This research clearly outlines the supply chain in a process of evolution and digital transformation,where the collaboration of its members is concentrated,having technological tools to help chain management.To analyz...This research clearly outlines the supply chain in a process of evolution and digital transformation,where the collaboration of its members is concentrated,having technological tools to help chain management.To analyze the advantages that this transformation produces in the supply chain,as well as its different processes,this study has a systemic perspective that involves precise elements for organizational development,such as the different phases of each process,operations,logistics,and distribution.It must be borne in mind that any strategy in industrial companies grants the automation of procedures in the supply chain and determines a product in any phase of production,making the organization more sensitive to any variation in orders.The methodology included a bibliographic and non-experimental review that allows a descriptive and analytical study,which details the various characteristics of the fact that is being investigated,collecting information through interviews with different people who are involved with industrial companies.Among the results obtained,it was identified that digital transformation helps reduce costs and generates greater profitability.In conclusion,it was obtained that the digital supply chain helps in each of the phases of the processes,these are supervised by devices that help to have fast and effective information.展开更多

The traditional manufacturing industry is the backbone of China's real economy,which serves as the cornerstone for fostering high-quality economic development.This paper analyzes the operational mechanism and impa...The traditional manufacturing industry is the backbone of China's real economy,which serves as the cornerstone for fostering high-quality economic development.This paper analyzes the operational mechanism and impact of the digital economy on the integration of traditional manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain.To achieve these goals,this paper first establishes an evaluation indicator system from three dimensions,such as the industrial base,innovation ecosystem,and economic benefits.Additionally,the paper adopts a comprehensive approach,incorporating the coupling coordination degree model,spatial econometric model,and mediating effect model.The major findings include three points.(1)The digital economy plays a pivotal role in promoting the integration of traditional manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain by addressing capital mismatches,facilitating the concentration of technology talents,and promoting financial development.The integration contributes to the optimized allocation of scientific and technological resources with innovation in the upgrading of production factors.(2)The digital economy plays a nonlinear role in promoting the integration of traditional manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain.(3)The digital economy has a positive spatial spillover effect on the integrated development of traditional manufacturing industry chainandinnovation chain.展开更多

The oil and gas industry has been the practitioner and beneficiary of the application of digital technology for decades; however, it seems to have become the "laggard" in the new wave of digitization represented by "CBIMA"(short for cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, mobile Internet and artificial intelligence). In the context of low and middling oil prices weakening the profitability of oil and gas companies, increasing competition for alternative energy sources and accelerating energy transformation, there is great potential for promoting the digital transformation of the oil and gas industry. Rebuilding competitiveness through digital transformation is increasingly becoming the consensus in the industry. The integration of industrial Internet,cloud computing,and big data technology is changing the business and management mode of the industry chain.However,the industry chain is characterized by a wide range of fields,c...The integration of industrial Internet,cloud computing,and big data technology is changing the business and management mode of the industry chain.However,the industry chain is characterized by a wide range of fields,complex environment,and many factors,which creates a challenge for efficient integration and leveraging of industrial big data.Aiming at the integration of physical space and virtual space of the current industry chain,we propose an industry chain digital twin(DT)system framework for the industrial Internet.In addition,an industry chain information model based on a knowledge graph(KG)is proposed to integrate complex and heterogeneous industry chain data and extract industrial knowledge.First,the ontology of the industry chain is established,and an entity alignment method based on scientific and technological achievements is proposed.Second,the bidirectional encoder representations from Transformers(BERT)based multi-head selection model is proposed for joint entity–relation extraction of industry chain information.Third,a relation completion model based on a relational graph convolutional network(R-GCN)and a graph sample and aggregate network(GraphSAGE)is proposed which considers both semantic information and graph structure information of KG.Experimental results show that the performances of the proposed joint entity–relation extraction model and relation completion model are significantly better than those of the baselines.Finally,an industry chain information model is established based on the data of 18 industry chains in the field of basic machinery,which proves the feasibility of the proposed method.展开更多

This paper aims to introduce an analysis and a reflection around the concepts industry 4.0 and their impacts in the actual industrial world. The effects of this digitalization will be investigated on supply chain systems, decision-making processes, and business models. The classic supply chain is evolving into a Network Supply System (NSS) that is an interconnected supply chain with more focus on product and customer expectations. The global value chain process tends to be product-oriented. Smart data make the decisions more dynamic, flexible, and precise. Therefore, every industrial sector has to be adapted to this digital transformation in all aspects. However, the environmental aspects, global warming, and human healthcare issues are the challenge facing industries and human life, which can be like a brake to make efforts to improve digital life and machine technicity.
