In order to quickly and accurately locate the fault location of the distribution network and increase the stability of the distribution network,a fault recovery method based on multi-objective optimization algorithm i...In order to quickly and accurately locate the fault location of the distribution network and increase the stability of the distribution network,a fault recovery method based on multi-objective optimization algorithm is proposed.The optimization of the power distribution network fault system based on multiagent technology realizes fast recovery of multi-objective fault,solve the problem of network learning and parameter adjustment in the later stage of particle swarm optimization algorithm falling into the local extreme value dilemma,and realize the multi-dimensional nonlinear optimization of the main grid and the auxiliary grid.The system proposed in this study takes power distribution network as the goal,applies fuzzy probability algorithm,simplifies the calculation process,avoids local extreme value,and finally realizes the energy balance between each power grid.Simulation results show that the Multi-Agent Technology enjoys priority in restoring important load,shortening the recovery time of power grid balance,and reducing the overall line loss rate of power grid.Therefore,the power grid fault self-healing system can improve the safety and stability of the important power grid,and reduce the economic loss rate of the whole power grid.展开更多

In genomic medicine gene expression analysis is guided to find strategies for preventio...The genetic microarrays give to researchers a huge amount of data of many diseases represented by intensities of gene expression. In genomic medicine gene expression analysis is guided to find strategies for prevention and treatment of diseases with high rate of mortality like the different cancers. So, genomic medicine requires the use of complex information technology. The purpose of our paper is to present a multi-agent system developed in order to improve gene expression analysis with the automation of tasks about identification of genes involved in a cancer, and classification of tumors according to molecular biology. Agents that integrate the system, carry out reading files of intensity data of genes from microarrays, pre-processing of this information, and with machine learning methods make groups of genes involved in the process of a disease as well as the classification of samples that could propose new subtypes of tumors difficult to identify based on their morphology. Our results we prove that the multi-agent system requires a minimal intervention of user, and the agents generate knowledge that reduce the time and complexity of the work of prevention and diagnosis, and thus allow a more effective treatment of tumors.展开更多

[Method] By L4 (23)orthogonal design, the effects of combined application of two biocontrol agents against pepper blight and organic fertilizer on control effects against pepper blight and the yield of hot pepper were studied in greenhouse hot pepper base in Ledu County of Qinghai Province. [ Result] The effects of various factors affecting the relative control effect against pepper blight in sequence were biecontrol agent A5 〉 biecontrol agent B2 〉 organic fertilizer, and the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 1 800 kg/hm^2, agent B2 30 kg/hm^2 and agent A5 45 kg/hm^2. The effects on hot pepper yield in sequence were organic fertilizer 〉 biocontrol agent B2 〉 biocontrol agent AS, and the optimal combination was organic fertilizer 900 kg/hm^2 , agent 132 15 kg/hm^2, agent A5 22.5 kg/hm2. [ Conclusion] Combined with control effect of pepper blight and yield benefit, the application technique of biocontrol agents pro- moted in local hot pepper production could be confirmed as follows : agent A5 45 kg/hm^2, agent B2 15 kg/hm^2, organic fertilizer 900 kg/hm^2 ; the field control effect at this moment could reach 76.31%, the yield could reach 35 573 kg/hm^2 , and the newly increased output value could be 13 029 yuan/hm^2 with input and output ratio of 1: 7.9.展开更多

With the application of HIGEE process intensification technology, petroleum sulfonate surfactant used for enhanced oil recovery was synthesized from petroleum fraction of Shengli crude oil with three sulfonating agent...With the application of HIGEE process intensification technology, petroleum sulfonate surfactant used for enhanced oil recovery was synthesized from petroleum fraction of Shengli crude oil with three sulfonating agents, including diluted liquid sulfur trioxide, diluted gaseous sulfur trioxide and fuming sulfuric acid. For each sulfonating agent, different operation modes (liquid-liquid or gas-liquid reaction with semi-continuous or continuous operation) were applied. The effects of various experimental conditions, such as solvent/oil mass ratio, sulfonating agent/oil mass ratio, gas/liquid ratio, gas concentration, reaction temperature, rotating speed, circulation ratio, reaction time and aging time, on the content of active matter and unsulfonated oil were investigated. Under relatively optimal reaction conditions, the target product was prepared with high mass content of active matter (up to 45.3%) and extremely low oil/water interfacial tension (4.5×10 –3 mN·m –1 ). The product quality and process efficiency are higher compared with traditional sulfonation technology.展开更多
Multi‐agent reinforcement learning relies on reward signals to guide the policy networks of individual agents.However,in high‐dimensional continuous spaces,the non‐stationary environment can provide outdated experi...Multi‐agent reinforcement learning relies on reward signals to guide the policy networks of individual agents.However,in high‐dimensional continuous spaces,the non‐stationary environment can provide outdated experiences that hinder convergence,resulting in ineffective training performance for multi‐agent systems.To tackle this issue,a novel reinforcement learning scheme,Mutual Information Oriented Deep Skill Chaining(MioDSC),is proposed that generates an optimised cooperative policy by incorporating intrinsic rewards based on mutual information to improve exploration efficiency.These rewards encourage agents to diversify their learning process by engaging in actions that increase the mutual information between their actions and the environment state.In addition,MioDSC can generate cooperative policies using the options framework,allowing agents to learn and reuse complex action sequences and accelerating the convergence speed of multi‐agent learning.MioDSC was evaluated in the multi‐agent particle environment and the StarCraft multi‐agent challenge at varying difficulty levels.The experimental results demonstrate that MioDSC outperforms state‐of‐the‐art methods and is robust across various multi‐agent system tasks with high stability.展开更多

