The aim of this research was to assess the diversity of the Cameroon cotton zone in soybean associated rhizobia in order to formulate the most efficient elite inoculant to boost both the cotton and soybean production....The aim of this research was to assess the diversity of the Cameroon cotton zone in soybean associated rhizobia in order to formulate the most efficient elite inoculant to boost both the cotton and soybean production. Therefore, soybean associated rhizobia were isolated and characterized morphologically, physiologically and biochemically on YEMA culture media. For each of the two soybean varieties (Houla1 and TGX1910 14F) used, the trials were laid out in two IRAD-fields of North Cameroon (Sanguere-Paul) and Far-North (Soukoundou) respectively, under a complete randomized complete block design, the isolate formulations representing the treatments. The six isolated strains (IS1, IS2, IS3, IS4, IS5, IS6) from which seven liquid inoculant were formulated were revealed to belong to the same slow growing group of rhizobia, with a high level of tolerance to temperature, pH, and salinity, with optimum growth at respectively 28˚C, pH (7 - 9), salt (1% - 5%). Not surprisingly, root nodules were formed by both inoculated and uninoculated soybean plants. However, the most efficient soybean-rhizobia symbiosis for nodulations were isolate IS6 associated to TGX1910 14F variety, and isolate IS5 associated to Houla1variety at Sanguere-Paul. Whereas isolate M was associated to TGX1910 14F variety, Houla 1 variety had affinity with native rhizobia isolates at Soukoundou. The present results suggest the adaptability of rhizobia isolates to a particular soybean variety at a particular cotton fields zone. These findings should be taken into consideration for commercial inoculant formulation.展开更多

[Result] Variance analysis showed: the genetic branching among the Dongfanghong male population( belongs to Wandashan) and Xiaoxing'an Mountain male population and Changbai Mountain male population were significantly different (P〈0.05) ; the genetic branching between the Hebei female population (belongs to Xiaoxing'an Mountain) and Changbai Mountain female population was significantly different (P〈0.05 ). Cluster analysis showed : male R.dybowskii can be divided into three groups : the first group included Quanyang, Tianbei, Chaoyang and Ddkouqin, the second group included Tieli and Anshan, the third group included Dongfanghong; and the female R. dybowskii can be divided into three groups : the first group included Quanyang and Chaoyang, the second group included Tianbei and Dakouqin, the third group included Hebei. [Condusion] The paper deduced that the Sanjiang Plain was the geographical origin center ofR. dybowskii which radiated to Changbai Mountain and Xiaoxing'an Mountain along the adverse current of Songhua River basin, therefore, the current distribution pattern of R. dybowskii was formed.展开更多
By tracking and monitoring the profile configuration, topography, and hydrodynamic factors of an artificial cobble beach in Tianquan Bay, Xiamen, China over three consecutive years after its completion, we analyzed th...By tracking and monitoring the profile configuration, topography, and hydrodynamic factors of an artificial cobble beach in Tianquan Bay, Xiamen, China over three consecutive years after its completion, we analyzed the evolution of its profile configura- tion and plane morphology, and its storm response characteristics. The evolution of the profile configuration of the artificial cobble beach in Tianquan Bay can be divided into four stages. The beach was unstable during the initial stage after the beach nourishment the profile configuration changed obviously, and an upper concave composite cobble beach formed gradually, which was character- ized by a steep upper part and a gentle lower part. In the second stage, the cobble beach approached dynamic equilibrium with minor changes in the profile configuration. At the third stage the beach was in a high-energy state under the influence of Typhoon Meranti, and the response of the artificial cobble beach differed significantly from that of the low-tide terrace sandy beach. Within a short time, there was net onshore transport of cobbles in the cross-shore direction. The beach face was eroded, the beach berm was accumulated, and the slope of the beach was steepened considerably. In the alongshore direction, there was notable transport of cobbles on the beach from east to west along the shore, and the total volume of the beach decreased by 4.5×103 m 3, which accounted for 50% of the total amount of beach volume lost within three years. The fourth stage was the restoration stage after the typhoon, characterized by a little gentler profile slope and the increase in width and the decrease in height of beach berm. Because of the action of waves and the wave-driven longshore current caused by the specific terrain and landform conditions along the coast (e.g., coastal headlands, near-shore artificial structures, and reefs), the coastline of the artificial cobble beach gradually evolved from being essentially parallel to the artificial coast upon completion to a slightly curved parabolic shape, and three distinct erosion hotspots were formed on the west side of the cape and the artificial drainpipe, and the reefs. Generally, the adoption of cobbles for beach nourishment on this macro-tidal coast beach with severe erosion has yielded excellent stability and adaptability.展开更多

