The typical features of internal and external integration of cultures as revealed by the conception of“cultural convergence”provide a new perspective on the study of cultural exchanges and mutual learning.In the context of“a global community of shared future for humankind”,this paper adopts the novel idea of“cultural convergence”to probe the growth of Pearl S.Buck’s cultural values and the specific contents and representation of Pearl S.Buck’s conception of“cultural convergence”,highlighting the application of Pearl S.Buck’s values to cultural education,growth and success,family education,cultural exchanges,humanistic practices,etc.Feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to better promote the cultural exchanges and mutual learning as well as the convergence of different cultures.

Advances and Prospects in Research of Land Ecosystem Service Value

Ecosystem provides supply,regulation,support and cultural services.The value assessment of ecosystem service functions is helpful for people to understand the importance of natural ecosystems to production and life.Through analyzing domestic and foreign research on ecosystem service value,this paper sorted out the research process of value assessment.Based on the assessment process,the existing assessment methods and the introduced model methods were summarized,and the methods and models used by the latest research were classified.According to the weakness of the existing studies,it discussed prospects of future research.It is expected to promote multi-scale and multi-directional research exploration and enrich the theory and method of value assessment.

Research Review of the Identification of Socialist Core Values

In the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, China first proposed the strategic policy of building a socialist core value system. After the policy was put forward, many theorists and politicians discussed and studied the identification of socialist core values in many aspects. Specific aspects include the specific role of socialist core values, basic concepts, implementation effects, and future development. The complexity and embarrassment of its theory will bring inconvenience to the indepth understanding of the masses, therefore, this paper has sorted and analyzed the issue of the identification of socialist core values, and made a better narrative of the research and discussion published by talents in various fields, which made people have a better understanding of the socialist core values.

Application Research of Earned Value Management in New Drug Research and Development Projects

Objective To help investors assess and control the costs of new drug development and reduce the risks of new drug development projects.Methods Cost analysis and financial forecasting were carried out with the integrated approach of earned value management.According to the principle of earned value management deviation analysis,the basic process of the new drug research and development project was combined with the hypothesis method from the research of Tufts Drug Development Research Center.Results and Conclusion If the project progress check was carried out in the clinical trial,the project costs were found overspent,the efficiency was low,the project progress was faster,and the resource investment was ahead.It is recommended that the adjustment should be made to reduce the input of resources,and increase the efficient key personnel to take the place of some less efficient staff.

Valuation of Ecosystem Services:Research Progress and Prospects

The ecosystem services are material base and natural capital for sustainable development of human being. Valuation of ecosystem services is favorable for people realizing the importance of natural ecosystem to human being, and considering its long-term influence on sustainable development of human society when making decisions. Besides, it is an attempt of ecology, geography and other natural sciences to influence social decision process by economic methods. The Value of the World's Ecosystem Services and Natural Capital, written by Robert Costanza et al., in 1997, is generally regarded as a masterpiece for the research of valuing ecosystem services. However, the classifying standard of ecosystem services, the method of various services summation and the purpose for static global value, had confronted many criticisms. Still to now, accurately valuing ecosystem services is not easy, because of the complexity of natural ecosystem, the weak capability of economic system to pricing ecosystem services and the lack of more study in this field. Based on the criticisms summarizing and comprehensive analysis, further study suggestions of ecosystem services valuation is presented: multi-scale integrated and community participation applied in evaluation, dynamic changes of material value and intangible value of ecosystem services, investigation and simulation studies of the marginal value when ecosystem services changed, associated with related areas like ecological compensation research, and research on the market-oriented evaluation of ecosystem's intangible values.

Overview of the Consumer Behavior Study in the Markets of Food Products(1998-2018),Based on the Author’s Interpretation of the Consumer's Requirements in the System of Values that Influence on the Consumer Market Behavior

The purpose of this study was to review the results of a 20-year study in the author’s interpretation of the needs for food products and the value system that determines the market behavior of consumers in the food markets.The scientific novelty of the research is the following results:a)The author’s interpretation of the needs for food products,as consisting of three components:(1)The actual need for food(physiological need);(2)the need for emotions obtained from eating(psychological need);and(3)the need for market products that can meet the physiological needs of emotional expectations and social needs(socio-psychological and economic need);b)Interdisciplinary approach to the study of consumer behavior that led to the author’s interpretation of the value of the research methods outlined in the works of J.N.Sheth et al.,extended and supplemented in the study of Galina V.Astratova(1998);c)Identification of the fact that the importance of components in the system of values,according to the results of research,is different for different food products.This allows simulating more clearly the behavior of the consumer in the development of a marketing-mix and developing a marketing strategy based on targeting.

