Analysis of Information Sharing Mechanism in the Food Industry Green Supply Chain Management and Operation Process

In order to effectively address the issues of environmental pollution and food safety in food industry,the green supply chain management should be used in the food industry.However,information sharing is the basis of supply chain management.For this purpose,on the basis of describing the connotation of food industry green supply chain management,the paper introduces the contents and the effects of information sharing mode in detail.It focuses on the barriers of the implementation of information-sharing mechanisms in the food industry green supply chain management and operation process and analyzes the necessity of using information sharing mechanism among the members of the food industry green supply chain management mode by game theory,so as to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises through supply chain management.

Pricing decision of green supply chain under the game competition of duopolistic retailers

In order to evaluate the impact of green production introduced by the manufacturer and study the competitive strategy between two retailers,four strategic models among diverse retailers,i.e.,Cournot,Stackelberg and two cases of collusion,are constructed.The optimal decision is obtained by the game theory and numerical analysis.The results indicate that the manufacturer's marginal profitability is no less than that of the two retailers.However,due to the manufacturer's green cost,the downstream profitability of the supply chain may exceed the upstream manufacturer's profitability.The retailers'Cournot behavior causes the manufacturer to acquire the highest profitability and set the highest green level.However,there is an opposite result in collusion.Two retailers will choose Cournot pricing when the consumer's green sensitivity is higher than a threshold.When consumers are more sensitive to the price difference of products,retailers prefer collusion,and then choose the Stackelberg behavior.Manufacturers'profitability will increase as competition among retailers intensifies.Proper competition allows two duopolistic retailers to acquire a higher profitability.

Researches on Risk Evaluation of Green Agro-product Closed Supply Chain

Closed supply chain is a superior form of management model of chain supply and an effective means of improving the modernization of agro-product circulation. Based on the research results of the current literatures on supply chain risk and agro-product supply chain, related subjects of the agro-product closed supply chain involving production, management and consumption are studied and analyzed and the primary risking factors in the supply chain system are classified as environmental risk, system risk, information risk, management risk and quality risk. Risk of agro-product closed supply chain is evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the values are acquired. The result shows that risk of agro-product closed supply chain is moderate with relatively high risk, which basically accords with the present actual situations. It can be seen from the index weights of various levels that the key first-level indices influencing the risks are system risk, information risk, quality and safety risk and the key second-level are the coordinating and controlling ability of core enterprises, the implementation of information traceability and the construction of quality safety system. Therefore, risk of agro-product closed supply chain should be reduced by taking prevention and controlling measures mainly from these aspects.

Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Key Driving Force concerning the Efficiency of Green Supply Chain of Fruits and Vegetables

Like the general green supply chain,the green supply chain of fruits and vegetables also requires low negative effects of the environment and high resource utilization rate,as well as the healthiness and freshness of fruits and vegetables.Currently,the level of development of the green supply chain of fruits and vegetables is low in China,and the freshness of fruits and vegetables can not be well maintained,so there is an urgent need to improve the operational efficiency of the green supply chain of fruits and vegetables.The operational efficiency of the green supply chain of fruits and vegetables is affected by many factors,and the most important factor is the incomplete consistency between the individual interests of supply chain members and the overall interests of supply chain.Therefore,the key driving force to improve the efficiency of green supply chain of fruits and vegetables is to build the scientific and rational collaborative decision-making mechanism of supply chain,in order to solve the problems concerning the green supply chain of fruits and vegetables,such as risk sharing,cost control and revenue allocation,thereby achieving the coordinated development of the green supply chain of fruits and vegetables.

Green Investment Cost Optimization Model in the Supply Chain

The objective of this study is to develop a model that determines the optimal points for investment in green management by defining a mathematical relationship between carbon trading profits and investments in green management using a company’s supply chain information. To formulate this model, we first define and analyze a green supply chain in a multi-dimensional and quantitative manner. The green investment alternatives considering in our model are as follows: 1) purchasing eco-friendly raw materials that cost more than conventional raw materials but whose use in production results in lower CO2 emissions;2) replacing current facilities with new eco-friendly facilities that have the capability to reduce CO2 emissions;and 3) changing modes of transport from less eco-friendly to more eco-friendly modes. We propose a green investment cost optimization (GICO) model that enables us to determine the optimal investment points. The proposed GICO model can support decision-making processes in green supply chain management environments.

Strategic Green Supply Chain Based on Circular Economy——A New View for Sustainable Manufacturing in China

Due to recent changing environmental requirements affecting manufacturing operations,increasing attention is given to developing environmental management strategies for the supply chain. This paper discusses the strategies of green supply chain based on the concept of circular economy which was promoted in China as a new development strategy to alleviate the shortage of resource supply by improving the resource productivity and eco-efficiency of production and consumption,which will accelerate the economic transformation from the traditional supply chain to the green supply chain.

