挥中介作用。其中利益感知中介作用最为显著,对幸福感提高具有正向效应;旅游资源产权模糊及相对剥夺感对幸福感的提高具有抑制作用。因此,在乡村旅游发展过程中,应完善乡村旅游利益分配机制,整合乡村旅游资源以及引导村民内归因。

基于康德道德教育论视角的研究生学术道德榜样教育问题探析

康德道德教育论主张榜样教育重在锤炼实践理性,培养纯粹道德动机。在康德榜样教育思想审视下,当前我国研究生学术道德榜样教育存在榜样选树理想化、榜样叙事灌输化、榜样价值导向功利化等实践偏颇,不利于引导研究生学术活动中的意志自律,甚至背离这一教育目的。为进一步释放榜样在研究生学术道德教育中的教化正能量,榜样选树应由理想走向现实,榜样叙事应由灌输走向对话,榜样价值导向应由功利回归学术道德法则本身。

“榜样精神”团体辅导提升高职生心理弹性的实证研究

采用实证研究考察“榜样精神”团体辅导对高职生心理弹性的提升效果。选取30名高职生分为实验组和对照组,对实验组实施10次“榜样精神”团体辅导,对控制组不进行任何干预。在团体辅导的前期、中期、后期,采用心理弹性量表对两组学生进行测量。结果显示:团体辅导能显著提升高职生的心理弹性。这一结果说明,融入榜样精神教育内涵的团体辅导能够切实提升高职生的心理弹性,帮助高职生养成积极心理品质,可为高职生的心理健康教育和思想政治教育提供参考与借鉴。

父母教养方式与儿童情绪管理能力的关系:同伴交往能力的中介作用

随着家庭教育相关理论的日臻完善,父母教养方式与儿童情绪管理的关系研究逐渐增多,提高儿童的社会交往能力成为研究热点。本研究以500名3—6岁儿童为研究对象,以莫里斯幼儿适应三重模型为参照,采用父母教养方式量表、幼儿同伴交往量表和儿童情绪管理量表为研究工具,通过结构方程模型考察父母教养方式与儿童情绪管理能力之间的关系以及儿童的同伴交往能力在其间的中介作用。研究发现:父母教养方式、儿童同伴交往能力均与儿童情绪管理能力显著相关,三者具有交互预测作用;中介效应模型表明儿童同伴交往能力在父母教养方式对儿童情绪管理能力的影响中存在中介作用,民主性教养可以通过影响儿童同伴交往能力,间接推动其情绪管理能力的积极生长;专制性教养、溺爱性教养和放任性教养可以间接抑制儿童同伴交往能力,阻碍其情绪管理能力的提高。为提升和稳定儿童管理自身情绪的能力,父母应加强对不同教养方式的认知以及重视对儿童同伴交往能力的培养,并将这一教育理念体现在家庭教育实践之中,促进儿童身心健康发展。

“四层学习身份模型”下中医英译思辨能力培养的教学建议

中医英译对中医跨文化传播具有重要意义,然而当前课程教学对学生思辨能力的培养有待提升。文章从思辨能力培养的“四层身份模型”理论框架入手,提出思辨材料准备、课堂思辨教学活动、教学评价和课后思辨反思四个阶段的建议,探讨启发学生对现有中医英译文、译法策略进行批判性思考。

公安英模精神融入公安院校思政课的实践路径

金融素养对大学生创业意愿的影响

基于三元交互理论与班杜拉社会学习理论,探讨金融素养对大学生创业意愿的影响,以及角色榜样与高校创业环境的调节作用。通过问卷量表搜集创业意愿,以及基本金融知识检测衡量金融素养,以此数据构建分层广义线性模型。研究结果显示:金融素养对于大学生创业意愿具有显著正向影响;高校创业环境起正向调节作用;角色榜样的调节作用不显著。从财务与金融视角探索了金融素养与角色榜样以及高校教育环境的交互作用,拓展了对高校大学生创业意愿的研究。
