An Empirical Study on Students’Evaluation of Moral Education in Foreign Language Education in China

Students’evaluation of moral education is of great significance for improving the quality of teaching.Through a survey of 2715 undergraduates majoring in foreign languages,this paper analyzes their evaluation of the moral education.Findings show that students speak highly of teachers’competence in moral education,teaching methods and the integration of moral education in the textbooks,but not in the course assessment and the overall effect of moral education.Suggestions were proposed accordingly to improve moral education of foreign language education in China.

A Study of a Moral Dilemma Stories Teaching Model Focusing on the Development of Higher-Order Thinking --"Synthetic polymers" as an example

Cultivating students'higher-order thinking is one of the important goals of modern education,and innovative teaching model is an effective way to achieve this goal.Aiming at the inadequacy of the existing moral dilemma stories approach in the transformation of knowledge and behavior,this research constructs a new Project Based Learning-Ethical Dilemma Stories(PBL-EDS)Teaching Model applicable to China's secondary education stage based on the innovative features of the moral dilemma stories approach on the core competencies,taking the chemistry subject as an example to carry out practice,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the teaching model.Chemistry as an example to carry out the practice,and suggestions are made for the implementation of the teaching model.

Research and Practice of Moral Education in Higher Mathematics Teaching in the New Era

This paper first analyses the reasons for the low effectiveness of moral education in the current higher mathematics teaching,and then puts forward the contents,methods,and approaches of integrating moral education into higher mathematics teaching in the new era on this basis,and finally finds out the points for attention in the integration of moral education in higher mathematics teaching in the new era.Theoretically,the moral education content is innovated.We should set up the moral education idea of students as the foundation and moral education as the first,establish the attainable goals of moral education in different stages and levels,excavate the moral education resources contained in the current real life and social hot spots,and pay attention to the inheritance and enlightenment of Chinese excellent traditional culture,especially the mathematical culture and history in moral education.In practice,the moral education methods are improved and the moral education approaches are broadened.Moral education methods should be close to reality and life,should adapt to students’personality and hobbies,and should be diversified.Moral education can be carried out by improving the working mechanism of moral education management,publicity,and so on,strengthening the construction of moral education team and creating an atmosphere of full staff education.

Research on Integrating Moral Education Into College English Course on the Basis of Outcomes-Based Teaching Mode

College English courses are an important part of college education with humanistic and instrumental characteristics.Outcomes-based teaching method is oriented by students’learning output,which has been applied in education for decades.Students achieve the outcomes through communication,cooperation,and exploration from which their initiative,confidence,and learning ability are improved.It is instructive to help student both develop language skills as well as enrich the knowledge of Chinese traditional culture.This paper explores the necessity of moral education and relates them to College English course on the basis of outcomes-based teaching method.It is intended to help teachers understand the theory and philosophy of outcomes-based education and put it into moral education practice in their instructional planning,teaching,and assessment of students.

Human-AI Cooperation in Education: Human in Loop and Teaching as leadership

Using the differences and complementarities between human intelligence and artificial intelligence(AI),a hybrid-augmented intelligence,that is both stronger than human intelligence and AI,is created through Human-AI Cooperation(HAC)for teaching and learning.Human-AI Cooperation is infiltrating into all links of education,and recent research has focused a lot on the impact of teaching,learning,management,and evaluation with Human-AI Cooperation.However,AI still has its limits of intelligence,and cannot cooperate as humans.Thus,it is critical to study the obstacles of Human-AI Cooperation in education,as AI plays a role as a partner,not a tool.This study discussed for the first time how teachers and AI cooperate based on Multiple Intelligences of AI proposed by Andrzej Cichocki and puts forward a new Human-AI Cooperation teaching mode:human in the loop and teaching as leadership.It is proposed that humans in the loop and teaching as leadership can solve the problem that AI cannot cope with complex and dynamic teaching tasks in open situations,as well as the limits of intelligence for AI.