Research on Integrated Green Supply Chain Management

On the basis of the analyzing product life cycle and value chain management in green supply chain,integrated green supply chain is put forward and constructed which involve lean production,agile manufacturing and green supply chain. This integrated structure provides an effective method for resolving some questions such as cost,market,environment,etc. in enterprise. A case study is presented at the end of paper to demonstrate how integrated supply chain implemented successfully in enterprise.

Government-led Green Supply Chain Management

Enterprises must be concerned about the environment when seeking economic benefit. However,because of the defect of the market economy,enterprises are difficult to carry out green supply chain management spontaneously. In order to solve the above problem,the feasibility of the government as an external driving force to lead the implementation of green supply chain management was studied,and then a mixed guidance model of enterprise green supply chain management was established. In addition,the mechanisms of the government encouraging enterprises to implement green supply chain management were discussed,including negative punitive measures( fines and taxes) and positive incentive measures( subsidies and tax reduction) and the supplementary function of environmental credit system policy to realize government-led green supply chain management,which provides certain guiding for achieving the sustainable development of enterprises and society.

A Conceptual Model of Determinants of Trust between Partners in the Green Supply Chain

Managing supply chain partnerships for competitive advantage is receiving considerable recognition among both academic researchers and industry executives. Trust is an essential factor for a company to collaborate with its partner through supply chain （SC）. In this paper we analyze the factors of trust relationship in green supply chain （GSC）. A conceptual model of determinants of trust in GSC is presented. Finally, research propositions are discussed.

The Fuzzy Evaluation of Environmental Performance in Green Supply Chain

Green supply chain is one of the trends of industry development. And performance measurement is the key to implementing the supply chain. So it is necessary to evaluate the environmental performance of supply chain .According to the connotation of green supply chain and the standards of environmental management, this paper designs green performance measurement systems which is composed of four main factors such as waste emissions and exposure hazard, resource utilization, product recovery, and environmental reputation. And the authors delve deeply these factors so that it forms a two-level measurement system. Then the effect on the traditional performance measurement of supply chain is studied after taking greening to the supply chain leveL At last the authors apply the method of multi-level fuzzy judgment to the environmental performance measurement system. An example is given to show the judgment process.

Green supply chain management development and performance evaluation

China＇ s rapid economic development in recent years, more and more prompted serious environmental problems, especially some high pollution enterprises, has been a serious threat to the survival of mankind. At the same time, both at home and abroad pay more and more attention to environmental problems caused in harm enterprises enhance their efficiency at the same time, the international and domestic have formulated a series of laws and regulations, the adverse effects of economic activity on the environment caused by the restriction of the enterprise. I studied the development and performance evaluation of green supply chain management, supply from the supply chain management strategy of a successful transition to the green supply chain management decision support for enterprises.

The Mechanism Research of Green Supply Chain Synergy Profit Distribution Based on the Shapley Value Method

Under green supply chain mode, how to Carry out the distribution of profits between subjects is an important problem. Through the comparison of the green supply chain benefit allocation of non-cooperative game and cooperative game the payoffmatrix, it is clearly that the necessity of interest distribution cooperative game. Put general manufacturing enterprises of green supply chain as the research object, using Shapley value method for theory analysis and example verification, vertifys that enterprise synergy gains more than their own separate management, and puts forward a feasible path of supply chain collaboration through the construction of the distribution of interests coordination model.

Greening the Supply Chain: Drivers and Outcomes in the Korean Manufacturing Industry

This research investigates the determinants of green supply chain management(GSCM)adoption and its impact on organizational performance,while considering the potential moderating factors influencing GSCM adoption.Despite the growing prevalence of GSCM practices among Korean firms,the factors driving their adoption have not received sufficient attention.To bridge this gap,the study uses structural equation modeling,integrating stakeholder theory and resource-based theory to explore how green entrepreneurial orientation(GEO),institutional pressure,and relational capital affect GSCM adoption.Additionally,the study explores the effects of GSCM implementation on competi­tiveness and economic performance.Drawing data from a sample of 213 Korean manufacturing firms,the PLS-SEM analysis highlights the significant influence of GEO,institutional pressure,and relational capital on GSCM adoption.Additionally,the study emphasizes the positive impact of GSCM implementation on firm competitiveness.These find­ings provide valuable insights for enhancing sustainability in supply chain management and are applicable to similar context countries such as Taiwan,China,Japan,and the Netherlands.

