针对线性化之后的ARZ交通流模型,已有文献通常基于如下假设:一是系统的平衡态恰好等于自由流的速度,二是进入上游路段的交通量恰好等于交通需求的数学期望,三是边界反馈不考虑时滞因素的影响.该文抛开各类限制条件,结合时滞边界控制策略... 针对线性化之后的ARZ交通流模型,已有文献通常基于如下假设:一是系统的平衡态恰好等于自由流的速度,二是进入上游路段的交通量恰好等于交通需求的数学期望,三是边界反馈不考虑时滞因素的影响.该文抛开各类限制条件,结合时滞边界控制策略,建立了具有模型漂移项和边界扰动项的PDE-PDE无穷维耦合闭环系统.具体地,采用算子半群理论,将闭环系统改写为抽象发展方程的形式;结合线性系统解与控制算子的允许性理论,证明了闭环系统的适定性;构造加权ISS-Lyapunov函数,证明了闭环系统的输入-状态稳定性(ISS),得到了反馈参数的耗散性条件.通过数值仿真实验,进一步验证本文设计的时滞控制器的有效性与参数条件的可行性. 展开更多

The developments of multi-core systems(MCS)have considerably improved the existing technologies in thefield of computer architecture.The MCS comprises several processors that are heterogeneous for resource capacities,working environments,topologies,and so on.The existing multi-core technology unlocks additional research opportunities for energy minimization by the use of effective task scheduling.At the same time,the task scheduling process is yet to be explored in the multi-core systems.This paper presents a new hybrid genetic algorithm(GA)with a krill herd(KH)based energy-efficient scheduling techni-que for multi-core systems(GAKH-SMCS).The goal of the GAKH-SMCS tech-nique is to derive scheduling tasks in such a way to achieve faster completion time and minimum energy dissipation.The GAKH-SMCS model involves a multi-objectivefitness function using four parameters such as makespan,processor utilization,speedup,and energy consumption to schedule tasks proficiently.The performance of the GAKH-SMCS model has been validated against two datasets namely random dataset and benchmark dataset.The experimental outcome ensured the effectiveness of the GAKH-SMCS model interms of makespan,pro-cessor utilization,speedup,and energy consumption.The overall simulation results depicted that the presented GAKH-SMCS model achieves energy effi-ciency by optimal task scheduling process in MCS. 展开更多

Shared Cache Based on Content Addressable Memory in a Multi-Core Architecture

Modern shared-memory multi-core processors typically have shared Level 2(L2)or Level 3(L3)caches.Cache bottlenecks and replacement strategies are the main problems of such architectures,where multiple cores try to access the shared cache simultaneously.The main problem in improving memory performance is the shared cache architecture and cache replacement.This paper documents the implementation of a Dual-Port Content Addressable Memory(DPCAM)and a modified Near-Far Access Replacement Algorithm(NFRA),which was previously proposed as a shared L2 cache layer in a multi-core processor.Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation(SPEC)Central Processing Unit(CPU)2006 benchmark workloads are used to evaluate the benefit of the shared L2 cache layer.Results show improved performance of the multicore processor’s DPCAM and NFRA algorithms,corresponding to a higher number of concurrent accesses to shared memory.The new architecture significantly increases system throughput and records performance improvements of up to 8.7%on various types of SPEC 2006 benchmarks.The miss rate is also improved by about 13%,with some exceptions in the sphinx3 and bzip2 benchmarks.These results could open a new window for solving the long-standing problems with shared cache in multi-core processors. 展开更多

目的 研究分析创伤骨折患者应用基于简明损伤定级标准与创伤严重程度(AIS-ISS)评分为基础的分级护理的临床效果。方法 研究对象是在我院治疗的创伤骨折患者362例,选取时间为2023年1月至2023年12月,按照随机数表法将患者分成两组,即对照... 目的 研究分析创伤骨折患者应用基于简明损伤定级标准与创伤严重程度(AIS-ISS)评分为基础的分级护理的临床效果。方法 研究对象是在我院治疗的创伤骨折患者362例,选取时间为2023年1月至2023年12月,按照随机数表法将患者分成两组,即对照组181例、观察组181例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于AIS-ISS评分为基础的分级护理,对两组的救治情况、心理状态、并发症发生率、护理满意度进行观察比较。结果 在伤情评估时间、入院检查时间、有效救治时间、住院时间方面,观察组均比对照组短(P <0.05)。两组护理后心理状态各指标评分低于护理前,且观察组护理后低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率比对照组低(P <0.05)。观察组护理后满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 创伤骨折患者应用基于AIS-ISS评分为基础的分级护理的救治效果更好,可进一步改善心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。 展开更多

