Since the Cenozoic,especially the Quaternary,tectonic movement has been strengthening in northwestern Yunnan,China.The tectonic elevation rate of mountains changed from 0.3~ 1.7 mm/a(before the Holocene)to 2~ 7.1 mm/a(after the Holocene).The subsiding velocity of the Holocene basins increases by 1~ 2 orders of magnitude relative to the Pleistocene.The displacement rate of the Quaternary fractures increases continuously.Modern crustal stress values become high.Tectonic deformation speeds up.Seismic activities strengthen.Geothermal flux anomaly is pronounced.The strengthening tectonic activities will result in changes of the topographic frame of northwestern Yunnan,worsen mountain geologic disaster,speed up the contraction of lakes and decrease the regional stability.Therefore,human beings will face the challenge of a more rigorous environment. 展开更多

It first introduces the historical background of dams built along the Colorado River-the most important river in the West, especially the construction of Hoover Dam and Glen Canyon Dam. Then, the criticism of dams on the Colorado is examined with the emphasis on the anti-dam movement resulting from the awareness of the negative ecological impacts on the Colorado. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of fetal movements on the MCA pulsatility index (PI) and quantify the fall of MCA PI after initiation of fetal movements and/or breathing, and the time taken to recover from a fall below the 5th percentile. Methods: 16 women with appropriate for gestational age (AGA) fetuses and 16 women with small for gestational age (SGA) fetuses were recruited. MCA PI during “no movement” state was compared with MCA PI values during fetal body movements and breathing movements. Results: MCA PI measurements with body or breathing movements were significantly (p 0.005) lower as compared to that observed without movements. MCA PI started rising immediately after cessation of body movements and/or breathing movements. Conclusions: MCA PI with fetal body or breathing movements is significantly lower as compared to that observed in the quiet state. If MCA PI measurement is below 5th centile, it should be measured again up to 90 seconds after cessation of fetal body and/or breathing movements in order to minimize false positive diagnosis of cerebral sparing effect in SGA as well as AGA fetuses. 展开更多

覆岩隔离注浆充填技术实践与研究展望

煤层开采后覆岩关键层失去下部支撑,在地层压力作用下断裂沉降是导致一系列采动损害与环境问题的根源,通过充填阻止关键层破断是减少环境损害的源头绿色开采技术。目前我国煤矿充填开采技术得到长足发展,但井下充填采煤存在效率相对较... 煤层开采后覆岩关键层失去下部支撑,在地层压力作用下断裂沉降是导致一系列采动损害与环境问题的根源,通过充填阻止关键层破断是减少环境损害的源头绿色开采技术。目前我国煤矿充填开采技术得到长足发展,但井下充填采煤存在效率相对较低、成本较高等问题,限制了其推广应用。而创新研发的覆岩隔离注浆充填技术,建立了地面钻孔“一注式减损”高效绿色开采新模式,突破了井下充填效率低的技术瓶颈。覆岩隔离注浆充填是基于采动覆岩卸荷膨胀累积效应对离层产生抑制作用,通过地面钻孔向关键层下进行高压注浆的充填,产生“压下托上”作用,将关键层下方碎胀岩体压实形成支撑体,在采空区形成压实承载结构,阻止关键层断裂。该技术解决了离层注浆充填量少、减沉率低的技术难题,可用于综采、综放工作面,以及单一煤层与多煤层开采;目前该技术已在全国推广应用,解决了东部矿区建筑物压煤开采难题,并在矸石减排、“减震防冲”“减漏保水”等方面开展了工程试验与实践。介绍了“双碳”背景下,针对煤矿充填材料不足问题,进一步研发“煤基固废+CO 2”覆岩隔离注浆充填绿色开采新技术构想,该技术可取得减沉、减漏、减震、减排、减碳等“一注五减”效果,实现煤炭资源的绿色开采与低碳利用。 展开更多

