Using Linux server as a gateway between the local area network and the Internet may lead to slow pace in network transmission and even data loss. In this study,the above problem and its solution were discussed.

Therecombinant N protein migrated at 42 kDa and reacted with His6 tag specific monoclonal antibody by immunoblotting.Recombinant N protein ELISA (rnELISA) demonstrated 97.5% specificity among 80 TGEV-free individuals, and 97.3%sensitivity ranging among 110 clinical samples with TGEV. Taken together, these results indicated that nucleocapsid maybe a useful antigen for the sera-diagnosis of TGEV and it was also suggested that the ELISA is a highly sensitive andspecific test for detecting antibodies against TGEV.展开更多
Faithful DNA replication is one of the most essential processes in almost all living organisms.However,the proteins responsible for organellar DNA replication are still largely unknown in plants.Here,we show that the ...Faithful DNA replication is one of the most essential processes in almost all living organisms.However,the proteins responsible for organellar DNA replication are still largely unknown in plants.Here,we show that the two mitochondriontargeted single-stranded DNA-binding(SSB)proteins SSB1 and SSB2 directly interact with each other and act as key factors for mitochondrial DNA(mt DNA)maintenance,as their single or double loss-of-function mutants exhibit severe germination delay and growth retardation.The mt DNA levels in mutants lacking SSB1 and/or SSB2 function were two-to four-fold higher than in the wild-type(WT),revealing a negative role for SSB1/2 in regulating mt DNA replication.Genetic analysis indicated that SSB1 functions upstream of mitochondrial DNA POLYMERASE IA(POLIA)or POLIB in mt DNA replication,as mutation in either gene restored the high mt DNA copy number of the ssb1-1 mutant back to WT levels.In addition,SSB1 and SSB2 also participate in mitochondrial genome maintenance by influencing mt DNA homologous recombination(HR).Additional genetic analysis suggested that SSB1 functions upstream of ORGANELLAR SINGLE-STRANDED DNABINDING PROTEIN1(OSB1)during mt DNA replication,while SSB1 may act downstream of OSB1and MUTS HOMOLOG1 for mt DNA HR.Overall,our results yield new insights into the roles of the plant mitochondrion-targeted SSB proteins and OSB1 in maintaining mt DNA stability via affecting DNA replication and DNA HR.展开更多
Recombinant DNA Yeast-Derived Hepatitis B Vaccine (RYHB vaccine) is comparable to and can replace Plasma-Derived Hepatitis B Vaccine (PHB vaccine) for the prevention of mother-nfant transmission of hepatitis B virus (...Recombinant DNA Yeast-Derived Hepatitis B Vaccine (RYHB vaccine) is comparable to and can replace Plasma-Derived Hepatitis B Vaccine (PHB vaccine) for the prevention of mother-nfant transmission of hepatitis B virus (HBV), but the duration of immune efficacy of RYHB vaccine is not clear. This study indicates the long-term efficacy for the prevention of mother-infant transmission of HBV. One hundred and six neonates born to HBsAg-arrier mothers with HBeAg positive were randomly divided into two groups, one receiving 20 μg per dose of RYHB vaccine and the another receiving 20 μg per dose of PHB vaccine on the day of birth, at 1 month and at 6 months (three times). Physical examination and blood tests were performed for all infants at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months of age. The results showed that the protective efficacies at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months were 67%, 75%, 63%, 62%, 57% and 56%, respectively for the RYHB vaccine group and 58%, 76%, 51%, 41%, 24% and 18%, respectively for the PHB vaccine group. The protective efficacy was notably significant in the last two years. The study indicates that the duration of protective efficacy is over 5 years with RYHB vaccine, being longer than that of PHB vaccine. These recipients of RYHB vaccine showed no side effects, and the vaccine is regarded as safe and effective.展开更多