目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测结果与Durie-Salmon分期(DS)和国际分期系统(R-ISS)的关系。方法 选取惠州市中心人民医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的MM患者80例为研究对象,利用FISH技术检测患者CKS1B(1q21)、p53... 目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测结果与Durie-Salmon分期(DS)和国际分期系统(R-ISS)的关系。方法 选取惠州市中心人民医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的MM患者80例为研究对象,利用FISH技术检测患者CKS1B(1q21)、p53、RB1、IGH基因表达情况,分析FISH检测结果与DS分期和R-ISS分期的关系。单因素及Cox回归分析MM患者预后的独立危险因素。结果 DS分期和R-ISS分期越高,FISH检测结果阳性发生率越高,不同DS分期、R-ISS分期分别与FISH检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素显示,治疗方案、1q21扩增、p53缺失、RB1缺失、IGH重排与患者预后转归比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cox回归分析显示,1q21扩增、p53缺失、RB1缺失、IGH重排为MM患者预后结局的独立影响因素(P<0.05),其中,1q21扩增、p53缺失、RB1缺失、IGH重排阳性者1年生存率均低于阴性者。结论 FISH检测结果阳性发生率越高,DS分期和R-ISS分期则越高,且1q21扩增、p53缺失、RB1缺失、IGH重排为MM患者预后结局的独立影响因素。 展开更多

[目的]针对传统点云配准方法准确率低、速度慢等问题,以油菜Brassica napus L.分枝点云为研究对象,提出基于ISS-LCG组合特征点的配准方法。[方法]以成熟期油菜角果分枝点云为对象,去除背景噪声后,得到清晰完整的油菜分枝点云;然后通过内部形状描述子(Intrinsic shape signature,ISS)提取油菜分枝点云的特征点,再使用线性同余法(Linear congruential generator,LCG)伪随机选取油菜点云的部分点构成关键点,将特征点和关键点进行融合,构成ISS-LCG组合特征点;通过三维形状上下文特征(3D shape context,3DSC)对组合特征点进行特征描述,最后采用RANSAC+ICP两步点云配准法进行点云配准。[结果]基于ISS-LCG组合特征点的点云配准算法以30°为间隔对点云进行两两配准时,配准效果最佳,配准误差约0.066 mm,配准精度比未采用组合特征点的配准方法提升了50%~70%;配准时间均小于48 s,平均配准时间为8.706 s。[结论]该方法在可控环境内可以实现成熟期油菜植株高精度、高效率的自动配准。 展开更多

目的:探讨ISS分期与FISH对多发性骨髓瘤临床治疗的效果及预后意义。方法:采集湖北省荆州中心医院血液内科2018年7月至2022年7月诊治的200例多发性骨髓瘤患者,ISS I期41例,ISS II期73例,ISS III期86例。采取硼替佐米诱导治疗,利用FISH荧... 目的:探讨ISS分期与FISH对多发性骨髓瘤临床治疗的效果及预后意义。方法:采集湖北省荆州中心医院血液内科2018年7月至2022年7月诊治的200例多发性骨髓瘤患者,ISS I期41例,ISS II期73例,ISS III期86例。采取硼替佐米诱导治疗,利用FISH荧光原位杂交检测对其进行检验,统计分析不同ISS分期多发性骨髓瘤患者的FISH检测和临床疗效。结果:41例ISS I期患者中有18例患者检测为FISH阳性,14例患者检测为FISH多阳性,23例患者检测为FISH阴性。73例ISS II期患者中有51例患者检测为FISH阳性,42例患者检测为FISH多阳性,22例患者检测为FISH阴性。86例ISS III期患者中有86例患者检测为FISH阳性,70例患者检测为FISH多阳性。不同ISS分期多发性骨髓瘤患者的FISH阳性检出率及FISH多阳性检出率,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。41例ISS I期患者中有31例患者为完全缓解,6例患者为部分缓解,4例患者检测为病情稳定。73例ISS II期患者中有43例患者为完全缓解,18例患者为部分缓解,12例患者检测为病情稳定。86例ISS III期患者中有33例患者为完全缓解,33例患者为部分缓解,20例患者检测为病情稳定。不同ISS分期多发性骨髓瘤患者完全缓解、部分缓解以及病情稳定等临床疗效对比,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多发性骨髓瘤患者的ISS分期及FISH结果与患者临床完全缓解呈负相关关系,医护人员可通过ISS分期与FISH检测对其进行分组,进行临床疗效评估以及预后质量评估。 展开更多