Factors including contamination, Ca2+, Mg2+ and collagenase, and stem cell factor, etc., were investigated.ACK2, the antibody of c-kit, was used to identify the cultured ICC. Both light microscope and fluorescence microscope were used to observe the changes of ICC in vitro.RESULTS: The method for dissociation and culture of ICC in vitro was successfully established. After 24 h, cultured ICC exhibited a few axis-cylinders, and longer axis-cylinders were observed to form synapse of each other after 3 d. More widespread connections formed within 7 d in vitro. The changes of its morphologic character were obvious within 7 d; however, there were no obvious morphologic changes after 30 d.CONCLUSION: Many factors can influence the dissociation and culture of ICC.展开更多

The morphological differences were observed by uniformity analysis, variability analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The result showed that the vari- able coefficients of 59 traits were greater than 15%; the contribution rate of first seven principal components reached 81.45%; and it was found by clustering analy- sis that the 50 germplasm resources could be divided into four clusters with obvious morphological differences, and plant type could be used as an index for classifica- tion.展开更多
Photoacoustic imaging has many advantages in ophthalmic application including high-resolution,requirement of no exogenous contrast agent,and noninvasive acquisition of both morphologic and functional information.Howev...Photoacoustic imaging has many advantages in ophthalmic application including high-resolution,requirement of no exogenous contrast agent,and noninvasive acquisition of both morphologic and functional information.However,due to the limited depth of focus of the imaging method and large curvature of the eye,it remains a challenge to obtain high quality vascular image of entire anterior segment.Here,we proposed a new method to achieve high quality imaging of anterior segment.The new method applied a curvature imaging strategy based on only one time scanning,and hence is time efficient and more suitable for ophthalmic imaging compared to previously reported methods using similar strategy.A custom-built photoacoustic imaging system was adapted for ophthalmic application and a customized image processing method was developed to quantitatively analyze both morphologic and functional information in vasculature of the anterior segment.The results showed that the new method improved the image quality of anterior segment significantly compared to that of conventional high resolution photoacoustic imaging.More importantly,we applied the new method to study ophthalmic disease in an in vivo mouse model for the first time.The results verified the suitability and advantages of the new method for imaging the entire anterior segment and the numerous potentials of applying it in ophthalmic imaging in future.展开更多
Star dune is one typical kind of aeolian geomorphology in global sand seas.It has attracted scholars in various research fields for years because of its unique morphologic features like Egyptian pyramid.The landform p...Star dune is one typical kind of aeolian geomorphology in global sand seas.It has attracted scholars in various research fields for years because of its unique morphologic features like Egyptian pyramid.The landform pattern of star dune is mainly dominated by factors such as regional wind regime,sand availability,and local topography.Star dunes grow vertically as they accumulate sand brought in from different directions;however,little is known regarding morphologic changes during this process.The stability of star dunes based on quantitative data is another unsolved question due to the limitation in measuring equipment or other factors.And whether the star dune can grow into star sand hills is another scientific problem which needs to be discussed.In this paper,the heightening development process and morphological changes of star dunes were monitored in Mingsha Mountain of Dunhuang with the 3D laser scanner.Results show that the star dunes in Mingsha Mountain were formed by a group of relatively steady winds,which were northwest,northeast and south winds.With the increase of the height of the star dunes,the morphological parameters of the dune,such as the volume and bottom area,did not show regular changes.The surface erosion of both Dune 1 and Dune 2 during the observation period was closely related to the regional wind conditions.During the growth of the star dunes,the overall trend of the dunes was relatively steady and the dune shape maintained its stability although the aspect and slope of the sand dunes changed,indicating that the stability of star dune was not complete and was dynamic.Moreover,the variation range of the dune slope was proportional to the volume change of the dune.展开更多