Proposal of a Conceptual Model to Analyse the Influence of LARG Practices on Manufacturing Supply Chain Performance

The main objective of this paper is to propose a conceptual model about the influence of lean, agile, resilient, and green （LARG） practices on supply chain operational, economic and environmental performance. This model is based on the literature review about the four supply chain management paradigms and also performance measurement systems. This paper contributes to the literature by introducing a new model to improve the leanness, agility, resilience, and greenness of manufacturing supply chains. Among the suggested LARG practices, the ones influencing more the supply chain performance are the just in time and also the supplier relationships. Also the supply chain performance measures with more LARG practices influencing them are the inventory levels and the time, that is, the supply chain＇s operational performance is the most affected by the simultaneous paradigms deployment in the supply chain.

A Web Service Framework for Environmental and Carbon Footprint Monitoring in Construction Supply Chains

With the growing environmental concerns, green supply chain management （GSCM） is gaining significant attention in the construction industry. Tracking and monitoring the environmental effects brought forth by the participating members along a supply chain is important to GSCM. The GreenSCOR model developed by the Supply Chain Council provides a generic framework for measuring the total carbon footprint and environmental footprint in a supply chain. The model is based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference （SCOR） model, which represents a supply chain network in a hierarchically structured manner. This paper describes the GreenSCOR framework and its potential application to the construction industry. This paper also presents a web services approach to incorporate the GreenSCOR model to the implementation of collaborative information systems. Each process element in the SCOR model is represented and delivered as individual web service units, which can be reused and integrated using standard web services technologies. The service units are combined and managed in a prototype web service collaborative framework, called SC Collaborator, which is designed and developed for supporting construction supply chain management. An illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the implementation of the GreenSCOR-based SC Collaborator framework.

Construction and Implementation of CNOOC's Green Supply China

Firstly, the construction background and basic connotations of CNOOC's Green Supply Chain was presented in this paper. Then, a detailed introduction to CNOOC's good practices for building green oil and gas fields, green power plants, green refineries and green chemical plants was given with respect to the establishment of a green production construction and assessment system as well as green exploration, green manufacturing,green products, green sales, green recovery and other aspects. Finally, the effects of the Green Supply Chain established by CNOOC were summarized.

我国物流业二十年发展回顾与展望

二十年来我国现代物流发展取得丰硕成绩,主要体现在:社会物流需求大幅增长、社会物流成本稳步下降、物流企业发展壮大、现代物流治理取得积极成效、物流从业人员增加和物流标准化工作蓬勃发展。展望2025年及未来一段时期,我国现代物流有望呈现以下趋势:物流运行保持良好增长、提质增效降本走向深入、供应链升级加快提速、韧性安全水平持续提升、数智化转型提档升级、结构调整力度有所加大、产业集群枢纽联动发展、绿色低碳物流走向实践、从业人员权益得到保障、行业治理更加规范有序。文章还就物流新质生产力的发展提出了三点建议:以技术创新为先、以管理创新为要和以生态创新为本。

区块链技术下绿色供应链不同成本分担契约选择研究

区块链技术可以实现绿色产品的信息溯源,提高信息的透明度和增强消费者的信任度,对绿色供应链管理产生积极的影响。文章研究了区块链技术采纳下的绿色供应链中,零售商成本分担契约的选择问题,分别建立零售商不分担制造商的成本(NC)、零售商分担制造商的绿色研发成本(GC)、零售商分担制造商的区块链技术成本(BC)以及零售商同时分担制造商的绿色研发成本和区块链技术成本(TC)四种博弈模型。研究发现,当满足一定条件时,四种博弈模型的零售价格、批发价格、产品绿色度、区块链技术水平、制造商的收益以及零售商的收益均随着绿色产品偏好系数和区块链技术偏好系数的增加而增加,随着绿色产品研发成本和区块链技术成本的增加而减小。零售商进行成本分担提升了销售价格、批发价格、产品绿色度、区块链技术水平、制造商的收益以及零售商的收益。当绿色产品研发成本高于区块链技术成本时,BC与GC相比较,BC的销售价格、批发价格、产品绿色度、区块链技术水平、制造商的收益以及零售商的收益更高。当零售商的成本分担比例较小时,三种成本分担模式下,TC的销售价格、批发价格、产品绿色度、区块链技术水平、制造商的收益以及零售商的收益最高。

供应链集中度视角下ESG表现对企业经营风险的影响研究

本文以2012—2022年度中国A股上市公司数据为基础,对企业ESG表现对经营风险之间的作用及供应链集中度的中介效应分析进行探讨。研究显示,ESG表现与经营风险之间存在明显联系,这一结论也得到进一步的稳健性检验。影响ESG表现的关键因素是供应链集中度,ESG业绩有效降低运营风险的关键路径是降低供应商和客户集中度。企业要将ESG融入核心战略,政府应该出台相应的ESG标准和奖励办法,为企业的可持续发展保驾护航。本文对企业行为、优化政策和推动经济系统健康发展具有一定的参考意义。