目的综合探讨CRAMS评分与ISS评分在创伤患者病情及死亡风险预测中的临床应用价值。方法检索PubMed、CNKI、Wanfang Database、VIP等数据库中有关于CRAMS评分和(或)ISS评分用于创伤患者病情及死亡风险预测的相关文献,采用Stata14.0软件... 目的综合探讨CRAMS评分与ISS评分在创伤患者病情及死亡风险预测中的临床应用价值。方法检索PubMed、CNKI、Wanfang Database、VIP等数据库中有关于CRAMS评分和(或)ISS评分用于创伤患者病情及死亡风险预测的相关文献,采用Stata14.0软件对资料进行Meta分析,得到合并敏感度、特异度、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、诊断比值比及其95%CI,绘制综合受试者工作特征曲线(sROC),以综合探讨CRAMS评分和ISS评分对创伤患者病情及死亡风险预测的准确性。结果本研究共纳入9篇文献,Meta结果显示:CRAMS评分预测的灵敏度为0.89(95%CI 0.83~0.93),特异度为0.81(95%CI 0.72~0.88),阳性似然比为4.70(95%CI 3.2~6.9),阴性似然比为0.14(95%CI 0.09~0.20),诊断比值比为34.00(95%CI 22~52),sR0C曲线下面积为0.92。ISS评分预测的灵敏度为0.72(95%CI 0.56~0.84),特异度为0.86(95%CI 0.8~0.9),阳性似然比为5.00(95%CI 4.2~5.9),阴性似然比为0.32(95%CI 0.20~0.52),诊断比值比为16.00(95%CI 10~24),sR0C曲线下面积为0.88。结论CRAMS评分和ISS评分均可用于评估创伤患者的病情及死亡风险,但从时效性等方面考虑CRAMS评分操作简便、易于掌握,院前环境下可优先选用CRAMS评分来评估创伤患者的伤情。 展开更多

A novel kind of multi-core magnetic composite particles, the surfaces of which were respectively mo- dified with goat-anti-mouse IgG and antitransferrin receptor(anti-CD71), was prepared. The fetal nucleated red blood cells(FNRBCs) in the peripheral blood of a gravida were rapidly and effectively enriched and separated by the mo- dified multi-core magnetic composite particles in an external magnetic field. The obtained FNRBCs were used for the identification of the fetal sex by means of fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) technique. The results demonstrate that the multi-core magnetic composite particles meet the requirements for the enrichment and speration of FNRBCs with a low concentration and the accuracy of detetion for the diagnosis of fetal sex reached to 95%. Moreover, the obtained FNRBCs were applied to the non-invasive diagnosis of Down syndrome and chromosome 3p21 was de- tected. The above facts indicate that the novel multi-core magnetic composite particles-based method is simple, relia- ble and cost-effective and has opened up vast vistas for the potential application in clinic non-invasive prenatal diag- nosis. 展开更多

A variation-aware task mapping approach is proposed for a multi-core network-on-chips with redundant cores, which includes both the design-time mapping and run-time scheduling algorithms. Firstly, a design-time genetic task mapping algorithm is proposed during the design stage to generate multiple task mapping solutions which cover a maximum range of chips. Then, during the run, one optimal task mapping solution is selected. Additionally, logical cores are mapped to physically available cores. Both core asymmetry and topological changes are considered in the proposed approach. Experimental results show that the performance yield of the proposed approach is 96% on average, and the communication cost, power consumption and peak temperature are all optimized without loss of performance yield. 展开更多

Aiming at this problem,a parallelization approach was proposed with six memory optimization schemes for CG,four schemes of them aiming at all kinds of sparse matrix-vector multiplication (SPMV) operation. Conducted on IBM QS20,the parallelization approach can reach up to 21 and 133 times speedups with size A and B,respectively,compared with single power processor element. Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the peak bandwidth of memory access on Cell BE can be obtained in SPMV,simple computation is more efficient on heterogeneous processors and loop-unrolling can hide local storage access latency while executing scalar operation on SIMD cores. 展开更多

Therefore, we deploy a low index rod and rectangle trench in the middle of two neighboring cores to reduce κ so that the overlap of electric field distribution can be suppressed. We also propose approximate analytical solution(AAS) for κ of two crosstalk suppression models, which are two cores with one low index rod deployed in the middle and two cores with one low index rectangle trench deployed in the middle. We then do some modification for the results obtained by AAS and the modified results are proved to agree well with that obtained by finite element method(FEM). Therefore, we can use the modified AAS to get inter-core crosstalk for abovementioned two models quickly. 展开更多