Lamarchii. The current study utilized several statistical methods to analyze the effects of morphological traits on M. Lamarchii,which may provide knowledge for clam quality seedlings breeding work. The samples of M. Lamarchii were randomly sampled from Donghai Island,Zhanjiang. Shell length( SL),shell width( SW),shell height( SH),ligament length( Li L),lunule length( Lu L) and total weight( TW) of two-year-old M. Lamarchii were measured. A correlation coefficient matrix was constructed based on the results,where the total weight was set as the dependent variable and others as independent variables. Path coefficient and correlation index were calculated,and the major phenotypic characters were determined. The results showed that all the correlation coefficients between independent variables and dependent variable were significant( P < 0. 01),with an exception of the lunule length( P > 0. 05). The effects of the shell length,shell width,and shell height on the total weight were significant( P < 0. 01),and the shell length had dominant effect on the weight as a key effective factor. The multiple regression equation between the weight and the other traits was established as Y;=- 126. 784 + 1. 249X;+ 2. 036X;+ 0. 911 X;,where YWis total weight,X;,X;and X;are the shell length,shell width and shell height,respectively. BACKGROUND Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is currently the standard investigation for suspected perianal diseases.Carcinoma arising from anal fistula is very rare,and early diagnosis is often difficult.AIM To describe...BACKGROUND Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is currently the standard investigation for suspected perianal diseases.Carcinoma arising from anal fistula is very rare,and early diagnosis is often difficult.AIM To describe and summarize the MRI findings of carcinoma arising from anal fistula.METHODS In this retrospective study,records of ten patients diagnosed with carcinoma arising from anal fistula and confirmed by surgery(n=7)or biopsy(n=3)between June 2006 and August 2018 were analyzed.All patients underwent preoperative pelvic MRI.Morphologic features,signal characteristics,fistula between the mass and the anus,contrast enhancement of mass,signal and enhancement of peritumoral areas,and regional lymphadenopathy were assessed.RESULTS All ten tumors were solitary(8 mucinous adenocarcinomas and 2 adenocarcinomas).The maximum diameter of the tumors ranged from 3.4 cm to 12.4 cm(median:4.15 cm;mean:5.68 cm).Eight patients had a fistula between the mass and the anus.Contrast enhancement of the peritumoral areas was noted in three(3/5)patients.Perirectal or inguinal lymphadenopathy was noted in seven patients.Most lesions of mucinous adenocarcinoma were multiloculated and cauliflower-like,with a thin capsule and focally unclear boundary.They were markedly hyperintense on fat-suppressed T2WI,slightly hyperintense with focal hyperintensity on diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI),and hyperintense with focal hypointensity on apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)map,with progressive mesh-like contrast enhancement.Adenocarcinomas had an infiltrative margin without a capsule and appeared heterogeneously hyperintense or slightly hyperintense on fat-suppressed T2WI,hyperintense on DWI,and hypointense on ADC map,with persistent heterogeneous enhancement.CONCLUSION Our study highlighted several characteristic and potentially helpful MRI findings to diagnose carcinomas arising from anal fistula.展开更多

