In this study,for the first time,direct copper production from copper sulfide was carried out via direct electrochemical reduction method using inexpensive and stable molten borax electrolyte.The effects of current density(100–800 mA/cm^2)and electrolysis time(15–90 min)on both the cathodic current efficiency and copper yield were systematically investigated in consideration of possible electrochemical/chemical reactions at 1200℃.The copper production yield reached 98.09%after 90 min of electrolysis at a current density of 600 mA/cm^2.Direct metal production was shown to be possible with 6 kWh/kg energy consumption at a 600 mA/cm2 current density,at which the highest current efficiency(41%)was obtained.The suggested method can also be applied to metal/alloy production from single-and mixed-metal sulfides coming from primary production and precipitated sulfides,which are produced in the mining and metallurgical industries during treatment of process solutions or wastewaters. 展开更多

A novel method has been proposed to remove copper from molten steel by adding the compounds of hydrogen and nitrogen into the melt at normal pressure. Feasibility experiments were carried out in Mo-wire resistance furnace at 1600℃. The copper content of about 400 g 45 steel were reduced from 0.60% and 0.57% to 0.41% and 0.51% with 3.25g and 1.20 g NH_4Cl respectively, while the copper contents of about 300 g steel melt were reduced from 1.15% and 0.61% to 0.90% and 0.56% with 4.10 g and 2.00 g NH_2CONH_2. These results indicate that the proposed method is very promising to be put into practical and worthwhile of further study. 展开更多

The electrochemical behaviour of Y ̄(3+) and Ba ̄(2+) on platinum and copper electrode in molten YF_3(70 wt% )-NaF (20 wt%)-CaF_2(10 wt%) has been studied by means of cyclic voltammetry. discharge curve and so on. The Y-Ba-Cu alloy is obtained by fused salt electrolysis with molten YF_3-NaF-CaF_2 as electrolyte and Y_2O_3 and BaO as raw materials. Graphite cell acted as an anode and copper rod as consumable cathode. The molten bath temperature was 1193 K. Cathode current density was 20 A/cm ̄2. The contents of yttrium, barium and copper in alloy were about 20wt%, 9 wt% and 71 wt% respectively. Yttrium recovery efficiency was 90 wt%. The current efficiency was 70%~80 %. 展开更多

采用熔盐储换热方案并结合分时电价、电力交易等多能协同控制技术,进行了烟气熔盐储换热系统回收铜冶炼高温烟气余热研究。分析了换热过程中的热量流和物质流,估算出10h储热熔盐用量和熔盐储罐尺寸,此规模熔盐储换热系统固定投资约为92... 采用熔盐储换热方案并结合分时电价、电力交易等多能协同控制技术,进行了烟气熔盐储换热系统回收铜冶炼高温烟气余热研究。分析了换热过程中的热量流和物质流,估算出10h储热熔盐用量和熔盐储罐尺寸,此规模熔盐储换热系统固定投资约为925万元,以熔盐储换热系统替代余热锅炉,资本回收年限约为5.7a。在峰平谷电价时,熔盐储换热系统发电效益优于余热锅炉,且适应烟气波动、减小耗电工艺对电网冲击负荷。讨论了烟气温度、流量、SO_(2)含量对熔盐流量、蒸汽产量以及发电量的影响。结果表明,随着烟气温度、流量、SO_(2)含量的增加,系统熔盐流量、蒸汽产量以及发电量呈现正相关。 展开更多

The copper contents and its existing forms in the slags during the slag-making stage of Peirce-Smith converters in Guixi Smelter, Jiangxi Province, China have been investigated. The investigation was based on plant trials with the corresponding thermodynamic calculations and kinetic considerations. From the plant data, the total copper content in the slags was in the range of 2% to 8% (mass fraction). The mechanical entrainment of matte drops has been found to be the main cause of the copper loss. The suspension index, defined as the ratio of the mass fraction of copper in suspended matte drops in the slag to that in bulk of the matte phase, has been adopted to quantify the matte entrainment. The values of this parameter estimated in this work have been found mainly within a range of 2.5%-8.0%. The Fe3O4 content in the slag has been estimated to be the most important factor, among others, influencing the separation of slag with matte and, consequently, the copper loss from the slag. 展开更多

