The synchronous monitoring of cerebral blood flow and blood oxygen levels plays a pivotal role in the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.This study introduces a novel noninvasive device utilizing inductive sensing and near-infrared spectroscopy technology to facilitate simultaneous monitoring of cerebral blood flow and blood oxygen levels.The device consists of modules for cerebral blood flow monitoring,cerebral blood oxygen monitoring,control,communication,and a host machine.Through experiments conducted on healthy subjects,it was confirmed that the device can effectively achieve synchronous monitoring and recording of cerebral blood flow and blood oxygen signals.The results demonstrate the device’s capability to accurately measure these signals simultaneously.This technology enables dynamic monitoring of cerebral blood flow and blood oxygen signals with potential clinical applications in preventing,diagnosing,treating cerebrovascular diseases while reducing their associated harm. 展开更多

Clinical Study on Evaluation of Autonomic Nervous Dysfunction Based on Imaging Urodynamic Examination with Slow Filling and Synchronous Blood Pressure Monitoring in the Patients with Cervicothoracic Spinal Cord Injury

<strong>Objective:</strong> Explore the rule of autonomic nervous dysfunction in the patients with urination disorder after high level spinal cord injury, and seek a safe, objective and accurate method to ... <strong>Objective:</strong> Explore the rule of autonomic nervous dysfunction in the patients with urination disorder after high level spinal cord injury, and seek a safe, objective and accurate method to evaluate autonomic nervous function. <strong>Patients and Method:</strong> 48 patients with dysuria after cervicothoracic SCI were selected. Before, during and after imaging urodynamic examination with slow filling in supine position, blood pressure and ECG were monitored simultaneously. The symptoms of sweating, shivering, headache, flushing and chills were observed and recorded. The study of the relationship among the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and urodynamic indexes and the above symptoms was analyzed. <strong>Results:</strong> They were divided into three groups: group A (no obvious abnormality), group B (hyperactivity) and group C (hypoactivity) according to their BP, HR and existing the symptoms or not. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The incidence of autonomic dysfunction in the high level SCI patients with dysuria was very high (79.17%), most of them were hyperactivity, and a few were low function. The changes of SBP and DBP in the hypoactivity group all appeared an increasing and then declining trend, while the change of HR in the low function one was lower than normal and decreased continuously. The main inducements of AD are neurogenic detrusor overactivity, detrusor sphincter dyssynergia, elevated abdominal pressure and abnormal bladder sensitivity. The asymptomatic patients had a higher occurrence rate (43.75%). Only by imaging urodynamic examination with slow filling and synchronous blood pressure monitoring, can autonomic nervous function of the patients be evaluated safely, objectively, early and accurately. 展开更多

Most traditional maize seeding parameter monitoring devices use wired data transmission.The problems include wiring troubles,short transmission distances.And human-computer interaction display terminals are unique and usually customized rather than universal.A remote monitoring system for maize seeding parameters based on Android and wireless communication was developed in this study.The system used a single-chip microcomputer as the main controller and an infrared photoelectric sensor to capture seed information.The Android terminal application was used to set and display the seeder’s seed parameter information and monitor it.The Air202 communication module enabled remote data transmission,while the Global Positioning System(GPS)monitored the speed of the planter.By establishing a message queue telemetry transmission(MQTT)cloud served as a data freight station,data reception,storage and forwarding can be performed.Seeding parameters can generate Excel spreadsheets in real-time for easy data processing and storage.In order to verify the reliability of the system,the seeding parameter monitoring comparison test and the multi-terminal remote monitoring test were designed.The results of the seeding parameter monitoring comparison test showed that the monitoring system of this study had higher monitoring accuracy.The maximum average relative error of seeding parameter monitoring was 0.4%,which had high monitoring accuracy.The multi-terminal remote monitoring test showed that the monitoring system of this research can adapt many types of Android terminals,realize the wireless connection,and realize remote synchronous monitoring at different distances.This study provides a reference for intelligent remote monitoring and intelligent agriculture on unmanned farms. 展开更多