基于产品数字孪生体的智能制造价值链协同研发框架构建

新一代信息技术环境下制造企业研发涉及更多价值主体,需要新技术推进系统集成创新和快速迭代,为全价值链的协同研发提供支持。为应对当前智能制造价值链延伸带来的研发决策离散问题,从全局角度出发,提出基于产品数字孪生体的智能制造价值链协同研发的理念。首先在界定产品数字孪生体和智能制造价值链的内涵基础上,推演基于产品数字孪生体的智能制造价值链的逻辑机制,包括形成研发闭环、实现功能重塑。其次,将产品数字孪生体与智能制造价值链相结合,借助数字孪生体的强大整合能力,基于动态采集、模型互操作、虚实空间双向感知的系统研发要求,构建具有互联、互操作、互感知特性的智能制造价值链协同研发框架。最后,从跨时空并行协同、快速迭代、研发生态3个角度,打造基于产品数字孪生体的智能制造价值链协同研发应用场景,使分布于不同时空的智能制造各价值链主体并行协同完成产品研发,以期为智能制造企业全价值链协同研发提供参考。

杭锦旗地区钻井废水回用技术研究

为满足杭锦旗地区严格的环保要求,降低钻井成本,提高勘探与开发效益,对该区块钻井废水进行了分析,明确了废水不能回用原因。根据离子化学沉淀和颗粒絮凝机理,制定“提高pH值-氧化-离子捕捉-絮凝”废水处理方案,据此进行了废水回用实验研究。实验表明,处理后的废水回用到钻井液后,对钻井液性能影响不大。该技术在现场进行了应用,废水处理后回用效果好,达到了降本增效的良好效果。

泉州开元寺国内研究述评

通过搜集2021年前发表的有关泉州开元寺的论文,从建筑、艺术、历史三大学科视角对泉州开元寺的相关研究进行综合评述,当前的研究以传统学科领域的微观研究和对“静态事物”的定性研究为主,未来可以从开元寺本体研究拓展到对比研究,同时大胆尝试探索性研究,也可尝试采用大数据分析法等新型研究法对开元寺的人、事、制度等“动态事务”展开研究。

浅谈分析学对人类社会的重要意义

分析学是近代数学发展过程中产生的一个重要分支。高等数学中时常探讨的诸如极限、函数的导数、微分与积分、无穷级数等问题均属于分析学的范畴。分析学不仅在数学界享有盛誉,其发展过程中蕴含的众多思维方式与理论成果也极大促进了数学体系乃至整个人类文明的发展。本文阐述了分析学起源及发展历程,分析学对人类社会的重要性以及分析学的研究价值,对开展分析学研究具有一定借鉴意义。

我国公立医院医生的价值医疗服务动机探究——概念建构与量表测度

健康中国建设行动彰显了以患者为中心的价值医疗理念,对医生医疗服务行为的价值诉求也日益提高。本研究试图将一般公共组织中公共服务动机概念引入公立医院之中,提出“价值医疗服务动机”概念,作为公立医院医生的一种公共服务动机表达。本文通过质性分析和量化测度,建构出“公立医院医生价值医疗服务动机”的概念,包含责任承诺、专业坚守、声誉维护、规范遵从四个概念维度,据此形成价值医疗服务动机量表。研究发现我国公立医院医生具有多维价值特征的医疗服务动机,呈现不同动机表达或行为倾向,在实现以患者为中心的价值医疗目标实践中,不断处理与平衡其中的公共价值冲突。该量表能够为测度医生价值医疗服务动机提供有效工具,为进一步发现医生价值医疗服务动机的影响因素,提升公立医院医疗服务能力、改善医疗行为、促进医患信任等提供理论与实践支持。

医学生职业价值观质性研究及教育教学思考

目的了解医学生职业价值观现状,为高校培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人提供科学依据。方法采用质性研究方法,在文献查阅和田野调查的基础上针对在读医学生制定访谈提纲,并对20名医学生进行半结构化访谈,运用N-vivo质性分析软件进行访谈内容分析。结果刚刚接触医学时,医学生职业价值观受自身和环境影响较为积极;新冠疫情防控期间受到的现实冲击较大,职业价值观也受到影响;疫情后主流思想是增强专业自信,增强责任感,坚定学习医学专业的决心。结论医学生职业价值观受疫情影响较大,积极影响更为明显。高校工作者要加强制度、场地、经费3方面建设,优化工作条件;依托课堂教学、教育实践活动、杰出工作者示范引领3种渠道,开展正面教育;建设专职人员、兼职人员和学生干部3支队伍,以提供有力保障。

CNCPS 在饲料营养价值评价以及反刍动物生产 性能预测中的应用研究进展

康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)是基于瘤胃降解特征的饲料营养价值评价体系,在世界范围内应用广泛,引入我国后经30年研究取得了一定进展,但普及率仍然较小,我国CNCPS数据库并不丰富。鉴于此,本文主要综述了CNCPS在饲料营养价值评价中的应用、CNCPS预测反刍动物生产性能的相关研究进展,旨在推动我国CNCPS的应用和进一步完善数据库,为CNCPS体系在饲料营养评价中的应用和研究提供科学参考和理论依据。