Solid liquid extraction of copper ion (I) with 2, 9-dimethyl-1, 10-phenanthroline (neo-cuproine, DMP) into molten naphthalene followed by chloroform spectrophotometric determination has been studied experimentally. The ternary complex Cu(I)-DMP-ClO4 was extracted quantitatively into molten naphthalene in the range of pH from 5 to 6 at 85 C-. Absorbance was spectrophotometrically determined at 459 nm against the reagent blank after the solid naphthalene layer was anhydrously dissolved in chloroform. Beer's law is obeyed over a concentration range of 0.5-70 mug/mL. The molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity are 1.0x10(4) L/(mol(.)cm) and 0.0099 mug(.)cm(2) respectively. In addition, the various conditions on determination and the interference of coexisted ions were discussed, and the method was applied to the determination of copper ion both in tea samples and cadmium sulfate reagents. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by ICP AES method. 展开更多

The electrolytic production of nickel-copper alloy by electrochemical reduction of converter matte in molten salt has been investigated. The sintered solid porous pellets of Ni3S2, Cu2S and converter matte were electrolyzed at a voltage of 3.0 V in molten CaCl2-NaCl under the protection of argon gas at 700℃, respectively. The electro-reduction processes were investigated and the products were characterized. The results show that the molten salt electro-reduction process can be used to produce nickel, copper and nickel-copper alloy directly from Ni3S2, Cu2S and converter matte precursors in molten CaCl2-NaCl, respectively. CaS would be formed as the intermediate compound during the electro-reduction process, and then the formed CaS can be gradually decomposed and removed with the increase of the electrolysis time. The experimental results show that the molten salt electro-reduction process has the potential to be used for the reduction of sulfide minerals in molten CaCl2-NaCl. 展开更多

近年来,越来越多的研究报道了粉末床熔融成形技术。这一技术通过热源扫描熔化粉末,逐层堆积直接成形复杂三维金属零件结构,能够极大地缩短产品生产周期,提高生产效率,特别是在选区激光熔化(SLM)以及选区电子束熔化(SEBM)制备铜及铜铬系... 近年来,越来越多的研究报道了粉末床熔融成形技术。这一技术通过热源扫描熔化粉末,逐层堆积直接成形复杂三维金属零件结构,能够极大地缩短产品生产周期,提高生产效率,特别是在选区激光熔化(SLM)以及选区电子束熔化(SEBM)制备铜及铜铬系合金方面取得了很大的突破。本文综述了粉末床熔融成形技术的基本原理和优势,以及在增材制造(AM)技术中,铜系材料打印存在的主要困难。介绍了不同制备方法对材料性能的影响,重点对比了SLM工艺在铜系金属上的高反射率问题,进而阐明提高铜对激光的吸收率是该成形技术的研究重点,以及SEBM工艺在铜系金属中存在的表面粗糙度问题的重要性。探讨了更为前沿的一种电子束-激光符合选区融化(EB-LHM)技术,虽然其工艺更复杂但能结合不同打印方法提升性能。探讨了不同成形工艺对材料微观结构和力学性能的影响,并对材料的打印方式进行了评价。最后对目前该领域存在的问题和未来的研究方向进行了展望。 展开更多

从废电路板中剥离的金属中含有的杂质较多,因此熔融冷却并进行浇铸过程中,分离出的的废铜渣中铜碳度过高。为准确测定废电路板铜渣样品中铅、锌、锡、镍等有价金属含量,建立了1套ICP-AES分析鉴定方法。该方法先用盐酸、硝酸、硝硫混酸... 从废电路板中剥离的金属中含有的杂质较多,因此熔融冷却并进行浇铸过程中,分离出的的废铜渣中铜碳度过高。为准确测定废电路板铜渣样品中铅、锌、锡、镍等有价金属含量,建立了1套ICP-AES分析鉴定方法。该方法先用盐酸、硝酸、硝硫混酸溶解除碳,再用盐酸及少量过氧化氢溶解盐类,最后在混酸介质中用ICP-AES连续测定铅、锌、锡、镍。在最佳工况条件下进行方法精密度、准确度测试,得出4个被测元素的检出限0.003 6~0.053 1μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)0.514%~3.347%,加标回收率95.9%~105.2%,方法实用性强,已应用于实际的检测工作。 展开更多