The disruption of central ner- vous system (CNS) BBB alters the endothelial permeability, the protein and chemokines expression and the propensity to release in situ inflam- matory cytokines, overcoming anti-inflammatory signals, facilitating the attraction and entry of immune system cells into the injured spinal cord parenchyma (Gaudet et al., 2011). As a result, there is a neuroin- flammatory response with changes in blood flow, edema, cell infiltra- tion, apoptosis and release of axonal growth inhibitory factors. Nerve function loss occurs when the nerve impulse propagation is interrupted and do not reach its target. This disorder encompasses neuron and glia apoptosis, accompanied by Wallerian degeneration of disconnected axons, and CNS cells exposure to a hostile microenvironment that hampers axon regeneration (Mautes et al., 2000; Harkey et al., 2003).展开更多

Based on ISSR marker research, the similarity coefficient between Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat was lower than the similarity coefficient between Oakleaf loquat and Daduhe loquat while the similarity coefficient between Daduhe loquat and Common loquat was intermediate. The highest additivity was obtained when Daduhe loquat was regarded as the undetermined hybrid (45.8%). The specific bands of Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat were present in Daduhe loquat. Based on morphologic traits research, Daduhe loquat was also between Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat but a little leaning to Oakleaf loquat. All the results support that Daduhe loquat was hybrid of Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat.展开更多

Objective To develop a computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)system with automatic contouring and morphologic and textural analysis to aid on the classification of breast nodules on ultrasound images.Methods A modified Level S...Objective To develop a computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)system with automatic contouring and morphologic and textural analysis to aid on the classification of breast nodules on ultrasound images.Methods A modified Level Set method was proposed to automatically segment the breast nodules(46malignant and 60benign nodules).Following,16morphologic features and 17texture features from the extracted contour were calculated and principal component analysis(PCA)was applied to find the optimal feature vector dimensions.Fuzzy C-means classifier was utilized to identify the breast nodule as benign or malignant with selected principal vectors.Results The performance of morphologic features was 78.30%for accuracy,67.39%for sensitivity and 86.67%for specificity,while the latter was 72.64%,58.70%and 83.33%,respectively.After the combination of the two features,the result was exactly the same with the morphologic performance.Conclusion This system performs well in classifying the malignant breast nodule from the benign breast nodule.展开更多

文摘By tracking and monitoring the profile configuration, topography, and hydrodynamic factors of an artificial cobble beach in Tianquan Bay, Xiamen, China over three consecutive years after its completion, we analyzed the evolution of its profile configura- tion and plane morphology, and its storm response characteristics. The evolution of the profile configuration of the artificial cobble beach in Tianquan Bay can be divided into four stages. The beach was unstable during the initial stage after the beach nourishment the profile configuration changed obviously, and an upper concave composite cobble beach formed gradually, which was character- ized by a steep upper part and a gentle lower part. In the second stage, the cobble beach approached dynamic equilibrium with minor changes in the profile configuration. At the third stage the beach was in a high-energy state under the influence of Typhoon Meranti, and the response of the artificial cobble beach differed significantly from that of the low-tide terrace sandy beach. Within a short time, there was net onshore transport of cobbles in the cross-shore direction. The beach face was eroded, the beach berm was accumulated, and the slope of the beach was steepened considerably. In the alongshore direction, there was notable transport of cobbles on the beach from east to west along the shore, and the total volume of the beach decreased by 4.5×103 m 3, which accounted for 50% of the total amount of beach volume lost within three years. The fourth stage was the restoration stage after the typhoon, characterized by a little gentler profile slope and the increase in width and the decrease in height of beach berm. Because of the action of waves and the wave-driven longshore current caused by the specific terrain and landform conditions along the coast (e.g., coastal headlands, near-shore artificial structures, and reefs), the coastline of the artificial cobble beach gradually evolved from being essentially parallel to the artificial coast upon completion to a slightly curved parabolic shape, and three distinct erosion hotspots were formed on the west side of the cape and the artificial drainpipe, and the reefs. Generally, the adoption of cobbles for beach nourishment on this macro-tidal coast beach with severe erosion has yielded excellent stability and adaptability.