The Construction of ARCS Class Model for Moral Education in Colleges and Universities

Moral education is a part of talent training.Based on the analysis of the current situation of moral education in colleges and universities,this study systematically analyzes the ideological and political position of local college students,their ideological and moral character,as well as moral characterization through questionnaire,interview,induction,and factor analysis;then,the existing problems in moral education are summarized as follows:the mode of moral education is rigid,students'subjectivity and subjective initiative are disregarded,spoon-feeding is common,and a single theme is used.The form and content are not relevant to students'life,and they do not stimulate students'interest in learning;in addition,the effect of moral education is not evident.Based on the above problems,this study fully considers the students'subjectivity and subjective initiative.In line with the goal of moral education in colleges and universities,the ARCS model is constructed for moral education.Through pre-class flipped classroom,problem-based learning(PBL)during classes,as well as the summary and reflection after classes,the function of moral education for self-education,self-management,self-reflection,and sel&service can be realized.

A Brief Analysis of the Application of Situational Teaching Method in Primary School Music Class

Music situational teaching method aims to mobilize the students’thoughts in a natural state so as to enhance the attractiveness and efficiency of music classes.In the process of this method,some specific situational are designed according to the characteristics of music and under the guidance of psychology,methodology,pedagogy and other theories,and various sensory organs are employed.Different from traditional teaching method,situational teaching method creates learning situational for students,which is consistent with the characteristics of primary school students’physical and mental development and maximizes students’experience and feeling of music.

A Tentative Approach to Hidden Moral and Political Education in English-Major Courses in China-A Case Study of the Audio-Visual English Speaking Course

This essay proposes a tentative approach to the implementation path and construction of teaching design mode of hidden M&P(moral and political)education in English-major courses in China.The main research literature review about this theme in recent years can roughly fall into three categories,namely,studies on the integration of M&P elements in teaching,studies on tentative system construction of M&P education or of a certain English course for English majors,and studies on using a certain teaching mode as vehicle of M&P teaching content.An open mode for curriculum design is thereby proposed based on a case analysis of the main textbook of AESC(the Audio-visual English Speaking Course)offered by Taizhou University,in the hope that the power of hidden M&P education will be manifested as it is integrated into English-major courses.

On Integrating English Teaching With Telling Chinese Fashion Story for Graduate Students in Arts College

Based on the current situation of English teaching for graduate students in an Arts college in China,this paper combs the characteristics of English teaching for graduate students,analyzes the current situation of English study,and combines specific cases based on the English course,explores the connotations of moral education,inherits and innovates the expressions of the essences of traditional Chinese culture,and integrates the moral education with the school characteristics before class,in class,and after class.And in the whole process,the teacher should play a role as a good guider,and students-centered teaching methodology will be adopted.Then the moral teaching will be carried out and the students’cultural confidence will be increased.Just by telling Chinese fashion story,postgraduate English teaching and education will be pushed forward to boost the construction of China’s cultural soft power,and even make it much easier to the Chinese fashion culture’s Going Out.

Moral Infiltration in Junior High School English Class Based on Bandura's Social Learning Theory

教育数字化背景下的课堂教学结构改革——以具身认知理论为视角

教育数字化转型背景下为进一步提高课堂教学质量,亟需对课堂教学结构进行改革。课堂教学结构改革需进一步厘清课堂教学的内在机理、促进教师专业能力以及学生核心素养的发展。具身认知理论以重新审视身体与认知关系的新视角为课堂教学结构改革提供理论支撑。具身认知理论指导下的课堂教学结构改革主张教师应提升数字素养,创设具身学习环境;学生要提高主观能动性,增强具身性学习体验;除此之外,还应促进纸质教材创新,推动数字教材开发;推进教学媒体身体皈依,实现“技术无痕”具身愿景。

面向国家一流专业的国际贸易实务课程思政建设研究

立足于国家一流专业建设目标,专业课程内容中融入思政教育并进行设计和实施教学,对于培养具有人文素养和科学精神的国际化人才具有重要意义。该文阐述国家一流本科人才德育素养的培养需求,基于课程思政教育理论,提出高校课程思政教育的思考,并设计国际贸易实务课程思政教育改革方案,分析高等教育课程思政教育的启示。通过课程思政教学效果的创新性、可行性、示范性进行综合评估,优化国际贸易实务课程思政教育改革路径,进一步提出对策建议。研究表明,通过提高教师课程思政的教学水平,充分挖掘课程蕴含的思政元素,进而改革课程思政的教学方法,提升学生的德育素养,能够激发学生的创造力和挑战意志,有助于培养具有工匠精神的优秀人才。
