The latch-up effect has been prevented on the improved circuit. It is extremely important that all the excellent performances of the improved astable multivibrator have been achieved with a dynamic power consumption equaling its predecessor one. The advantage of the structure has been verified by SPICE simulation.展开更多

It finds that the output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) varies non-monotonically with the delayed times. The SNR varies non-monotonically with the increase of the intensities of the multiplicative and additive noise, with the increase of the correlation strength between the two noises, as well as with the system parameter.展开更多

It is shown that the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for the fundamental and higher harmonics is a non-monotonic function of the intensities of the multiplicative and additive noise, as well as of the system parameter. Moreover, the SNR for the fundamental harmonic decreases with the increase of the system asymmetry, while the SNR for the higher harmonics behaves non-monotonically as the system asymmetry varies.展开更多

Each presented circuit is constructed using single CDBA as the basic active building block and three resistors. Two applications namely an astable and a monostable multivibrator are also realized to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed bistable multivibrators. The presented circuits are simulated using PSPICE from Cadence Orcad16.2 to verify their functionality. Simulation results agree well with the theoretical analysis.展开更多