文摘AIM: To study the method of dissociation, culture and investigate its morphologic changes in vitro of interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC).METHODS: Enzymatic digestion and Ficoll density centrifugation were used to dissociate ICC from the ileal segment of mice. Factors including contamination, Ca2+, Mg2+ and collagenase, and stem cell factor, etc., were investigated.ACK2, the antibody of c-kit, was used to identify the cultured ICC. Both light microscope and fluorescence microscope were used to observe the changes of ICC in vitro.RESULTS: The method for dissociation and culture of ICC in vitro was successfully established. After 24 h, cultured ICC exhibited a few axis-cylinders, and longer axis-cylinders were observed to form synapse of each other after 3 d. More widespread connections formed within 7 d in vitro. The changes of its morphologic character were obvious within 7 d; however, there were no obvious morphologic changes after 30 d.CONCLUSION: Many factors can influence the dissociation and culture of ICC.

文摘With 50 large-flowered Chrysanthemum varieties from germplasm nursery of Wunaoshan Forest Farm in Macheng City as research objects, 64 morphological traits were investigated by field experiments adopting randomized block design. The morphological differences were observed by uniformity analysis, variability analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The result showed that the vari- able coefficients of 59 traits were greater than 15%; the contribution rate of first seven principal components reached 81.45%; and it was found by clustering analy- sis that the 50 germplasm resources could be divided into four clusters with obvious morphological differences, and plant type could be used as an index for classifica- tion.

文摘Photoacoustic imaging has many advantages in ophthalmic application including high-resolution,requirement of no exogenous contrast agent,and noninvasive acquisition of both morphologic and functional information.However,due to the limited depth of focus of the imaging method and large curvature of the eye,it remains a challenge to obtain high quality vascular image of entire anterior segment.Here,we proposed a new method to achieve high quality imaging of anterior segment.The new method applied a curvature imaging strategy based on only one time scanning,and hence is time efficient and more suitable for ophthalmic imaging compared to previously reported methods using similar strategy.A custom-built photoacoustic imaging system was adapted for ophthalmic application and a customized image processing method was developed to quantitatively analyze both morphologic and functional information in vasculature of the anterior segment.The results showed that the new method improved the image quality of anterior segment significantly compared to that of conventional high resolution photoacoustic imaging.More importantly,we applied the new method to study ophthalmic disease in an in vivo mouse model for the first time.The results verified the suitability and advantages of the new method for imaging the entire anterior segment and the numerous potentials of applying it in ophthalmic imaging in future.