In this paper,we report the study of the process of fabricating a multi-layermetal micro-structure using UV-LIGA overlay technology,includingmask fabrication,substrate treatment,and UV-LIGA overlay processes.To solve ...In this paper,we report the study of the process of fabricating a multi-layermetal micro-structure using UV-LIGA overlay technology,includingmask fabrication,substrate treatment,and UV-LIGA overlay processes.To solve the process problems in the masking procedure,the swelling problemof the first layer of SU-8 thick photoresist was studied experimentally.The 5μmline-width compensation and closed 20μmand 30μmisolation strips were designed and fabricated around the micro-structure pattern.The pore problemin the Ni micro-electroforming layer was analyzed and the electroforming parameters were improved.The pH value of the electroforming solution should be controlled between 3.8 and 4.4 and the current density should be below 3 A/dm^2.To solve the problems of high inner stress and incomplete development of the micro-cylinder hole array with a diameter of 30μm,the lithography process was optimized.The pre-baking temperature was increased via gradient heating and rose every 5℃ from 65℃ to 85℃ and then remained at 85℃ for 50 min–1 h.In addition,the full contact exposure was used.Finally,a multi-layer metal micro-structure with high precision and good quality of microelectroforming layer was fabricated using UV-LIGA overlay technology.展开更多
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is concerned with gathering process information from industrial control processes found in utilities such as power grids, water networks, transportation, manufacturing,...SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is concerned with gathering process information from industrial control processes found in utilities such as power grids, water networks, transportation, manufacturing, etc., to provide the human operators with the required real-time access to industrial processes to be monitored and controlled either locally (on-site)or remotely (i.e., through Internet). Conventional solutions such as custom SCADA packages, custom communication protocols, and centralized architectures are no longer appropriate for engineering this type of systems because of their highly distribution and their uncertain continuously changing working environments. Multi-agent systems (MAS) appeared as a new architectural style for engineering complex and highly dynamic applications such as SCADA systems. In this paper, we propose an approach for simply developing flexible and interoperable SCADA systems based on the integration of MAS and OPC process protocol. The proposed SCADA system has the following advantages: 1) simple (easier to be implemented);2) flexible (able to adapt to its environment dynamic changes);and 3) interoperable (relative to the underlying control systems, which belongs to diverse of vendors). The applicability of the proposed approach is demonstrated by a real case study example carried out in a paper mill.展开更多

Indeed, it is impossible, or at least very hard, to 1) integrate renewable energy sources at a great scale within the actual electric grid, 2) enable communications between the various power suppliers and consumers, 3) design several different services that meet the needs of a wide range of end users. A key solution to these issues consists in using Smart Grids (SG). SG can efficiently control power flows by means of Information Technology (IT). Technically, a SG consists of a power system and a bidirectional communication system. Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) constitute a possible technology that can be applied to control and monitor the operation of power grids. Moreover, MAS exhibit distribution, adaptive and intelligent features. The goal of this paper is to propose a framework of qualification and evaluation for comparison SG approaches. First, a set of features of importance for smart grids definition is identified. Then, in a second step, some criteria are given to evaluate the impact of SG on the society. Finally, these features are applied to existing MAS approaches addressing SG in order to understand and compare their different contributions.展开更多

The alloying layer was detected by axio...TiN/Ti multi-permeating alloying layer has been formed on the low carbon steel by means of the double glow-discharge plasma surface alloying technique and hollow-cathode effect. The alloying layer was detected by axiovert 25 CA optical microscope with computer analyzing software (LEC), GDA-2 glow discharge spectroscopy (GDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and galvanochemical method. The results showed that the thickness of TiN/Ti multi-permeating alloying layer was about 10μm, the content of Ti on the surface was up to 63.48 wt% and the content of N was up to 12.46 wt%. The atom Ti and N concentrations changed gradually across the depth of the alloying layer and the preferred orientation of TiN/Ti alloying layer was crystal surface (200). The multi-permeating alloying layer and substrate were combined through metallurgy. The surface appearances of the multi-permeating alloying layer were uniform and of a compact cellular structure. The hardness of the surface was about 1600-3000 HV0.1. The corrosion resistance of the permeating TiN/Ti alloying layer in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution was greatly increased and the corrosion rate was only 0.3082 g/m^2. h.展开更多