以炭纤维针刺整体毡为预制体,用化学气相渗透(CVI)、浸渍/炭化(I/C)的方法制备密度和基体炭不同的C/C多孔坯体,采用真空熔渗将熔融Cu渗入到C/C坯体中制备C/C-Cu复合材料,利用X射线衍射、金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析复合材料的组织结构,研... 以炭纤维针刺整体毡为预制体,用化学气相渗透(CVI)、浸渍/炭化(I/C)的方法制备密度和基体炭不同的C/C多孔坯体,采用真空熔渗将熔融Cu渗入到C/C坯体中制备C/C-Cu复合材料,利用X射线衍射、金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析复合材料的组织结构,研究复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:Cu成功地渗入C/C坯体中,并填充了坯体的孔洞和炭纤维之间的孔隙,复合材料的主要相为Cu、C及少量的TiC相,当渗剂中Ti的质量分数达到15%时,出现微量的Cu和Ti的金属化合物相;复合材料的摩擦因数随着摩擦时间的增加而逐渐增加并趋于稳定。渗剂相同时,摩擦因数和体积磨损量随着材料密度增加而增加;坯体相同时,随着渗剂中Ti含量增加,摩擦因数增加,体积磨损减小。随着外加载荷的增加,摩擦因数和体积磨损先增后减,80 N载荷时均达到最大值;与J204电刷对比,同样条件下,两者摩擦因数接近,但C/C-Cu复合材料的体积磨损量远远小于J204电刷的。 展开更多

以炭纤维针刺整体毡为预制体,用化学气相渗透(CVI)、浸渍/炭化(I/C)的方法制备密度和基体炭不同的C/C多孔坯体,采用真空熔渗将铜合金液渗入C/C坯体中制备C/C-Cu复合材料,研究试验条件对复合材料摩擦磨损性能影响。研究结果表明:随着时... 以炭纤维针刺整体毡为预制体,用化学气相渗透(CVI)、浸渍/炭化(I/C)的方法制备密度和基体炭不同的C/C多孔坯体,采用真空熔渗将铜合金液渗入C/C坯体中制备C/C-Cu复合材料,研究试验条件对复合材料摩擦磨损性能影响。研究结果表明:随着时间的延长,C/C-Cu复合材料摩擦因数趋于稳定;随着载荷的增加,摩擦因数和体积磨损先增后减,当载荷为80 N时达到最大值;试样摩擦因数和体积磨损与对偶件有关,当采用硬度较高的40Cr钢为对偶件时,试样摩擦因数随着时间的延长而增加并趋于稳定,且磨损量最大;当采用硬度低的黄铜和紫铜为对偶件时,试样摩擦因数随着时间变化不大,与紫铜对偶时的磨损量最小;C/C-Cu复合材料的磨损机制主要为磨料磨损、粘着磨损,采用40Cr钢作对偶时氧化磨损加大。 展开更多

根据真空冶金原理,通过热力学分析,采用正交设计实验方法,研究了真空度、脱铜剂种类与用量、温度以及处理时间等对钢液去铜的影响·试验结果表明:真空条件下,加入脱铜剂尿素或氧化镁,钢液中的铜可以明显去除,能满足大部分钢种所要... 根据真空冶金原理,通过热力学分析,采用正交设计实验方法,研究了真空度、脱铜剂种类与用量、温度以及处理时间等对钢液去铜的影响·试验结果表明:真空条件下,加入脱铜剂尿素或氧化镁,钢液中的铜可以明显去除,能满足大部分钢种所要求的标准(w(Cu)<0 2%);比较两种不同的脱铜剂的脱铜效果发现,在相同条件下,尿素的脱铜效果明显好于氧化镁;随着脱铜剂用量增加、脱铜时间延长以及温度的提高,去铜率明显增加;当脱铜剂尿素用量为0 7%,脱铜处理时间40min,能够满足洁净钢质量的要求·在实验室研究的基础上,对工业化试验提出了初步的设想· 展开更多