文摘Star dune is one typical kind of aeolian geomorphology in global sand seas.It has attracted scholars in various research fields for years because of its unique morphologic features like Egyptian pyramid.The landform pattern of star dune is mainly dominated by factors such as regional wind regime,sand availability,and local topography.Star dunes grow vertically as they accumulate sand brought in from different directions;however,little is known regarding morphologic changes during this process.The stability of star dunes based on quantitative data is another unsolved question due to the limitation in measuring equipment or other factors.And whether the star dune can grow into star sand hills is another scientific problem which needs to be discussed.In this paper,the heightening development process and morphological changes of star dunes were monitored in Mingsha Mountain of Dunhuang with the 3D laser scanner.Results show that the star dunes in Mingsha Mountain were formed by a group of relatively steady winds,which were northwest,northeast and south winds.With the increase of the height of the star dunes,the morphological parameters of the dune,such as the volume and bottom area,did not show regular changes.The surface erosion of both Dune 1 and Dune 2 during the observation period was closely related to the regional wind conditions.During the growth of the star dunes,the overall trend of the dunes was relatively steady and the dune shape maintained its stability although the aspect and slope of the sand dunes changed,indicating that the stability of star dune was not complete and was dynamic.Moreover,the variation range of the dune slope was proportional to the volume change of the dune.
文摘Clam Meretrix lamarchii is delicious seafood with high economic value. The M. lamarchii in present market is mainly collected from wild population due to the lack of large-scale artificial seed production. In 2013,we carried out the artificial seedling exploration of M. Lamarchii. The current study utilized several statistical methods to analyze the effects of morphological traits on M. Lamarchii,which may provide knowledge for clam quality seedlings breeding work. The samples of M. Lamarchii were randomly sampled from Donghai Island,Zhanjiang. Shell length( SL),shell width( SW),shell height( SH),ligament length( Li L),lunule length( Lu L) and total weight( TW) of two-year-old M. Lamarchii were measured. A correlation coefficient matrix was constructed based on the results,where the total weight was set as the dependent variable and others as independent variables. Path coefficient and correlation index were calculated,and the major phenotypic characters were determined. The results showed that all the correlation coefficients between independent variables and dependent variable were significant( P < 0. 01),with an exception of the lunule length( P > 0. 05). The effects of the shell length,shell width,and shell height on the total weight were significant( P < 0. 01),and the shell length had dominant effect on the weight as a key effective factor. The multiple regression equation between the weight and the other traits was established as Y;=- 126. 784 + 1. 249X;+ 2. 036X;+ 0. 911 X;,where YWis total weight,X;,X;and X;are the shell length,shell width and shell height,respectively. The current study may contribute to the artificial breeding of the species.
文摘BACKGROUND Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is currently the standard investigation for suspected perianal diseases.Carcinoma arising from anal fistula is very rare,and early diagnosis is often difficult.AIM To describe and summarize the MRI findings of carcinoma arising from anal fistula.METHODS In this retrospective study,records of ten patients diagnosed with carcinoma arising from anal fistula and confirmed by surgery(n=7)or biopsy(n=3)between June 2006 and August 2018 were analyzed.All patients underwent preoperative pelvic MRI.Morphologic features,signal characteristics,fistula between the mass and the anus,contrast enhancement of mass,signal and enhancement of peritumoral areas,and regional lymphadenopathy were assessed.RESULTS All ten tumors were solitary(8 mucinous adenocarcinomas and 2 adenocarcinomas).The maximum diameter of the tumors ranged from 3.4 cm to 12.4 cm(median:4.15 cm;mean:5.68 cm).Eight patients had a fistula between the mass and the anus.Contrast enhancement of the peritumoral areas was noted in three(3/5)patients.Perirectal or inguinal lymphadenopathy was noted in seven patients.Most lesions of mucinous adenocarcinoma were multiloculated and cauliflower-like,with a thin capsule and focally unclear boundary.They were markedly hyperintense on fat-suppressed T2WI,slightly hyperintense with focal hyperintensity on diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI),and hyperintense with focal hypointensity on apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)map,with progressive mesh-like contrast enhancement.Adenocarcinomas had an infiltrative margin without a capsule and appeared heterogeneously hyperintense or slightly hyperintense on fat-suppressed T2WI,hyperintense on DWI,and hypointense on ADC map,with persistent heterogeneous enhancement.CONCLUSION Our study highlighted several characteristic and potentially helpful MRI findings to diagnose carcinomas arising from anal fistula.

For the complexity and randomness of nonwovens morphologic structures, it is difficult to express them effectively using classical method. Fractal geometry gives us a new idea and a powerful tool to study on irregularity of geometric objects. Therefore, we studied on the pore size, pore shape, pore size distribution and fiber orientation distribution of real nonwovens using fractal geometry combined with computer image analysis to evaluate nonwovens’ morphologic structures.