文摘SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is concerned with gathering process information from industrial control processes found in utilities such as power grids, water networks, transportation, manufacturing, etc., to provide the human operators with the required real-time access to industrial processes to be monitored and controlled either locally (on-site)or remotely (i.e., through Internet). Conventional solutions such as custom SCADA packages, custom communication protocols, and centralized architectures are no longer appropriate for engineering this type of systems because of their highly distribution and their uncertain continuously changing working environments. Multi-agent systems (MAS) appeared as a new architectural style for engineering complex and highly dynamic applications such as SCADA systems. In this paper, we propose an approach for simply developing flexible and interoperable SCADA systems based on the integration of MAS and OPC process protocol. The proposed SCADA system has the following advantages: 1) simple (easier to be implemented);2) flexible (able to adapt to its environment dynamic changes);and 3) interoperable (relative to the underlying control systems, which belongs to diverse of vendors). The applicability of the proposed approach is demonstrated by a real case study example carried out in a paper mill.
文摘Gravitational wave detection has ushered in a new era of observing the universe, providing humanity with a novel window for cosmic cognition. This theoretical study systematically traces the developmental trajectory of gravitational wave detection technology and delves into its profound impact on cosmological research. From Einstein’s prediction in general relativity to LIGO’s groundbreaking discovery, the article meticulously delineates the key theoretical and technological milestones in gravitational wave detection, with particular emphasis on elucidating the principles and evolution of core detection technologies such as laser interferometers. The research thoroughly explores the theoretical application value of gravitational waves in verifying general relativity, studying the physics of compact celestial bodies like black holes and neutron stars, and precisely measuring cosmological parameters. The article postulates that gravitational wave observations may offer new research perspectives for addressing cosmological conundrums such as dark matter, dark energy, and early universe evolution. The study also discusses the scientific prospects of combining gravitational wave observations with electromagnetic waves, neutrinos, and other multi-messenger observations, analyzing the potential value of this multi-messenger astronomy in deepening cosmic cognition. Looking ahead, the article examines cutting-edge concepts such as space-based gravitational wave detectors and predicts potential developmental directions for gravitational wave astronomy. This research not only elucidates the theoretical foundations of gravitational wave detection technology but also provides a comprehensive theoretical framework for understanding the far-reaching impact of gravitational waves on modern cosmology.
文摘New needs and emerging societal constraints have put the emphasis on the inadequacy of the actual electrical grid. Indeed, it is impossible, or at least very hard, to 1) integrate renewable energy sources at a great scale within the actual electric grid, 2) enable communications between the various power suppliers and consumers, 3) design several different services that meet the needs of a wide range of end users. A key solution to these issues consists in using Smart Grids (SG). SG can efficiently control power flows by means of Information Technology (IT). Technically, a SG consists of a power system and a bidirectional communication system. Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) constitute a possible technology that can be applied to control and monitor the operation of power grids. Moreover, MAS exhibit distribution, adaptive and intelligent features. The goal of this paper is to propose a framework of qualification and evaluation for comparison SG approaches. First, a set of features of importance for smart grids definition is identified. Then, in a second step, some criteria are given to evaluate the impact of SG on the society. Finally, these features are applied to existing MAS approaches addressing SG in order to understand and compare their different contributions.

文摘TiN/Ti multi-permeating alloying layer has been formed on the low carbon steel by means of the double glow-discharge plasma surface alloying technique and hollow-cathode effect. The alloying layer was detected by axiovert 25 CA optical microscope with computer analyzing software (LEC), GDA-2 glow discharge spectroscopy (GDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and galvanochemical method. The results showed that the thickness of TiN/Ti multi-permeating alloying layer was about 10μm, the content of Ti on the surface was up to 63.48 wt% and the content of N was up to 12.46 wt%. The atom Ti and N concentrations changed gradually across the depth of the alloying layer and the preferred orientation of TiN/Ti alloying layer was crystal surface (200). The multi-permeating alloying layer and substrate were combined through metallurgy. The surface appearances of the multi-permeating alloying layer were uniform and of a compact cellular structure. The hardness of the surface was about 1600-3000 HV0.1. The corrosion resistance of the permeating TiN/Ti alloying layer in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution was greatly increased and the corrosion rate was only 0.3082 g/m^2. h.
