BACKGROUND Schizophrenia is a common and severe mental disorder characterized by severe thought disturbances,hallucinations,delusions,and emotional instability.For some patients,conventional treatment methods may not ...BACKGROUND Schizophrenia is a common and severe mental disorder characterized by severe thought disturbances,hallucinations,delusions,and emotional instability.For some patients,conventional treatment methods may not effectively alleviate symptoms,necessitating the use of alternative therapeutic approaches.Modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)is an effective treatment modality for schizophrenia,inducing anti-depressive and antipsychotic effects through the stimulation of brain electrical activity.AIM To explore the impact of psychological nursing intervention(PNI)before and after MECT on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.METHODS Eighty patients with schizophrenia who received MECT treatment from 2021 to 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:The intervention group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The intervention group received PNI before and after MECT,while the control group received routine nursing care.The efficacy of MECT was evaluated by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and the Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI)before and after the treatment.The quality of life was assessed by the Short Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36)after the treatment.RESUITS The intervention group had significantly lower scores of PANSS and CGI than the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The intervention group also had significantly higher scores of SF-36 than the control group in all domains except physical functioning(P<0.05).CONCLUSION PNI before and after MECT can improve the efficacy and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.It is suggested that nurses should provide individualized and comprehensive psychological care for patients undergoing MECT to enhance their recovery and well-being.展开更多

Given non-line of sight(NLOS) time delay in signal transmission caused by facilities and equipment shielding in tunnels and TOA measurement errors in both LFP database data and real-time data, this paper puts forth a database data de-noising algorithm based on distance threshold limitation and modified mean filtering(MMF), as well as a real-time data suppression algorithm based on speed threshold limitation and MMF.On this basis, a nearest neighboring data matching algorithm based on historical location and the speed threshold limitation is used to estimate personnel location and realize accurate personnel positioning.The results from both simulation and the experiment suggest that: compared with the basic LFP positioning method and the method that only suppresses real-time data error, the tunnel personnel positioning methods based on TOA and modified LFP positioning permits effectively eliminating error in TOA measurement, making the measured data close to the true positional data, and dropping the positioning error:the maximal positioning error in measurements from experiment drops by 9 and 3 m, respectively, and the positioning accuracy of 3 m is achievable in the condition used in the experiment.展开更多
The stable coordinated metallo-complexes based on 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine(tpy)and its derivatives have been widely researched for various wide-ranging applications in photoelectronics,catalysis,sensor,photoluminesce...The stable coordinated metallo-complexes based on 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine(tpy)and its derivatives have been widely researched for various wide-ranging applications in photoelectronics,catalysis,sensor,photoluminescence,and so on.However,the most reported studies ignored the comprehensive comparison between structures modified by different positions and photoluminescence.Herein,we design a series of metallo-complexes which were assembled with tpy substituted triphenylamine(TPA)at different positions and metal ions and explored their photophysical properties.In the solution state,MLE_(2)based on the 5,5″-positions modification showed the highest PLQYs and PL intensity.With the increase of solvent polarity,MLB2exhibit the largest redshift.In the solid state,from MLA_(2)to MLE_(2),the emission colours are gradually red-shifted from yellow to red.The findings in this work may pave a new way to design functional metallo-complexes,not just for PL properties.展开更多

In response to the lack of reliable...Increases in the number of cases of identified genetically modified (GM) rice contamination can be traced back to the first Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) in 2006. In response to the lack of reliable detection methods, Decision 2011/884/EU proposed that new screening methods replace Decision 2008/289/EC, to identify all possible GM rice products originating in China. However, the synergy brands (SYBR) Green real-time PCR assay proposed by Decision 2011/884/EU has been shown to lack conformity with other TaqMan methods currently in use. To evaluate the specificity and repeatability of the methods recommended in Decision 2011/884/EU and Decision 2008/289/EC, we collected 74 rice products originating from six countries or districts. The 74 rice samples were tested using the Decision 2011/884/EU and Decision 2008/289/ EC methods. The parallel use of different instruments and reagents were used for testing in parallel, and the results were analyzed statistically. To avoid the limitations of specific laboratories, eight GM organism detection laboratories in China participated in a collaborative trial. In our tests, 24.3% (18/74) of the samples tested were positive with the SYBR Green real-time PCR assay using the Decision 2011/884/EU method, but were negative with the TaqMan real-time PCR assay using the Decision 2011/884/EU and Decision 2008/289/EC methods. Sequencing the PCR-amplified CrylA(b/c) genes in three samples (6, 30 and 43) showed that the products consisted of primer dimers rather than the targeted sequence. The combined experimental results showed that testing for the nopaline synthase gene (NOS) of Agrobacterium tumefasciens terminator and CrylA(b/c) produced false-positive results when the Decision 2011/884/EU method was used. Because of the high rate of false-positive results, the Decision 2011/884/EU SYBR Green method to detect GM rice requires improvement.展开更多