目的探讨虚拟现实技术及强制性运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月于陕西省榆林市第一医院就诊的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常... 目的探讨虚拟现实技术及强制性运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月于陕西省榆林市第一医院就诊的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上加用虚拟现实技术及强制性运动疗法。观察并比较两组患者干预前后关节活动情况(评价指标为肩关节前屈、肩关节内收、肩关节外展与肘关节屈曲活动度)、上肢运动功能[采用简化的上肢运动功能量表(FMA-UE)进行评估]、平衡功能[应用平衡功能评价量表(FMA-B)进行评估]、日常生活活动能力[采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分进行评估]及生活质量(包括生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、精神健康5个维度)。结果干预后,两组肩关节前屈、肩关节内收、肩关节外展、肘关节屈曲活动度以及FMA-UE、FMA-B、MBI评分和生活质量5个维度评分均较干预前升高(P<0.05);干预后观察组肩关节前屈、肩关节内收、肩关节外展、肘关节屈曲活动度以及FMA-UE、FMA-B、MBI评分和生活质量5个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术及强制性运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复效果明显,可提高关节活动度、上肢运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活活动能力和生活质量。 展开更多

河流作用下堵江滑坡运动特征差异性研究

【目的】水因素在滑坡灾前变形、运动解体、堆积过程中均发挥重要作用。从水力学角度,讨论河流流水对滑坡堆积、堵塞河道、形成堰塞坝的影响有重要减灾意义。【方法】基于2018年金沙江白格滑坡基础信息,聚焦有、无河流作用下滑坡运动演... 【目的】水因素在滑坡灾前变形、运动解体、堆积过程中均发挥重要作用。从水力学角度,讨论河流流水对滑坡堆积、堵塞河道、形成堰塞坝的影响有重要减灾意义。【方法】基于2018年金沙江白格滑坡基础信息,聚焦有、无河流作用下滑坡运动演化过程中滑速、能量、形态特征差异,分别考虑白格滑坡处于无河流流水、有河流流水作用两种情况,开展了其运动过程的DEM模拟、CFD-DEM耦合模拟。【结果】根据计算捕获的速度、能量、形态等滑坡运动特征,量化揭示了河流流水对堵江滑坡的具体影响。【结论】研究发现:(1)河流流水影响下,滑坡体平均速度偏小,因河流影响的滑体部分较少,河流流速变化对滑坡体运动的影响较小且无明显规律;(2)动能和应变能在滑坡高速运动阶段受河流影响更明显,重力势能及能量损失在滑坡堆积阶段受河流影响更为明显,较无河流作用对白格滑坡应变能的影响最大,为1.80%。(3)河流对滑坡体形态特征的影响主要体现为最终纵向堆积长度的变化,滑坡计算启动后70 s,不受河流流水影响时,滑体纵向长度稳定在1.7 km,考虑河流流水影响下稳定在1.5 km,考虑河流影响下的模拟结果与实际情况较为吻合。 展开更多

The living circumstances of human beings are closely related to the geological environment. As exemplified by the Zhangjiakou-West Beijing region, this paper describes the intensive mantle-crust uplift, which led to anomalous element background values for regional rocks (ores) and soils. As a result, some agricultural crops, and forests and fruits are of “super-quality and high yield” or of “poor quality and low yield”. The anomalous elements can find their way into grains, fruits, vegetables and drinking water and then will be taken by human beings, constituting a food chain, which would directly impact human health and lead to the spread of some endemic diseases. Studies have shown that the geomorphological features in the Zhangjiakou-West Beijing region are the outcome of geotectonic evolution since the Mesozoic. Mantle-crust movement is the key factor leading to the evolution and change of the regionally geological environment. 展开更多