目的探究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者原位荧光杂交技术(FISH)检测结果与Durie-Salmon分期(DS)和R-ISS分期的相关性。方法回顾性选取2020年1月至2022年2月河北北方学院附属第一医院90例MM患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行FISH检测,主要包括lq21... 目的探究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者原位荧光杂交技术(FISH)检测结果与Durie-Salmon分期(DS)和R-ISS分期的相关性。方法回顾性选取2020年1月至2022年2月河北北方学院附属第一医院90例MM患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行FISH检测,主要包括lq21扩增、l3q14缺失、IGH重排与P53缺失,并予以DS分期与R-ISS分期,记录患者的临床特征,分析FISH检测结果与DS分期和R-ISS分期的相关性。结果FISH检测结果显示,90例MM患者中lq21扩增阳性35例,l3q14缺失阳性27例,IGH重排阳性24例,P53缺失4例;lq21扩增阳性与阴性患者在DS分期、R-ISS分期方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);l3q14缺失阳性与阴性患者在DS分期、R-ISS分期方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IGH重排阳性与阴性患者在DS分期、R-ISS分期方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P53缺失阳性与阴性患者在DS分期、R-ISS分期方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过Spearson相关性分析,结果显示lq21扩增、l3q14缺失、IGH重排与DS分期和R-ISS分期均呈明显正相关(P<0.05);P53缺失与DS分期和R-ISS分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论MM患者多伴随FISH检测结果异常,表现为lq21扩增、l3q14缺失、IGH重排与P53缺失,其中lq21扩增、l3q14缺失、IGH重排与患者DS分期、R-ISS分期呈正相关,可将FISH检测与Durie-Salmon分期、R-ISS分期联合应用于MM预后评估。 展开更多

This paper focuses on how to optimize the cache performance of sparse matrix-matrix multiplication(SpGEMM).It classifies the cache misses into two categories;one is caused by the irregular distribution pattern of the multiplier-matrix,and the other is caused by the multiplicand.For each of them,the paper puts forward an optimization method respectively.The first hash based method removes cache misses of the 1 st category effectively,and improves the performance by a factor of 6 on an Intel 8-core CPU for the best cases.For cache misses of the 2nd category,it proposes a new cache replacement algorithm,which achieves a cache hit rate much higher than other historical knowledge based algorithms,and the algorithm is applicable on CELL and GPU.To further verify the effectiveness of our methods,we implement our algorithm on GPU,and the performance perfectly scales with the size of on-chip storage. 展开更多

多发性骨髓瘤中p53基因表达与R-ISS分期及预后的相关性分析

目的 研究多发性骨髓瘤患者p53基因表达情况与修订的国际分期系统(R-ISS)及预后的相关性。方法 回顾性纳入2018年10月至2021年12月阜阳市人民医院收治的86例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象。采用荧光原位杂交技术检测患者p53基因表达情况,... 目的 研究多发性骨髓瘤患者p53基因表达情况与修订的国际分期系统(R-ISS)及预后的相关性。方法 回顾性纳入2018年10月至2021年12月阜阳市人民医院收治的86例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象。采用荧光原位杂交技术检测患者p53基因表达情况,并收集所有患者临床一般资料,包括性别、年龄、体重指数、免疫球蛋白类型及R-ISS分期,分析多发性骨髓瘤患者p53基因表达情况及其与临床特征的关系。所有患者均接受标准化疗方案治疗,评估治疗疗效,并分析p53基因表达情况与临床疗效的关系。所有患者均接受1年随访,观察患者生存情况,比较p53基因阳性及缺失组与p53基因阴性组患者1年存活率。结果 86例多发性骨髓瘤患者中,p53基因阳性及缺失组患者7例,占8.14%,p53基因阴性组患者79例,占91.86%。p53基因阳性及缺失组和p53基因阴性组患者性别构成比、年龄、体重指数、免疫球蛋白类型比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);p53基因阳性及缺失组患者中R-ISS分期为Ⅲ期的患者占比为71.43%,显著高于p53基因阴性组(21.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经标准化疗方案治疗后,86例多发性骨髓瘤患者中,完全缓解13例,部分缓解38例,疾病稳定24例,疾病进展11例。有效组患者共51例,无效组患者共35例。无效组患者中p53基因阳性及缺失患者占比高于有效组患者,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入组患者均获得有效随访,p53基因阳性及缺失组患者1年累计生存率为71.43%(5/7);p53基因阴性组患者1年累计生存率为84.81%(67/79)。两组患者1年累计生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 p53基因表达情况影响多发性骨髓瘤的发生、发展,并与R-ISS分期密切相关,伴有p53基因阳性及缺失的患者的化疗疗效及预后可能较差,临床需对多发性骨髓瘤细胞中p53基因异常的患者进一步探寻新型治疗方法,延长患者生存期。 展开更多