文摘A lunar geologic map at a scale of 1:5000000 was finished in the 1970s by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, U.S U.S. Geological Survey. Department of the Interior, Till now, the landform classification system and lunar morphologic mapping have not been clarified. The work aims to put forward a new landform classification system and to obtain index and map in the Sheet H010. Some key morphologic features of lunar surface were compared with those of the Earth. This research is very important for whole lunar morphologic mapping and unraveling evolutionary progress.
文摘After spinal cord injury (SCI), a cascade of events begins. At first, there is physical damage with disruption of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and the integrity of the nervous tissue. The disruption of central ner- vous system (CNS) BBB alters the endothelial permeability, the protein and chemokines expression and the propensity to release in situ inflam- matory cytokines, overcoming anti-inflammatory signals, facilitating the attraction and entry of immune system cells into the injured spinal cord parenchyma (Gaudet et al., 2011). As a result, there is a neuroin- flammatory response with changes in blood flow, edema, cell infiltra- tion, apoptosis and release of axonal growth inhibitory factors. Nerve function loss occurs when the nerve impulse propagation is interrupted and do not reach its target. This disorder encompasses neuron and glia apoptosis, accompanied by Wallerian degeneration of disconnected axons, and CNS cells exposure to a hostile microenvironment that hampers axon regeneration (Mautes et al., 2000; Harkey et al., 2003).
文摘The taxonomic status of Daduhe loquat (E. prinoides var. dadunensis) was studied through analyzing genetic relationships among Oakleaf loquat (E. prinoides), Daduhe loquat and Common loquat (E. japonica) using inter simple sequence repeats (ISSR) molecular marker and morphologic marker in this paper. Based on ISSR marker research, the similarity coefficient between Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat was lower than the similarity coefficient between Oakleaf loquat and Daduhe loquat while the similarity coefficient between Daduhe loquat and Common loquat was intermediate. The highest additivity was obtained when Daduhe loquat was regarded as the undetermined hybrid (45.8%). The specific bands of Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat were present in Daduhe loquat. Based on morphologic traits research, Daduhe loquat was also between Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat but a little leaning to Oakleaf loquat. All the results support that Daduhe loquat was hybrid of Oakleaf loquat and Common loquat.

文摘Objective To develop a computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)system with automatic contouring and morphologic and textural analysis to aid on the classification of breast nodules on ultrasound images.Methods A modified Level Set method was proposed to automatically segment the breast nodules(46malignant and 60benign nodules).Following,16morphologic features and 17texture features from the extracted contour were calculated and principal component analysis(PCA)was applied to find the optimal feature vector dimensions.Fuzzy C-means classifier was utilized to identify the breast nodule as benign or malignant with selected principal vectors.Results The performance of morphologic features was 78.30%for accuracy,67.39%for sensitivity and 86.67%for specificity,while the latter was 72.64%,58.70%and 83.33%,respectively.After the combination of the two features,the result was exactly the same with the morphologic performance.Conclusion This system performs well in classifying the malignant breast nodule from the benign breast nodule.

文摘The incidence of nonmelanoma skin cancer is rising worldwide.The major cardinogenic factor for most skin cancers is solar ultraviolet light,in particular,the chronic exposure to UVB(280-320nm).In this study,the optical characteristics of skin canceration process induced by UVB were analyzed.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)was used for monitoring the morphologic changes and compared with histological analysis.Meanwhile,the optical property,such as the attenuation cofficient(A4)was systematically extracted and analyzed.In addition,characteristic text ures,including energy,entropy and correlation were revealed from OCT images.Results suggest that OCT is a useful tool for monitoring the process of UVB-induced skin cancer and changes of optical property during this process.

文摘Objective:To establish a simple and efficient culture method of primary rabbit brain microvascular endothelial cells,provide important carriers and tool cells for the research of related cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:The cerebral cortexes of rabbits were collected aseptic and inoculated after cutting,passing through cell sieve,bovine serum albumin density gradient centrifugation,typeⅡcollagenase digestion,finally inoculated and cultured.The cultured cells were identified by cell morphological observation and angiogenesis experiment.Results:Under the inverted microscope,the cells were short fusiform or polygonal,and grew in clusters and adhere to the wall.After the cells were densely fused,they would be in a typical monolayer flat,“pebbled"mosaic arrangement.Tube formation test had the ability to form tubes structure.Conclusion:This method can successfully separate and cultivate primary rabbit brain microvascular endothelial cells.
