Agricultural science and technology parks(ASTPs) represent an important growth pole in China’s agricultural modernization.Clarifying their diffusion laws can optimize the technological diffusion process and improve its efficiency. Our study uses disaggregated spatial information in its model to analyze ASTP technology diffusion in a heterogeneous space. We constructed a comprehensive index system to evaluate the diffusion environmental quality and introduced the heterogeneous diffusion equation to calculate the technological diffusion probability. We applied this framework to a real-world scenario: the apple planting technology diffusion of the Yangling ASTP in the Loess Plateau, China. The results indicated: (1)the technological diffusion environment of the Loess Plateau advantageous apple producing area showed strong spatial heterogeneity caused by climate, topography, and external transportation links.(2) Under the combined effects of distance and spatial heterogeneity, the spatial diffusion pattern of the Yangling ASTP apple technology was expansion diffusion supplemented by hierarchical diffusion and banded diffusion, and (3) ASTP technology diffusion showed a strong distance attenuation effect, and the frictional effect of distance can be decreased by improving the diffusion environmental quality. Innovative ability is an important indicator for judging the effectiveness of the national agricultural science and technology park construction. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms. 展开更多

The agricultural science and technology park is a demonstration carrier for the assembly and integration of agricultural technology,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the modern agricultural production. It is an inevitable choice and important way to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This paper reviewed the construction background,functional characteristics and development history of agricultural science and technology parks. It analyzed the current development situations of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City of Sichuan Province. Then,it summarized its experience in park construction and compared with surrounding national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks. It found existing problems including insufficient industry-university-research integration,low level of agricultural intensification,weak functions of public service platforms and brand effect,and insufficient exploration of tourism resources. In view of these problems,it came up with recommendations for development of agricultural Sci-Tech Park District of Luzhou City,including gathering scientific and technological resources,enhancing scientific and technological support,strengthening the high-quality development of the park economy,and building a national 4 A-level excellent scenic spot. 展开更多

以河北省15个国家农业科技园区为研究对象,通过考察调研及数据采集,筛选出影响农业科技园区产业运行的关键性投入、产出指标,基于DEA模型比较不同园区的产业运行效率,并针对有效园区进行投影分析,为提高园区运行效率提出了改进方向。结... 以河北省15个国家农业科技园区为研究对象,通过考察调研及数据采集,筛选出影响农业科技园区产业运行的关键性投入、产出指标,基于DEA模型比较不同园区的产业运行效率,并针对有效园区进行投影分析,为提高园区运行效率提出了改进方向。结果表明:河北三河、河北唐山国家农业科技园区的DEA有效,多数园区存在投入产出效率不足的问题;技术效率上整体表现一般,投入要素的利用程度尚可;规模效率整体水平较高,但普遍存在规模偏小的现象。基于此,针对各个园区提出相应的改进方向,并深入剖析运行有效园区的创新发展策略,以期为河北省国家农业科技园区提升产业效率,谋求创新发展提供参考和借鉴。 展开更多

科技现代化是农业农村现代化的必然要求,综合评价甘肃省农业科技现代化发展状况,对于准确研判全省农业科技支撑水平、推动农业高质量发展具有基础性意义。文章分析了甘肃省14个市州2022年农业科技发展相关数据,构建了更加合理的评价指... 科技现代化是农业农村现代化的必然要求,综合评价甘肃省农业科技现代化发展状况,对于准确研判全省农业科技支撑水平、推动农业高质量发展具有基础性意义。文章分析了甘肃省14个市州2022年农业科技发展相关数据,构建了更加合理的评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS组合评价方法对甘肃省各市州农业科技现代化水平进行排序,并依据贴近度进行了聚类分析,划分了3个类别层次。研究表明:甘肃省各市州农业科技现代化水平普遍不高,呈现出从西部到中部,再到南部依次降低的趋势,这与区域经济发展水平基本一致;科技基础条件不足、研发创新能力不强、成果转化体系不优,依然是制约各市州农业科技现代化水平提升的短板。基于此,提出了全面提升科技支撑能力、科研创新水平和成果转化效率等促进甘肃省农业科技现代化发展的政策建议。 展开更多

根据黄河流域2011—2020年省级面板数据,首先用熵值法对黄河流域农业现代化水平进行测算,之后运用OLS模型实证分析该流域农业科技创新投入和农业现代化的影响。结果表明:(1)黄河流域农业现代化指数均值为0.399,处于起步阶段,且在2011—2... 根据黄河流域2011—2020年省级面板数据,首先用熵值法对黄河流域农业现代化水平进行测算,之后运用OLS模型实证分析该流域农业科技创新投入和农业现代化的影响。结果表明:(1)黄河流域农业现代化指数均值为0.399,处于起步阶段,且在2011—2018年表现出上升趋势;但在2018—2020年出现下降,这为黄河流域农业现代化发展蒙上了阴影。各区域中,下游的农业现代化发展综合指数均值明显大于中游和上游,其中上游的发展指数最低。各省、自治区中,山东省、内蒙古自治区和河南省的农业现代化综合发展指数均值高于其余省(区),甘肃省的综合发展指数均值最低。(2)农业科研资金投入规模对黄河流域整体及下游农业现代化发展的影响均显著为正,对上游和中游有显著的负向影响;农业科研资金投入强度对黄河流域及上游、中游农业现代化发展的影响显著为正,对下游的影响显著为负;农业科研人力投入对黄河流域及上、中、下游农业现代化发展的影响均显著为正。 展开更多