Based on the performance of submarine cables in past earthquakes, an analytical method to determine cable performance under seabed fault movement is proposed in this paper. First, common types of earthquake damage to submarine cables are summarized, which include seabed displacement induced by fault movement, submarine landslides and seabed soil liquefaction, etc. The damage is similar to damage observed to buried pipelines following land earthquakes. The Hengchun earthquake of Dec. 26, 2006 is used as a case study. The M7.2 earthquake occurred in the South China Sea at 20:26 Beijing Time, and caused 14 international submarine cables to sever and break. The results show that the proposed method predicts damage similar to that observed in the Hengchun earthquake. Based on parametric studies of the influence of the water depth and the magnitude of the submarine earthquake, countermeasures to prevent damage to submarine cables are proposed. 展开更多

Analyzing the status quo of land use of rural residential area, this paper points out that two main problems, namely, the low degree of land use, and the waste of land resources that are prevalent in the rural residential area. The mechanical influence of the moving charged body on a motionless one is defined in the experimental laws of electrodynamics. These laws determine the changes of parameters of the light source that moves relatively the receiver. The laws of change of light frequency and its direction of the moving source are derived from the laws of electromagnetism. At small velocity of source movement they coincide with classical results: the Doppler effect and phenomenon of aberration. The interaction of the source and receiver depends only on their velocity of movement relatively each other. There is no world medium, the relative movement to which would influence the characteristics of light source. 展开更多

The couple effect of soil displacement and axial load on the single inclined pile in cases of surcharge load and uniform soil movement is discussed in detail with the methods of full-scale field tests and finite element method. Parametric analyses including the degree of inclination and the distance between soil and pile are carried out herein. When the displacement of soil on the left side and right side of a pile is identical, deformation of a vertical pile and an inclined pile is highly close in both cases of surcharge load and uniform soil movement. When the couple effect of soil displacement and axial load occurs, settlement of an inclined pile is greater than that of a vertical pile under the same axial load, and bearing capacity of an inclined pile is smaller than that of a vertical pile. This is quite different from the case when the inclined pile is not affected by soil displacement. For inclined piles, P-Δ effect of axial load would lead to a large increase in bending moment, however, for the vertical pile, P-Δ effect of axial load can be neglected. Although the direction of inclination of piles is reverse, deformation of piles caused by uniform soil movement is totally the same. For the inclined piles discussed herein, bending moment(-8 m to-17 m under the ground) relies heavily on uniform soil movement and does not change during the process of applying axial load. When the thickness of soil is less than the pile length, the greater the thickness of soil, the larger the bending moment at lower part of the inclined pile. 目的探索胎动感知在晚孕期监护胎儿宫内状况中的应用效果,为孕妇常规管理和高危筛查提供参考依据。方法前瞻性选取2021年1月至2023年1月在南方医科大学南方医院规律产检、并拟在本院住院分娩的宫内单活胎初产孕妇3000例,分为胎动计数组... 目的探索胎动感知在晚孕期监护胎儿宫内状况中的应用效果,为孕妇常规管理和高危筛查提供参考依据。方法前瞻性选取2021年1月至2023年1月在南方医科大学南方医院规律产检、并拟在本院住院分娩的宫内单活胎初产孕妇3000例,分为胎动计数组与胎动感知组,每组各1500例。胎动计数组以胎动计数作为胎动监测方法,胎动感知组以胎动感知作为胎动监测方法,监护晚孕期胎儿宫内状况。采用频数、标准差、中位数、四分位数描述性分析两组孕妇一般资料、监测胎动的依从性、胎动异常时间,两种胎动监测方法的监测效果、胎儿宫内状况改善效果。结果胎动感知组孕妇治疗依从性量表(Frankl)评分结果高于胎动计数组,胎动异常时间短于胎动计数组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胎儿宫内状况危重时,胎动感知监测效果(100.00%)/胎儿宫内状况改善效果(10.99%)优于胎动计数(62.59%)/(-59.78%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎动感知晚孕期监护胎儿宫内状况能提高孕妇胎动监测的依从性、缩短胎动异常时间,改善胎儿宫内状况及新生儿结局,值得在临床推广应用。 展开更多
